The home is spacious and perfect for a group. The views were incredible the beach was great and the night sky was vibrant. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a large home group getaway.

Shored Inn is absolutely stunning!! Madysen has done an incredible job decorating and thinking of every detail. If you’re looking for peace not too far from the city this is the place! Madysen was always responsive and accommodating! So thankful for a beautiful place to rest this weekend!

Our stay at this beautiful home exceeded all expectations. The house was impeccably maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The listing pictures simply do not do it justice—the views are breathtaking, especially the stunning sunrise over the serene lake. The peaceful environment, with its shady trees and calming surroundings, made for a perfect retreat. Our group consisted of two families with four young children, and the host thoughtfully provided everything we could possibly need, including floaties, beach toys, and chairs. It was an absolutely perfect stay, and we cannot wait to book our next visit!

If this location is available during the days you need it, stop looking. You struck gold and stay here before someone else takes your spot. Up and down the coast, you wont find a better spot for an AirBnB. So grateful to have stayed here for over 2 months and it was a flawless experience. I wish the owners all the success and thank you for taking care of our family while in Fort Gratiot!

What an absolute gem! We loved everything about this place. Took a quick spring break adventure and the tweens couldn’t have been happier! I never heard the words “I’m bored”…and for this mom that’s a win! I thought the game room would be the big hit but honestly it was the instrument selection! Add the ability to slip off into the woods for a peaceful retreat while they jammed…priceless. The house had everything we could have needed and was very comfy and cozy. The grounds were just gorgeous…I can only imagine when it all turns green how beautiful it must be! We also drove down to the secret spot on the lake and it was breathtaking. Most importantly, our sweet bb bird was able to join us on her first vacation! Huge thanks to Don and Giselle! Amazing hosts, super friendly, and accommodating! Overall we loved everything and hope to come back again! Thank you for everything!

Your home was very peaceful to come back to after our grandmothers funeral. Very relaxing and the amenities went above and beyond! We were able to sit on the back deck and listen to nature while watching deer off in the distance. Gloria was very responsive and even checked in to make sure everything was ok. We have family throughout Michigan and would definitely stay here again. Your home made us feel right at home during this difficult time. Thank you for everything!

We had 11 women clergy and every bit of this home and the special guest house and game house were spectacular. We lacked nothing. The Lake Huron view was spectacular, even in the cold and misty rain turning to snow. The indoor pool/spa was every bit as good as the photos and the temperature was perfect. Not one person complained about the beds and instead commented on how comfortable they were. The only negative we had was check-out was at 11 AM when we would have preferred to stay another day or two or three or more. Thank YOU Ellen.

This is a great place to stay. It's close to everything in town, and the picture represents the property well. Mark was easy to reach and is local. I would use this property again.

The Hen House is the perfect place to host family or friends for a little getaway. When I arrived, the space was even better than the photos and very spacious. The location is right in downtown Lexington with lots to do, including restaurants with live music, the beach, coffee shops, bars, and cute shops selling local goods/crafts. There are a couple things that did bum me out, including a few outlets not working in the bathrooms, and the parkinglot not being cleared from snow— stairs VERY slippery— but those are not simple fixes for some airbnb hosts and I get it!! There was a shovel and ice salt supplied 👌🏻 Everything else was perfect and more than enough for what we were looking for.

Beautiful place in the heart of the charming town of Lexington. The beach and harbor are within walking distance as are shops and restaurants. Suite is above a theater so if there's a show going on, you will hear everything but show usually wraps up by 10 pm.

We always enjoy staying at Matthew's. He does a great job of maintaining the place. This time was no exception. Despite several recent inches of snow, and ice, the parking area was plowed, and the stairs were snow and ice-free. We'll be back!

Mark was super awesome, and the place was great. It’s small, but it was exactly what I needed. Full kitchen, bed was comfy, bathroom is small but totally useable without issue (and I’m a bigger person!) The coffee shop downstairs is delicious, and the location is right in the middle of all the cool stuff to see in Lexington. 100% I will be back in the summer!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Lexington loft! So many positives: The space was very unique and welcoming. We loved the tall ceilings and windows and the boho decor throughout the rooms. So much natural lighting morning to night. Everything was very clean. The location is perfect for walking anywhere in the downtown Lexington area. There are several restaurants, shops, bars, a convenience store, gas station, etc. You can even view Lake Huron when you step out onto the sidewalk. Stunning! The loft was well-stocked with bathroom and kitchen needs. Extra cozy blankets in the bedroom dresser. Notes: There are quite a few stairs to walk up to get to the loft (21 I believe). Worth the climb, but suggest packing light. There was a Keurig and regular coffee maker, so you have options. Also, a well-stocked tea bar! There will be some noise during business hours. Two negatives: The couch was a little uncomfortable. We struggled unlocking/locking the door with the keypad.

What a wonderful place to stay! Susanna has a beautiful and ultra tidy property located perfectly on the bank overlooking Lake Huron. Susanna has specific expectations but they’re all very clearly noted/communicated so there are no surprises. We had a few questions while there and she was prompt and courteous to return our call and assist. We enjoyed limited WiFi as our goal was to “get away” so don’t expect to sit and surf the web here—spotty WiFi is an issue all over the area and not just at this charming home. Would definitely return.
