Sant Antoni, Eixample : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

This house is fantastic, I lack of words to describe how good it is. We are a group of 6 people, 5 of them are my senior family, the elevator in the house is so convenient for them to go up and down. There are only two bedrooms (on 1.5 floor and 2.5 floor respectively) that need to climb half a floor to get there, which is totally fine for us, just FYI. 3 bedrooms are on 2nd floor with elevator right to that floor. We loved the house very much, big space, clean, equipped with all things you need for kitchen, comfy sofa, close to metro and supermarket, quiet neighborhood, etc. It’s too bad that it’s still too cold for us though to swim in the pool, I hope to come back to this house in summer and enjoy it. Also the towels are super soft, I also love that. Just cannot find anything negative about this house!

A place you don’t want to leave, quiet and save, restaurant along the beach is value for money and with good food.

Txell y su familia han sido unos anfitriones excepcionales, recibes amabilidad y cercanía en todo momento. Nos ha encantado la vivienda, tanto que queremos regresar a Sabadell para repetir. Para nosotros ha sido todo un descubrimiento la ciudad de Sabadell y la vivienda. La casa es perfecta, silenciosa, se siente la paz en ella. Huele a familia, estando solo en ella y sin que nadie te moleste, te sientes arropado y acompañado. Existe una Magia especial en este lugar. Highly recommend a stay here - Valerie was an excellent host, always at the end of a text, attentive and helpful always. Her home is an excellent base to explore this wonderful city, just a 5min walk from Las Ramblas. The appt was spotless, more than enough space for 7 of us, easily accessed, felt very safe and secure. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy it!

Sonia and Helena were absolutely top rate hosts, offering assistance, answering any and all questions, no matter how seemingly ridiculous, they were kind, patient and very accommodating. As for this property, it was magical with old world charm but very well kept, very clean, well renovated without compromising the beauty. The location is optimal, smack dab in the middle of a tiny, gorgeous town, right across from the beach and literally a stone's throw away from metro, groceries, food, a few clothing stores etc. We LOVED this more than I can type. Thank you ladies! All the best!

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. We traveled with our family and our dog, who had plenty of space to run around in the beautiful garden. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had a small issue with the electricity, but the hosts were quick to respond and resolve it. They were kind and attentive throughout our stay. For those traveling to Barcelona with family, this is a great option.

Silvia’s place was an absolute gem! The three bedroom home was beautiful, quaint, and even better than the pictures! Silvia has all the amenities of home. We stayed here for our last 3 days of a 10 day trip and we felt so relaxed. Gracia and all of Barcelona is very easy to explore from here. There are many shops and restaurants near by or you can grab food and wine at the supermarket to have on the spectacular patio. The patio is absolutely stunning and very enjoyable- the best place to relax and enjoy. Ignore ANY bad reviews, because this Air BnB is amazing 5 star. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Well worth the splurge on staying here for us.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le logement de Jordi. Nous étions 15 copines en week end à Barcelone pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille. Le logement correspondait tout à fait à ce que nous recherchions, grand, avec tout le nécessaire, de nombreuses chambres et de nombreuses salles de bain. L’extérieur est très agréable également. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car il faisait encore un peu froid à cette période mais c’est dommage car elle était très belle, grande et propre! Le logement est accessible du centre ville de Barcelone avec des Uber (environ 30 min de route). Jordi a été un hôte super, toujours réactif! Je recommande +++

Excellent location for us. Plenty of local restaurants and grocery stores within a few blocks. Several metro stations nearby also. Penthouse outdoor patio to enjoy. While we didn’t cook, the kitchen was appropriately supplied. Just what we were looking for as accommodations to visit our son.

Ik verbleef samen met mijn ouders, broer en vriend in het verblijf van Manuel. Het appartement was super schoon, ruim en fijn ingericht. De communicatie met Manuel verliep prettig en vlot en hij dacht mee in oplossingen. De ligging van het appartement is perfect; het appartement bevindt zich in een leuke, gezellige wijk met veel restaurants en barretjes, midden in het centrum. Al met al een aanrader!

Comfortable and spacious apartment nicely located near lots of cafes and restaurants in the Sant Antoni neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Good amount of space for our family of 6 incl 4 children ages 17-29. Hosts very communicative and accommodating. Will definitely look to book again our next trip to Barcelona.

Jodi met with a smile. We had a quick walkthrough of the place. He also made some recommendations of his favorite place to eat and visit. He stayed in contact and was there when we needed him. This place is above a supermarket, across the street from a pharmacy and very close to the train station. What I like best is that it’s not right down town so after 9:00 is pretty quiet. If you want a good place to stay and have easy access to the city, this is it. And Jodi has one of those big, warm personalities that just makes you feel welcome.

It was a great stay! There is a crazy amount of tapas near by as well.

Sofia est toujours disponible et réactive, ce qui est rassurant. Les consignes d'entrée et sortie sont très claires. L'appartement est magnifique et les vues depuis la terrasse sont impressionnantes. Facilité de déplacement avec le métro à 3 mns à pied. Quartier calme, et appartement au calme. Si nous retournons à Barcelone, nous louerons de nouveau sans hésiter l'appartement. Merci Sofia 😃!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The location was excellent within walking distance to Park Güell, which made exploring the area very convenient. The apartment was incredibly clean, neat, and well-kept. What stood out the most was how kind and attentive all the hosts were. They made sure everything was perfect during our stay. We highly recommend it!

We had a great stay. Our party of six was very comfortable in the place. It was on a busy street but the windows and doors were so well insulated it was very quiet in the apartment. Beds were comfortable and lots of little touches (including American friendly outlets!) and the host took the time to go through local recommendations. 5/5 ⭐️!

The space itself is charming and comfortable, and the private patio was an absolute highlight, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Eduard was an exceptional host—responsive, proactive, and thoughtful throughout our entire visit. He personally welcomed us with a thorough tour of the apartment, ensuring we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was fantastic, conveniently located near great cafes, markets, and public transportation. Het appartement was fantastisch door de geweldige ligging op het strand. 3 terrassen, met heerlijk zicht, van zonsopkomst tot zonsondergang. Leuk strand en lekker eten in restaurant onder het appartement. Het huis had alle faciliteiten, was super netjes en heel mooi ingericht. De communicatie voor check-in en check-out verliep perfect en de host was super vriendelijk. Kortom een aanrader !

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Luis’ place. Perfectly located close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, Avenue Diagonal for a variety of shopping options, and within walking distance of some local attractions. The accommodation is spacious, well maintained and had all the essentials needed for our stay. Luis is a gracious host and was there to receive us, and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. We would gladly stay here again if we visited Barcelona!
