San Remo : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen und alles ist gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Perfekt wäre es dann, wenn Einrichtung, Küche und Bäder ein zeitgemäßes Update bekommen würden, manche Dinge sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Abbiamo soggiornato presso casa di Cristina per 3 notti. Abbiamo fin da subito ricevuto istruzioni estremamente chiare e video esplicativo per il funzionamento dell’ idromassaggio. La casa -si vede anche dalle foto- è un sogno davvero. La zona è silenziosa e tranquilla. Ha una vista incredibile sul mare da ogni finestra della casa. C’ è un ampissima zona esterna dotata di idromassaggio riscaldato, barbecue, dondoli e sdraio. La proprietaria Cristina, causa minimi problemi con l’ acqua calda, ha voluto scusarsi facendo un omaggio a noi genitori, e un pensierino anche per la nostra bimba. Assolutamente non dovuto anche in considerazione del fatto che segnalato il problema, in 10 minuti al massimo si è mossa per risolvere il tutto. Una persona dunque davvero onesta e attenta con i suoi ospiti. L’ abitazione si trova a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Andora. Attualmente non è possibile raggiungere il centro a piedi ma c è in costruzione una pista ciclabile proprio ai piedi dell’ alloggio.

Une très belle découverte ! Le chalet est impeccable, fonctionnel, très bien décoré, fidèle aux photos et même encore plus beau en vrai. Emilie est une hôte adorable, qui a répondu à chacune de mes questions et attentes et pour ça un grand merci ! Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable, nous repartons avec de beaux souvenirs. Merci à vous ☀️

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

La maison d'Aurélie est tout à fait charmante. Spacieuse, singulière, elle offre un lieu de vacances très confortable. Aurélie s'est avérée très généreuse et très accueillante. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

La casa es preciosa y comodísima. Está hecha con mucho cariño y bien cuidada, pero a la vez sientes que tiene vida, cosa que le da mucho encanto. Walter ha sido siempre muy amable. Es un lugar para repetir :)

Catherine is a wonderful host! This place was perfect for a family of four and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of time - morning and night - on the terrace embracing the view. Everything we needed was supplied, including a fridge outside - that helped tremendously and allowed us to eat breakfast and dinner at the house. Catherine checked on us daily and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and ice cream shops which were delicious! A grocery store isn't far from the house and there is a path (short cut) that cuts down the time if you want to walk. Remember, you are carrying items uphill on the way back! It was a little chilly for the pool while we were there, but in warmer weather - what an addition to your trip! Not a far drive to Nice or Monaco! Thank you, Catherine and Sergey!

Location is great as a short walk to promenade/beach and restaurant and shopping all within a few minutes. Did not feel touristy. Luisa’s home had everything we needed with grocery stores close by. Also convenient was parking nearby which allowed us to go in and out for day trips to Monte Carlo, etc.

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement à la déco stylée, très bien équipé et très confortable. L'emplacement est tout simplement idéal ; la réputation du Carré d'Or à Nice n'est pas usurpée. De plus, Marie-Françoise est une hôte très sympathique qui partage les bonnes adresses et qui se montre très réactive. Une adresse précieuse !

A cozy little studio, the couch pulls out easily to make a comfortable double bed. it has a lot of charm, a beautiful marble fireplace mantle & two French doors and a table to sit out on a terrace to have your morning coffee or evening aperitif! A couple of blocks towards the water there is a tram station that can take you directly to place Garibaldi or The port! And it is very walkable to the train station to visit other towns like antique or Monaco, etc. and if you go above the train station, there is liberation Square, which has a wonderful market in the mornings. And the main shopping street is also only minutes away, but it is a quiet area to make a good stay in NICE. Also, it helps to have the elevator with your luggage, but it’s easy to walk downstairs.

Nous avons passé 2 jours dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux et confortable. Nous avons peu utilisé la cuisine mais elle semble bien équipée pour cuisiner. Parking gratuit à moins de 5 minutes du logement.

Perfect place to stay and enjoy Monaco by walk. Close to Casino, beach and other tourism places! Well worth it! Also there is parking 1 minute from apartment which is also very convenient if you come by car. Recommend!

It was such a spacious and comfortable flat for four of us with a great view of the port from the living room window. It was lovely to return to the flat after exploring all day and it’s easy to get everywhere. The lift was definitely appreciated for our luggage and shopping. Catherine very kindly greeted us on our first day and showed us round. We were really sad that a family emergency meant two of us had to return early. We would love to return.

Simon's place is in a perfect location. It is in the center of the old town and in close proximity to everything. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, movie theatre, and last but not least it is walking distance to all public transportation including the train station to the airport. Simon is one of the best hosts ever! He is very responsive, helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make my long stay comfortable. He even helped me with my suitcase up the stairs when I arrived, showed me the apartment and explained everything that I needed to know. My flight back was early in the morning and I had to leave the house at 6:00am. I very touched when he helped me take my suitcase down the stairs and walked me to the station. He loves Nice and his passion for the city comes through by helping his guests feel right at home! Thank you Simon for everything!

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Beautiful view from the villa which is very peaceful and private. The pool is large and there is plenty of space for sitting and eating outside. It was a great base to travel along the coast and see Monaco, Cannes, Eze, and Nice plus so many other pretty towns. The hosts Guy and Michel were great. They met us and showed us around the villa and then kept in touch to make sure we had settled in. I would highly recommend this villa for a large group/family holiday.

Sonia und ihr Mann sind hervorragende Gastgerber! Beim Check-in haben sie uns herzlich empfangen und uns über das Haus sowie dessen Umgebung und Empfehlenswertes aufgeklärt. Das Haus bietet so viel, dass man sich wohlfühlen kann - Grillmöglichkeit, eine Lounge, ein schöner Garten und genügend Platz um seine Ferien geniessen zu können. Wir hatten eine super Zeit!

The house offer everything for every generation. Enrico was very helpful in everything to make our stay a memorable one. Will visit again when we visit italy next time.

Très bon séjour avec une vue Superbe sur la vallée niçoise que ce soit la journée ou le soir. La villa est très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Julie qui est au petit soin pour ces hôtes. Les toutous se sont sentis comme chez eux. Merci a Julie et Adrien.

Alloggio fantastico, Nico è un host ideale.

Un gîte merveilleux pour se mettre quelques jours au vert ! Nous sommes venus passer quelques jours hors saison pour nous dépayser, et ce gîte était l'endroit idéal : vue époustouflante sur les montagnes, tranquillité, barbecue, cuisine avec l'équipement nécessaire... Petit plus pour les amateurs : une bibliothèque bien achalandée avec de très belles éditions, et un piano :) La communication avec Renaud, qui habite la maison voisine (mais sait se faire discret), a été parfaite ! Le seul défaut, comme cela a été dit : il faut partir ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
