We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

This is place is perfect for staycation. Very spacious, clean, and is complete with necessary amenities. It's also within walking distance of restaurants, bars, convenient stores, and gas stations. Van was such a wonderful host and had answered every inquiry I had. I highly recommend this place for group meetups.

Aa lot of places are well within walking distance and still offers a quiet neighbourhood

This is a spacious, simple, clean apartment with all the kitchen equipment you need. No clutter around. Two generous sofas. Almost at the top floor of the building, which has a spacious lobby. Gym and swimming pool available on floor 6. The host, Sweety (Rova June) is very responsive, and her helper, Ate Beth was always available next door if needed. One of the best neighbourhoods in Makati, near a nice park and very close to GreenBelt Outdoor Mall. A very good Airbnb in every way.

The place has complete amenities and provides all of our basic need like, towel, shampoo, and body wash. The kitchen is complete as well and we were able to use their pots and kitchen utensils. The place is very spaceous as well.

Hi. Ang ganda ng ambiance ng location, super sulit din compare to the other bnb. Very responsive ng owner when it comes to our concerns and request. Malinis ang space very recommended, uulit po kami if may ganap ulit🤗

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful throughout. The place was spacious, squeaky clean, and exceeded our expectations despite being a new listing. It was well-equipped with a complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware, including a rice cooker, kettle, frying pan, pot, and more. They also provided dishwashing soap and basic toiletries like towels, dental kits, shampoo, and soap. Additionally, its location is very convenient since it is near 7-Eleven and Uncle John’s, where you can easily buy emergency needs like water and other essentials. I am very happy we found this place for our quick staycation with my colleagues! The place is immaculate, aesthetic and complete! Gladys is very responsive and welcoming and allowed us to do early check-in. The unit is very clean, and it's a good thing there's a bidet on the toilet. It's also very near to MOA compared to other Airbnbs in Pasay. We'll definitely book again, and I can say it's going to be one of our favorite Airbnb units.

💯 Had to book a place near Ateneo for exams. This place was 15mins away. 1. Host is kind and very responsive to questions. (Replies within 10-30 minutes) 2. The room is neat and cozy. 3. Provided towels, slippers, toothbrush, and drinking water. 4. Overall, had a wonderful time. 5. Quiet neighborhood. Thank you!

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! Arianne was very accommodating and responsive, making the booking process and communication so easy. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine, air conditioning, and a kitchen area, which made my stay even more comfortable. Beautiful modern townhome on main thouroghfare. Best greeting ever for guests with fresh bread and fruits and personalized signage on the table. got used to the neighbors dog barking every morning and the traffic wasn't that noticeable at night. Private shared parking behind automatic gate was nice, super close to nightlife in poblacion.

My family and our dogs—especially our dogs—had an amazing time at the farm. The place is incredibly beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of animals to meet and activities to enjoy. From karaoke to exploring waterfalls, breathtaking sightseeing, and ATV rides, there’s something for everyone. Mr. Navyvan, the host, was very responsive to all my inquiries, and Ate Angie, the helper, was exceptionally kind. She even offered to pick up items from the market and accompanied us to the waterfalls. It was truly a wonderful experience for us all, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy nature with their family and fur babies. Thank you, Mr. Navyvan! We hope to return soon.

This is my go-to place whenever I'm in Quezon City. It's always clean, smells great, and is even more beautiful in person. The location in Eastwood is perfect—great restaurants and everything I need are just around the corner! Siri is incredibly friendly and always goes out of her way to make sure I'm well taken care of. Highly recommended!
