David was an excellent host and very helpful. He went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and suggestions. The house was very clean and the garden has several seating areas and a nice swimming pool. Garden good for both us and our small dog. It is very peaceful and 5-10 minute walk to a walk/cycle track along the beach which we did many times. The town has everything you need, is not overly touristy and we shopped there most days. The local port has several restaurants. We were there for 4 weeks and had a really excellent time. We would thoroughly recommend David's house.

Logement très propre, bien agencé qui est sur les hauteurs de Premia de Dalt, dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. (Mieux que sur les photos). Pratique pour aller à Barcelone, gare à 5mn en voiture du logement (30mn de trajet pour rejoindre Barcelone). Port à Premia de mar où il y a des commerces et des restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at Cristina's house. The house is very charming, the environment and the outdoor areas are peaceful, the terrass under the tree is an invitation to relax and enjoy long evenings with friends! The metro is just 5 minutes walking, and we feel in the countryside whereas the citycenter is only 30 minutes from home. Everything was clean, the beds are confortable, the living room is warm and welcoming. Moreover, the communication was very easy and Ursula gave us some advices for how to take the transports from the Airport. Thank you Cristina and Ursula, we wish we could stay longer!

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. We traveled with our family and our dog, who had plenty of space to run around in the beautiful garden. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had a small issue with the electricity, but the hosts were quick to respond and resolve it. They were kind and attentive throughout our stay. For those traveling to Barcelona with family, this is a great option.

Silvia’s place was an absolute gem! The three bedroom home was beautiful, quaint, and even better than the pictures! Silvia has all the amenities of home. We stayed here for our last 3 days of a 10 day trip and we felt so relaxed. Gracia and all of Barcelona is very easy to explore from here. There are many shops and restaurants near by or you can grab food and wine at the supermarket to have on the spectacular patio. The patio is absolutely stunning and very enjoyable- the best place to relax and enjoy. Ignore ANY bad reviews, because this Air BnB is amazing 5 star. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Well worth the splurge on staying here for us.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le logement de Jordi. Nous étions 15 copines en week end à Barcelone pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille. Le logement correspondait tout à fait à ce que nous recherchions, grand, avec tout le nécessaire, de nombreuses chambres et de nombreuses salles de bain. L’extérieur est très agréable également. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car il faisait encore un peu froid à cette période mais c’est dommage car elle était très belle, grande et propre! Le logement est accessible du centre ville de Barcelone avec des Uber (environ 30 min de route). Jordi a été un hôte super, toujours réactif! Je recommande +++

La casa cubrió con creces nuestras necesidades al tratarse de un alojamiento que necesitamos para dormir de día porque trabajábamos de noche y viajábamos con un vehículo grande; pero lo más importante no ha sido eso, sino el trato recibido de Miriam. Cuando uno está a tantos kilómetros de su familia, es muy valioso que el anfitrión te trate con tanta delicadeza y te cuide para hacerte sentir como en casa, hasta el punto de encontrarte una cena de bienvenida. Mil gracias de verdad, pocas veces nos ocurre lo mismo y nos sentíamos en la obligación de dejarlo reflejado.

Zeer mooi verblijf, heel proper, vriendelijke hosts. Zeker het terras en zwembad waren heel fijn. Ook al was het nog geen hoogzomer, toch hebben we even van het zwembad kunnen genieten.

Het appartement was fantastisch door de geweldige ligging op het strand. 3 terrassen, met heerlijk zicht, van zonsopkomst tot zonsondergang. Leuk strand en lekker eten in restaurant onder het appartement. Het huis had alle faciliteiten, was super netjes en heel mooi ingericht. De communicatie voor check-in en check-out verliep perfect en de host was super vriendelijk. Kortom een aanrader !

Mercedes is a wonderful host. She was so friendly and helpful. She knows the area very well. We enjoyed speaking with her and feel we have made a friend. Her place was very comfortable. We felt safe and at home.

A fabulous five week stay at this beautiful, tasteful and well equipped home. Josep, Irene and Laura could not have been more helpful, reccomending shops, bars, local activities, and transport options. The only issue we had was a storm taking out the internet, but when reported Irene was there within five minutes to fix, and it was actually upgraded before we left. We had a couple of accidental breakages and while we offered to pay, Josep was very gracious, he is a fantastic host. We were able to take our two dogs on the trip and the garden was enclosed and safe with a beautiful park (including fenced dog area) five minutes walk away. El Masnou is a chilled and friendly town and Joseph’s place is super handy for everything. Beautiful beach, the station to go to BCN, bars, shops, supermarket. Because everything is on your doorstep, we only visited BCN for specific sightseeing, I was really happy in El Masnou. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks Josep, Irene and Laura!

Le logement est parfait, très calme et paisible en haut d’une montagne. Le chauffage était incroyable, de l’air chaud réconfortant dans la pièce pendant que la pluie tombe dehors. Beaucoup de rangement et des serviettes de bain qui sentent bons. Merci Léa pour tous vos messages, l’entrée, la sortie, vos encouragements pour le marathon et des réponses rapides à nos questions. Rubens is a great host who made me feel welcome right from the check-in. He accommodated my early check-in request by letting me drop my bags off early as the check-in is at 3 PM, which saved me time and the hassle of carrying my bags! The stay was nice and I felt like I had everything that I needed. As a solo traveller I didn’t cook or use the laundry but the place has whatever you need if you have a longer stay. My only comment is the bathroom is quite stuffy and the water is not the hottest when compared to a hotel. The location is lovely and I actually really found joy in spending time near the Airbnb. There are a couple cafés and dessert shops as well as bars that serve local food. The metro station is super close as well, which is nice when you come home at night. This Airbnb is quite far when compared to downtown hotels, but you can make it work if you plan. It’s roughly 30 minutes metro to catalunya. Would recommend!

Not enough space for me to write all the good things about this unit! Absolutely loved it. The pictures do not do this unit any justice! Everything was above and beyond what I had expected but I have come to learn this about all of Pierre's units. There has not been a single location that I have stayed in and did not like. Absolutely lovely host, very proactive in the communications and a wonderful guide. I was unfortunately here for work so I was not able to take advantage of all of the great recommendations that was given to me but I will definitely be back. Would recommend this unit to anyone and everyone that wants a comfortable stay. Thank you so much Pierre!

Solo female traveler on her first trip to Europe. Sebastian's place was perfect and exactly as described...Sants is a quiet family friendly neighborhood --extremely walkable with a great variety of restaurants. Metro is just a few blocks away to get to all the other great neighborhoods and sites in Barcelona. I hope to return again soon ---so much still to explore
