We needed this apartment for family when other family visited. It worked out great and Ashley was very kind to extend a late check out when my husband got the checkout time wrong and needed an extension to pack up. She was quick to respond to messages sent through Airbnb and patient with me as I was fairly new to using this rental website. I would recommend Ashley's place if you are visiting family in the area yet want your own space to relax. Also to see Ft. Myers and all it has to offer this place is perfect as the price is right, parking is free, and beaches as well as our beautiful downtown river area are just a short drive away. Thank you for a great stay.

Carter is indeed a "super host"! Very responsive and addressed all of our requests. This location is excellent value! Lots of space to base your SW Florida trip from. Top tier fitness facility, very nice pool, a paved path around the pond that is perfect for a run, fenced in modern pickle ball and basketball courts, very comfortable shared outdoor space for the occasional rain day, plus fire tables that throw off heat when the sun goes down. Grilling is an important criteria for us...this facility did not disappoint and only 5 minutes from a Publix is very convenient. We used the facilities daily and made several day trips to the surrounding area including Fort Myers Beach. We would stay again.

Angel's apartment was ideal for our vacation in Ft. Myers. The kitchen was very well equipped and the apartment was spacious. It is located on a busy street, and thus we experienced traffic noise, but we soon got used to it and slept well every night. We greatly appreciate that he let us store our bicycles in the apartment. It was fun to ride them into downtown Ft. Myers, and there are bike lanes and quiet streets everywhere, just perfect for riding and getting out for some exercise!

This is the second year I have stayed at Connie’s. Everything is always top notch. Always feels like home. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. no better place to stay. Until next year.

We had a great time and comfortable stay at the Airbnb! Marbelis was very communicative before and during our stay and provided us all the details, so most of the questions we found was in her proactive communications and the guide she left at the Airbnb! We ended up trying several of the recommendations she left in the guide and they were great! The place had everything you’d need for a beach stay - including beach chairs and umbrella. You can tell they really considered all the small details. The location is also great, it’s a short drive to the major spots, and at the same time private enough to where you can get a quiet night’s sleep. Would definitely come back!

Pedro was very responsive and the condo was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book her again!

This was a wonderful “home away from home” for my weekend hockey tournament in Estero. It was only 25 minutes from the ice rink and we passed Fenway South when driving back and forth. Lots of food options nearby. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to booking again if we travel down this way in the future.

Wonderful stay in Cape Coral. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The pool was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Location was convenient to everything. Todd was very responsive in all communication. We had a small issue with the Keurig machine, but I reached out and the wonderful property manager showed up at the door in record time with a new Keurig. We had a late flight out and asked for a late check out. They were very generous and allowed us to stay later than we expected. Very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again as everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

Perfect time at Blue Abaco! Lovely villa, clean and comfortable, with everything you could need - real home away from home. Plenty space for our family of 4. Everyone enjoyed pool overlooking waterway! Vesteva Vacation Rentals great with communication too. Within easy driving distance - 5 mins- of local shops/restaurants. So could comfortably walk to shops too. Only short drive to Cape Coral Water Park - about 10 mins and about 20/30 minute drive to lovely Fort Myers beach. Located in quiet neighbourhood so really relaxing. Would highly recommend and would certainly do a return visit

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, clean, and comfortably fit our group of seven adults without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook full meals, and the furnishings, beds, and linens were all very comfortable. The pool was a lovely bonus—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The photos accurately represent the property, and Jason was quick to respond when we had trouble connecting to the WiFi. All around, a great place for a group stay—highly recommend!

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

Raul is a very responsible and friendly host, he keeps his property in great shape and is a good communicator. I found this house to be clean, spacious and in good location. The pool was a treat after spending the day in the Florida heat. I would definitely rent again.

Nice location, quiet neighborhood, clean house. Karen is very responsive. A few minor add-ons suggested to host which I’m sure will be addressed. Lots of towels, starter supplies, and food in fridge . Nice to use the garage too!

Condo is awesome. Everything is brand new. Ft Myers Beach is still recovering, but this place is great. Nice pools, great lanai with view of the beach. Kelly was our co-host and great to work with. We'll hopefully be back!!

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Tanya’s condo. It was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and Publix. The neighbors were nice and the pool was amazing . Tanya was a great host and responded very quickly to my txts. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again in the future.

Our family of five had the most amazing time together at the condo. It was peaceful and relaxing with the most beautiful views! The condo was next level with beautiful decorations, comfortable furniture, cozy beds, and a perfect kitchen with washer/dryer. It was in a convenient place to drive to the Estero outlet mall, Ft. Myers beach, and the State park for hiking. Visited the bakery and dining options at the Marriott. Met all of our needs this holiday. So grateful for our time here!

Host was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns! Location was perfect with a great pool and quick walk to the beach!

Kelly’s place was perfect! Very quiet at night, great atmosphere, very low key not a bunch of party people in the other units. Great restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The unit was very clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable, furnishings were very good. The view of the gulf was amazing from the ninth floor as was the coastline. We’re are very happy we picked this unit and will definitely come back on our next trip to Fort Myers Beach.
