Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en la casa de Jörg’s , el trato ha sido exquisito, y la casa es espectacular, una piscina muy grande y muy equipada. La casa la entregaron muy limpia. Un 10 de nota. Pedro Perez y familia

Casa fantástica. Para pasar unas vacaciones en familia es ideal. La piscina, las vistas, las instalaciones… la ubicación es ideal si quieres estar cerca del centro pero necesitas coche. La casa se nota que es nueva y todos sus accesorios y equipamiento también. Sin duda repetiríamos. Como aspecto a mejorar destacamos la comunicación. Había una fuga enorme en la manguera del jardín y tardaron más de 1 hora en cogernos el teléfono y hasta el día siguiente no vinieron a solucionarlo. Por otro lado, como sugerencia, estaría bien una zona de sombra en la piscina.

Напевно найкращі перебувпння зі всіх де ми були! Супер класні господарі, 100% наповнення квартиры! Було все, від мирного засобу, масла,спецій до величезної миски з гостинцями та охолодженної води!!!! Господарі прийшли заселити нас біля 22, все показали, розповіли, кожні 3 дні було прибирання території. Виїзжали мы о 05.30 і власник без питань прийшов до нас, щоб все перевірити. Тиха вулиця, до магазину та класного пляжу 15 хв пішки. Нам все Супер сподобалось!!!! Дякуємо

El alojamiento estaba un poco más alejado de lo que esperábamos. Sin embargo para el tipo de viaje que planeamos no nos suponía mucho inconveniente y las instalaciones estaban muy bien y bien cuidado. Creo que el alojamiento merece mucho la pena.

Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings, the pictures don't do it justice. So peaceful with lovely views of the sea. Loads of space inside and out , the pool was great. The owners/ family were aleays available to help and nothing was too much trouble. We have been coming to Alcossebre for nearly 20 years and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. We will be back.

Mark fue un anfitrión encantador. Nos ayudó a conseguir una cuna de viaje y una trona para nuestro bebé y así evitar tener que llevarlo nosotros. En la llegada fue muy flexible, de hecho entramos algo antes de lo acordado porque así nos lo ofreció. La casa muy cómoda, tal y como se muestra en las fotos.

Perfekte Villa für unsere 6-köpfige Familie. Es war sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Urlaub brauchten. Die Nutzung des Pools war ein großer Bonus und perfekt für unsere 4 Kinder. Kommunikation, Check-in, Sauberkeit, alles war perfekt. Die Villa von Judith war makellos und ist noch viel schöner, als auf den Fotos. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße von der ganzen Familie an Judith und ihren super netten Vater Joan👍.

Tolle und saubere Villa mit großem Außenbereich und Pool. Zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten durch Tennisplatz und Hobbyraum. Freundliche Gastgeber und hilfreiche Tipps. Teilweise nur etwas laut durch die Animation am Mittag im nebenliegenden Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Amador est très sympathique et disponible. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Magnifique séjour dans cette superbe villa ! Toute équipée spacieuse et en accord avec la nature... les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils.. à l'écoute et réactif si besoin. Une vue à couper le souffle !! Calme , spacieux ! Villa de prestige qui comble toute attente...

Carlos gracias por recibir a mi familia! La pasamos genial , gracias por estar al pendiente siempre. La casa es hermosa, cómoda, todo para hacernos felices una semana completa. Las vistas al mar , el paseo marítimo y la piscina. Nos encantó… viajamos una vez al año a diferentes lugares en familia y seguro está entre nuestras favoritas. Un abrazo también a Fono quien nos despidió y fue amable en anticipar su llegada cuando se lo pedimos para irnos.

volveremos sin duda, casa muy amplia, limpia y con todo tipo de comodidades. Nos ha encantado

Beautiful house by the sea and close to a great restaurant. My family and I were able to relax and enjoy the location. It is a must to visit the Castillo de la Peñiscula. Concha was great and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this property.

Maison très spacieuse, fonctionnelle fidèle à la description. La piscine et le parc tres agréable et bien entretenus. Il faudrait penser à réaliser quelques petits travaux de rénovation notamment les carrelages au sol dans la chambre double du fond et le couloir et il manque la climatisation à l étage au moins. Néanmoins nous avons vraiment passé un agréable séjour.

First things first: Joris is the perfect host. You can not ask for faster reactions. Any issue we had, any question was immediately taken care of. No question that Joris cares. The spot is amazing. If you are on a motorbike there is no better place maybe even in the world to discover and enjoy the rides. Also quite good weather during winter (besides cold mornings and a few rainy days). Had a shepherd that dropped by with his goats, lovely scenery and amazing sun dawns. Just a good place. As in any spanish spot some dogs are barking at night but nothing major. You definitely need a car (or motorbike) to go shopping or discover the area but this is what this space is made for: off the grid. A few things to be aware of: the house is a piece of art and you have to be ok with being exposed to wildlife. As a couple that knows each other well for years the open house concept feels cool but be aware that there is no door, no rooms, no privacy 😂. Heating was fixed during our stay. Lovely

¡Es perfecta! Tiene un jardín espectacular y una ubicación excelente, la piscina tiene un tamaño ideal, por la tarde tiene sombra gracias a la casa.

Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine plus adaptés.grand saladier grande poêle mais nous avons pu avoir une grande plancha.Le matelas de.la.chambre parental un peu mou ... sinon maison parfaite spacieuse et très propre piscine très agréable. Conforme aux photos Relation de confiance avec les propriétaires et très bon échange par messages écrits .

Schon die Übergabe und Begrüssug waren sehr herzlich durch Eduard. wir belegten im Haus alle 3 Schlafzimmer. Alle mit Klimaanlage. Je nach Sonneneinstrahlung hat es genug verschiedene Möglichkeiten zu sitzen und zu essen. Die Badzimmer sind zwar klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlen bei der Beschreibung Fotos von den Badzimmern. Sogar ein schönes AussenWC und Dusche beim Pool, super. Abschlissbare Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Grill (Holzkohle) ist super. Die Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten rund um den Pool laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage ist 50m vom Meer entfernt. Einstieg ins Meer nur für Schwimmer, da felsiges Gelände. Einstieg ist aber mit einer Leiter gewährleistet. Für Kinder und Erwachsene die lieber Sand mögen ist der Strand La farne (klein aber fein.)zu Fuss durch das Quartier mühelos mit Kindern in ca. 8 min. erreichbar. Mit Auto 2 min. Parkmöglichkeiten gratis und genug. Es hat auch ein super gutes Strandbeizli. Unseren Enkelkinder 3 + 5 jährig hat es super gefallen. Danke..

Nous sommes une bande de 7 copains âgés de 18 ans et nous sommes venus en vacances dans cette maison et ce fut génial. Tout était super, l’extérieur avec le barbecue, le terrain de pétanque et la piscine ainsi que la douche sont super. L’intérieur est nickel, les chambres également. Je recommande pleinement ce logement. La mer à côté est génial. Le propriétaire est super cool.

Oiga y Marc excelentes anfitriones, siempre muy atentos a todas nuestras necesidades y siempre disponibles. El lugar es muy acogedor y muy adecuado para compartir en familia como fue nuestro caso con nuestros hijos, nietas y perritos. El jardin y la piscina son hermosos. Cette Villa est tout simplement magnifique ! La piscine est superbe ! Les infrastructures sont merveilleuses ! Je reviendrai l’an prochain sans hésitation ! Les hôtes sont super arrangeants ! Sans oublier Rosa !! Une femme magnifique, gentille, accueillante, qui fait tout pour que nous soyons plus que bien ! Nous avons passées de superbes vacances ici et nous sommes triste de ne pas avoir pu réserver plus longtemps ! Merci pour ces vacances !
