Sant Martí : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Ik verbleef samen met mijn ouders, broer en vriend in het verblijf van Manuel. Het appartement was super schoon, ruim en fijn ingericht. De communicatie met Manuel verliep prettig en vlot en hij dacht mee in oplossingen. De ligging van het appartement is perfect; het appartement bevindt zich in een leuke, gezellige wijk met veel restaurants en barretjes, midden in het centrum. Al met al een aanrader!

José Manuel est très sympathique et arrangeant. Son appartement est très pratique et convenait parfaitement pour un déplacement professionnel. J'y reviendrai avec un grand plaisir

Not exactly on the travelling spot but Great area and great house!! Had almost everything you would need for long-term stay (over a week) !!

10/10! Thus flat is a little gem, hosts are very friendly and reactive, it's clean, perfect location and super cosy, can only recommend it!

What a fantastic place- a real masterpiece. I will most certainly be back, I wish I had longer this time to explore the beautiful estate.

We were traveling with our cat and he readily accepted our stay with a cat! It's a quiet apartment so it was perfect for Ava (the cat) during the New years fireworks. If you are travelling with your cat I would recommend the place! The apartment was spotless tidy and well-equipped. It was within walking distance to the gothic quarters and other attractions and the metro was just 5 minutes away. Our friends and our cat thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and will definitely go back

Wir waren zu sechst und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Apartment ist sogar schöner als auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und mit einer großen wunderschönen Terrasse. Es gibt mehr als genug Platz, auch wenn man in einer größeren Gruppe reist. Die Lage ist ideal - nur 7 Minuten zur U-Bahn, ein Supermarkt direkt daneben und der Strand ist gleich gegenüber. Wir wären am liebsten länger geblieben! Perfekt für Gruppen von 4 bis 6 Personen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Casita bonita y tranquila ! Pasamos los últimos días del año 2024 en la casa de Jack y nos gustó mucho !zona tranquila cerca de parking de autos , parque para niños y a pocos minutos de la playa en coche . En estos últimos días del año buscábamos un lugar tranquilo alejado del bullicio de la ciudad y en la casita de Jack lo encontramos . Recomendable al 100% , nos vemos pronto! 😉

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. We traveled with our family and our dog, who had plenty of space to run around in the beautiful garden. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had a small issue with the electricity, but the hosts were quick to respond and resolve it. They were kind and attentive throughout our stay. For those traveling to Barcelona with family, this is a great option.

Die Kommunikation mit Trude und Miguel war von Anfang an super. Sie haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns hilfreiche erste Tipp bezüglich Bus, S- Bahn und Restaurants gegeben. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, gemütlich und sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Highlights sind die eigene Sauna, Pool und Billiard. Die Gegend ist ruhig, kleine Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Hafen ist direkt bei der S-Bahn Station. Von der Unterkunft zur S-Bahn Station sind es ca. 12 Min. zu laufen. Zum Bus 5 Min.. Nach Barcelona sind es dann. ca. 15 Minuten. Man braucht eigentlich das Auto nicht. Der Hund im Haus ist super lieb und schaut manchmal vorbei 😃. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen wenn man nicht direkt in Barcelona übernachten möchte. Miguel und Trude sind tolle Gastgeber. Der Preis wahr in jedem Fall gerechtfertigt. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Quiet neighbourhood, easy to find and good communications from the host

Grand appartement typique et sympathique. propre et bien rangé. possibilité location place de parking fermée. quartier vivant, nombreux commerces; plage et métro L2 à 10 min à pied (20 min au centre de Barcelone). seul petit bémol: isolation phonique avec la maison adjacente pas des plus optimales. un peu de bruit de circulation depuis les chambres donnant sur la rue. quartier calme la nuit et dimanche. Conclusion: nous avons apprécié autant Badalona que l’appartement et reviendrons avec plaisir chez Maya.

Magnifique vue! Plein de conseils dans le guide. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps pour encore profiter de la maison.

Séjour entre amis (2 couples et 4 enfants) chez Elisabeth qui nous a ouvert les portes de ce joli coin d’Espagne. Maison très pratique car chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et ses toilettes. Coin de convivialité autour du billard très apprécié par petits et grands ainsi que le salon télé ! À 30 minutes en voiture du centre de Barcelone, un bus peut même vous emmener directement du village au centre ville de Barcelone. Un grand merci à Elisabeth pour son accueil et ses bons conseils. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ☺️

This place was perfect for my friends and I to stay for our trip to Barcelona. It’s definitely further out, but worth it for the price and amazing rooms. This place is beautiful and the hosts were really accommodating, especially when our check in time was later than expected. There was 5 of us, and we were all able to fit extremely comfortably. The beautiful terrace is the cherry on top!

The Airbnb was perfect - an oasis 30 min away from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. Jane was the best host - really kind, friendly and approachable! Really looked out for us at every occasion we needed and took care of us the best way possible when unexpected circumstances arose. Will definitely go back!

Eine tolle und sehr geräumige Wohnung, ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne Dekoration. Die Küche hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Der Stand nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich.

Fantastisk utsikt över katedralen, både på dagen och under kvällen. Terassen är Världsklass, behövs inga besök på någon dyr rooftop bar. Hade kunnat utökats lite köksredskap!

This was a lovely airbnb, a perfect base to explore Sitges! Less than 10 mins walk to the beach and with plenty of places to eat nearby, the actual flat is on a quiet road which makes for peaceful evenings sat out on the balcony. Spotlessly clean and full of character, our stay was comfortable and cosy. Bonus points for Agota's amazing and helpful communication, even going the extra mile and coming over at 1am to help us unlock the door!! Couldn't have asked for a better host :)

Jesús es un excelente anfitrión, y el alojamiento está muy bien mantenido, remodelado, limpio y muy bien localizado. Jesús atendió todas nuestras solicitudes y nos apoyó en todo lo requerido. Respeta mucho la privacidad y la entrada y la salida fueron completamente Autónomas. Muy recomendado.

Im Gesamten hat die Wohnung genau das erfüllt, was wir erwartet haben. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was benötigt wurde. Wir haben alles sauber vorgefunden. Man kann mit einigen Minuten Fußweg die Bus-/Bahnstationen erreichen und ist so in der gesamten Stadt sehr flexibel. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, über die gute Kommunikation haben wir uns gefreut.

Logement fonctionnel, accueillant et décoré avec goût

Nos alojamos en el piso con motivo del festival de cine fantástico y estuvimos la mar de bien. Es muy cómodo y tiene una terraza estupenda para cenar, desayunar o comer. La cama es cómoda y la zona es tranquila, cerca del meollo pero lo suficientemente apartado como para poder descansar. Agota fue la persona que nos atendió y fue muy amable y atenta.
