Could not say enough positive things about Antic Rooms. So many extras - the most comfortable couch, pillows and beds, soft towels, shampoo and conditioner (not a given so far!). But more than any of that - the views, a pristine beach, playgrounds - everything needed for a great trip. We will most certainly ask Joan to stay again! Thank you Joan for such a fantastic stay.

Reserve la estancia para unos amigos míos pero fui personalmente a recoger las llaves y me pareció todo impecable y justo como en el anuncio! Vistas impresionantes y genial comunicación! Un 20 sobre 10 en todo… si tenemos que volver a arenales del sol sin duda repetiremos con Carlos y su maravilloso padre ( que fue el encargado de recibirnos y aconsejarnos un par de lugares) en resumen muy muy contentos :) hasta la próxima

Paco is een zeer vriendelijke actieve host. Hij geeft talloze tips over de omgeving mbt wat te doen, restaurants etc. Hij reageert snel. Zelfs op onze route naar zuid Spanje gaf hij nog leuke suggesties. Het huis is knus en is perfect gelegen aan het strand. Er is een leuke binnentuin met zwembad waar wij regelmatig hebben gezeten. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Wij genoten van de mooie ligging aan het Valledero strand. De wandelingen naar de haven waren voor ons en onze hond een plezier om te doen.

Huoneisto oli aivan ihana, ja isoista ikkunoista avautui suoraan upea merimaisema. Majoituksessa oli 5 makuuhuonetta ja iso yhteinen tila, joten paikka soveltuu hyvin useammallekin perheelle ja sukupolvelle. Tulisin mielelläni uudelleen. Rosa oli todella ystävällinen ja kaikki sujui hyvin

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

I have just spent the best 9 days at this apartment. It was so peaceful, beautiful views every morning and evening, right across from the beach. Handy to get to Alicante and other areas, supermarket close by for essentials. Will be returning.

Nous avons passé trois semaines particulièrement agréables dans ce magnifique appartenant situé dans un domaine privé paradisiaque et très paisible, jouissant d'une situation exceptionnelle avec une superbe vue sur la mer ainsi que sur les très beaux et confortables jardins, entrevus journellement par un personnel charmant. De plus, la propriété bénéfice d'un excellent emplacement près d'une jolie promenade menant au centre tout proche. A notre arrivée, nous avions été accueilli par Antonio qui s'est montré très sympathique, et toujours disponible lorsque nous avons eu besoin de lui par la suite. En conclusion, nous avons beau chercher un point négatif à cette location qui porte parfaitement son nom, mais n'en trouvons pas. Tout était absolument parfait, et c'est suffisamment rare pour ne pas être signalé. Nous n'avons donc qu'un souhait, y retourner dès que possible, tout en espérant qu'après avoir lu nos commentaires, il ne soit pas trop souvent réservé... !

A beautiful and modern apartment with a fantastic view of the sea from the balcony! The tram is only a few steps away, across the road to take you into Alicante town or up to Benidorm, so a car is not really needed, but we hired one to explore further up the coast, as there is a garage and free parking spot too! Hot and powerful showers, comfy beds, air con and heating (rare in Spain!) and even a tumble dryer! Literally everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Pedro has provided lots of small touches to make you feel welcome and he was a very kind and helpful host. 100% recommend staying at Pedro’s place if you’re in Alicante.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

Vennlig og ryddig vert som tok oss godt i mot. Svarer raskt på meldinger og er alltid hyggelig. Pen og ryddig leilighet som var enkelt utstyrt med det mest nødvendige.

This was our third stay at Cristina’s Apartment. It is a lovely place with great views. At this time of year it is really peaceful. The balcony is a great place to sit and watch walkers and cyclists tackling the coastal path, but there is very little passing traffic. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday and has a good supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Can’t fault it!

Der Ausblick war überragend. Für ein Entspannungsurlaub ist es ein super Ort. Für Unternehmungen ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert, um sich auch die anderen Stadtteile in der Umgebung anzuschauen. Es war alles sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Jane war auch immer unkompliziert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Frank's place was amazing, me and my friends had a great time and loved the place. Beautiful beautiful place 😍 The place has great views, walking distance to the beach, local shops and restaurants. We had no problems at all while staying at Frank's place. Frank was always responsive & had great communication. I will definitely book Frank's place again in the future.

Would recommend to anyone, clean, tidy, felt comfortable and at ease. Couldn't make the best use of the outside facilities but it was February. Maria was excellent with communications, very responsive and positive information. Lovely, thank you.

Vi har haft en fantastisk vecka i Xaviers lägenhet! Både lägenheten och läget överträffade våra förväntningar. Vi tyckte mkt om att det var så nära till allt, både strand och restauranger, och att vi samtidigt kunde ha det så lugnt och fridfullt på den stora härliga terassen. Vi tröttnade aldrig på att blicka ut över havet och se stadens pampiga siluett, och njöt över att det var ett sådant levande folkliv runt omkring oss. Perfekt också att vi hade tillgång till ett garage så nära lägenheten. Vi har hittat en drömlägenhet och vill åka tillbaka snart igen!

Beautiful apartment. Wonderful and relaxing views over the sea. Spacious and well equipped with easy access to sea and spa. Very impressed with Tatiana's hosting and friendly, proactive and efficient response to enquiries. Apartment accommodated elderly and frail father in law as lift fully operational and parking easy. Only gripe was the overly complicated oddly limited TV which could do with changing - Tatiana very helpful in sorting compromise. The surrounding complex itself is still being built, but this did not disturb our enjoyment or outlook and we knew beforehand it was the case. Thank you!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub im März 2025 und das trotz einiger Regentage. Das lag vor allem an der tollen Wohnung, die sowohl meiner Schwester mit ihren Kindern, als auch unseren Eltern und mir und meinem Partner alles geboten hat, was man sich wünschen kann. So ein toller Ausblick und ein wunderschöner Garten! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!! Gracias!!

Fantastiskt boende! Magisk utsikt och väldigt lyxigt område med uppvärmd pool, gym, tennisbana med mera. James var en superbra värd som svarade direkt om det var någon fundering. Kan värmt rekommendera.

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

Lovely stay, house was lovely, loved the outside space. Nice pool and very close to the sea. We loved El Campello town, about a 25 minute walk away, buzzing area with great selection of restaurants. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk with trams to Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante is a lovely city and would love to spend some more time there. As for the house, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and great views of the sea. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing and there is plenty of car parking spaces. The neighbours who I think all live in the complex were all very friendly. Would recommend the house and the area and would certainly consider going back. Thank you Jeroen and Manon.
