This experience wildly exceeded my expectations. The house was recently renovated (or sure appeared to be) so everything was in extraordinarily great condition. It was super clean, extremely well appointed with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom items. You cannot beat the view - so close to the water and just beautiful. Also, can't say enough about how friendly and responsive Eileen and Rich were during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

We were so thankful for a beautiful family vacation on Lake Huron. This house is wonderful for all ages and the hosts were very supportive and proactive to ensure all our needs were met. The property was so quiet and peaceful, the perfect getaway!

We had an amazing stay! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed—extra soaps, detergents, paper towels, and toiletries. The pantry had a great variety of spices (including Tajin!), and the fridge was stocked with basics. The beds were super clean and comfortable, and the home itself was cozy and spotless. We loved the Bluetooth speaker too. Even when we needed scotch tape for a birthday sign, we found it there. The jacuzzi was a fantastic way to unwind, and we really enjoyed it during our stay. The only issue was with the grill; although it was listed as an amenity, the Blackstone didn’t work, even after we refilled the gas tank. We ended up cooking on the fire pit in 5-degree weather, but it worked out! The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. Overall, we rate this home a 9/10 and would love to return, especially in the summer to use the putt-putt! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home away from home.

If this location is available during the days you need it, stop looking. You struck gold and stay here before someone else takes your spot. Up and down the coast, you wont find a better spot for an AirBnB. So grateful to have stayed here for over 2 months and it was a flawless experience. I wish the owners all the success and thank you for taking care of our family while in Fort Gratiot!

What an absolute gem! We loved everything about this place. Took a quick spring break adventure and the tweens couldn’t have been happier! I never heard the words “I’m bored”…and for this mom that’s a win! I thought the game room would be the big hit but honestly it was the instrument selection! Add the ability to slip off into the woods for a peaceful retreat while they jammed…priceless. The house had everything we could have needed and was very comfy and cozy. The grounds were just gorgeous…I can only imagine when it all turns green how beautiful it must be! We also drove down to the secret spot on the lake and it was breathtaking. Most importantly, our sweet bb bird was able to join us on her first vacation! Huge thanks to Don and Giselle! Amazing hosts, super friendly, and accommodating! Overall we loved everything and hope to come back again! Thank you for everything!

This is the 5th time we have stayed here, love the location, the view of the lake and always meet some great people around the campfires 🔥. Will be back again next year.

This was our second time staying here so obviously we love the location and this house. Close to the beach, friendly neighborhood. Thank you for being Pet friendly and dogs are allowed on the beach before 08:30-Something we appreciate. We would be privileged to stay here again if we don’t buy our own cottage this coming year. We arrived after dark the first day, in the morning we awoke to amazing views and the tranquility of the waves crashing and wind blowing through the leaves. The cottage is very quaint and cozy. Perfect weekend getaway.

The house was amazing! Lots of space inside and beautiful design. The beach out back was so beautiful. Definitely coming back in the summer.

This was my first time staying at Great Lakes and I will 100% be back! I was looking for a place to accommodate 20-30 guests for my fiance's surprise birthday sleepover and stumbled across this listing. It seemed like it would be perfect for my plans but I of course had a ton of questions. Moe responded right away and made recommendations on what would work best for my group. We ended up going with the Big House and the Beach house, which had more than enough space for 20 guests to park and sleep and not feel too crowded. Both houses were in pristine condition and looked even better than what was advertised in the listing! My group enjoyed the game room, beach area, fire pit, and grills throughout the property. There are tons of paddle boards and kayaks with life jackets provided - which was where we spent a majority of our time. I cannot recommend this place enough!

It was the perfect location for us to get away. That view from the upstairs bedroom is amazing!! That bedroom has a comfy bed. It was the only one we used. The beach was right out the back door. The swim spa-amazing! So we had a great trip!! Thank you!!!

Beautiful view, comfortable home, lots of beds, would come back!

The house worked great for our girls’ weekend away. The hot tub location was perfect for peaceful evening dips or watching the sunrise after a dip in the lake. The kitchen was well-organized and well stocked with many of the basics - making packing simpler. The guest house (behind the main house) would be great for a second family. We didn’t use it except to shower, but only because we didn’t need the space w the main house accomodating 8+. The paddle boards and kayaks were awesome to have and the beach/water was wonderful for a fall getaway. The house is located right between Port Santilac and Lexington. Both towns have wonderful options for dining and bars (including live music). We golfed nearby on Huron Shores course and love the course and views. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️10/10 would rent again. Only complaint (if you could call it that) would be the hot tub cover is SUPER heavy. So we struggled taking it off and putting back on. But idk if you could get something lighter for a spa of th

great location for a group of friends looking to spend quality time together

This house was everything we were looking for and matched the description. The house allowed my co-workers and I a quiet, comfortable space to come back to and work and relax. My only feedback is about the showers. Most had no doors which caused water to splash out on the floor which is distressing when you’re trying to respect the house. Anyway, I would love to come back in the summer!! Thanks

We had a fun cozy time during our stay! We’ve booked through MiCasa before and knew there would be no worries. Everyone was very attentive to our questions and we will definitely come back!

Our stay of 4 families was very comfortable and peaceful. The House was Great with all amenities listed and working. Beautiful home. Kids loved the bunk beds. The weather turned cold and was very windy. so we stayed indoors and couldn't enjoy the beach or the waters. But our indoor stay was good and we cooked. Everything we need was available in the kitchen also. The main room overseeing the lake is very beautiful. The sunrise was so beautiful to look from the main room. Good memories. Thank you.
