Beautiful view, comfortable home, lots of beds, would come back!

I cannot say enough great things about this house. Location is exceptional. The house was perfect!! EVERYTHING we needed was there and available. Great seating for dinner, and visits around the fireplace. Kitchen well stocked and roomy for friends to gather and cook together! Jacob was exceptional for his ability to reply quickly and was very flexible when we needed more time before checkout. We plan to return again as it was the perfect gathering home for a group of ole friends!! Thank you!

The house backs up to the Black River. There are Gorgeous views. The firepit was really nice. The entire house was perfectly clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Downtown Lexington is very close and super cute we can highly recommend the coffee shop as well as the beach. Blakes orchard was also a fun day trip on country roads with no traffic and lots of fall colors. Our entire family loved staying in your house. Thank You So Much!

Had an amazing long weekend - place was beautiful with clean, simple, beach decor. Amazing beach with chairs, toys, kayaks, fire pit, hammocks, umbrella, you name it…. Hot tub was clean and it being built into the deck was super convenient. Guest house was adorable and perfect for my little brother. Host was so responsive and helpful. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, would highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable- Kelly was a very friendly & attentive host. First rate paddle boards, kayak, canoe and beach toys were above expectations & I really enjoyed the large modern barbecue grill.

Clear instructions were given at check-in. A binder with restaurants was given to us during our stay. Her home was beautiful and spotless. Extra supplies was provided. The view was stunning, even in colder weather. We were able to catch a sunrise over the water and watch the supply boat go by. It was amazing. 2 local towns were within driving distance and easy to access for food and supplies. Locals were extremely nice people. We would recommend this place to friends and family. It was great staying here! Beautiful scenery especially in the fall time! The house had all basic needs! There are two cabins surrounding it and also to my knowledge Moe lives next door and was super nice! He gave us some recommendations. There were visitors staying in the cabins surrounding us and we happened to have extra food, so we ended up sharing it with them. It was a great time and I highly recommend staying here. We didn’t really use the beach much because it’s October, however we did go down there and it’s beautiful. Tons of space for a private beach and also Moe has so many amenities to keep you busy. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

The house itself was charming and perfectly located with stunning views of the lake. It was a cozy retreat with all the amenities we could ask for, making it feel like a home away from home. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the deck while soaking in the serene surroundings. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic hosts, this Lakeview house is the place to be! My family has a tradition of spending Christmas and/or New Year’s by a beach. Usually we spend it in Brazil as it is summer this time of year. This house allowed us to be by the beach and have a white Christmas 🎄. The house is beautiful and well decorated with no apparent occupants personal items. Upon arriving we were pleasantly surprised to find the house decorated for Christmas for our three night stay over Christmas. Very nice details. My wife said it was very cozy, had everything we needed and more.
