Wonderful place! A separate unit among others, own entrance, patio, only shared item is the parking which is gated. The house was nice and close to the beach.

Pamela and Steven were amazing hosts! Proactive communication and directions were very clear and easy. The bed was THE most comfy ever! Appreciated the coffee pods for the Keurig, sugar and they even offered to get us creamer. They supplied bottles of water and healthy snack bars too in the fully stocked kitchen. The Williams Sonoma soaps and room sprays were lovely! They really thought of everything and were so sweet! We would definitely return!

Fabulous stay! Right next to everything- beach, downtown. Feel like a local. The host was very friendly and extremely accommodating. I would stay here a million times over. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay! The building and grounds were well kept. Very easy to find with great directions. Parking was convenient and had no issues with check in. Place was spotless, cozy, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend! Would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 1 bedroom suite has so much vintage charm but kept in top condition with all the luxuries one could want for. Great water pressure, instant hot water, uninterrupted wifi, luxury bedding and furniture - we were super comfortable, the location was excellent - very walkable to shops/restaurants/beach. We drove up from Los Altos, parking was easily available. My family reports that they would happily stay here again when we visit next.

The apartment was just as described in the listing. Very open, great views and comfortable rooms. The kitchen had the basic needs with a microwave, gas stove and a thoughtful Brita water filter jug in the refrigerator. We had a very relaxing time and would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay in a great neighborhood close to the beach and Funk Zone--which has restaurants, wineries, art galleries, etc. The house was wonderful and had lots of space. We would definitely book this place again.

I stayed at Azul’s place for my birthday trip with my family. Her place was very clean and peaceful, felt private as well. It was easy access to downtown Santa Barbara. We usually stayed at a hotel but we liked the airbnb better with a little child!

The house is beautiful with a magnificent view of the ocean. The patio has comfortable chairs, a working hot tub and a fire pit. It was perfect for outdoor nights. And the indoor fireplace was a really pleasant surprise. And the host was very responsive and helpful! Overall, we had such a wonderful time!

Great location and Aidan was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs which was a huge plus! Pros + Great view of the ocean and amazing sunsets + Hot tub was great + Plenty of space for a big group. Kitchen had essentials and was big enough to make a meal for a big group + Conveniently located off the Main Street + Comfortable bedding & clean + Host was very responsive Cons - Furniture is a bit run down & could use some better cleaning - Flooring was warped in some areas which can be a trip hazard (esp for kids & elders) - Parking can fit 3 cars but was very tight for 4 cars - Even though it's close to the beach I wouldn't say it's walking distance because you have to cross a highway Overall, we were happy with our stay

Amazing place!! Love the surroundings and felt very private! The host is very friendly and gave us a full bottle of white wine, and of course we killed the whole bottle :p The surroundings property has 2 German shepherds making us felt safe in the property (Doggy also friendly too and my wife pet them for so long! one of the best experiences we had. Definitely recommend to friends!

We had a wonderful visit over Christmas - the home was nicely decorated for the holiday. There was a major windstorm while we were there, and owner was kind enough to check in to make sure all was well. Everything was very clean and as-described, nice bedding and linens. Thank you!

We had such an amazing week in Santa Barbara. Freeway noise wasn’t an issue, place was so close to amazing shopping, parks, and coffee shops. Some easy fixes could make this into a 10/10 place, but for the value (compared to other places in the area) it’s hard to beat!

Super convenient! I just stayed here with our 2 dogs and loved it! It’s a decent sized place, got 3 bedrooms and lots of room for everyone. They’ve got everything you need right there, felt just like home. Loved the snacks and wine and flowers left as a welcome after a long day of travel! The house has its own driveway so parking was easy, right in front of our door. The hosts stay upstairs and are super nice. Melissa helped me out with tips about what to do around the area. There’s a big yard too, fenced in, so good for dogs or just hanging out. The neighborhood is actually off the beaten path, so not a lot of traffic other than folks who live there. You do hear the highway cause it's right there, but it’s not too bad. It makes it super easy to get around to Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, and other spots quick.

This place is one to go back to. The home is beautiful, the view and location are awesome. The accessibility to the beach is so fun. Our family had an amazing time here. It had everything we needed to enjoy the house and ourselves. I highly recommend it.

The 3 months I stayed with Bry were great! It was the perfect housing situation for a Summer job, and exceeded my expectations.

Awesome condo to stay at! Walking location to state street and funk zone. Liz was a great host, super responsive. Her condo was cute, will definitely be staying there again next time we visit Santa Barbara.

Comfortable home, extremely clean, safe neighborhood. Short walking distance to upscale grocery stores, casual dining, bagels and Starbucks. Safe for walking, with nearby view nearby of the ocean. Short drive to downtown historic Santa Barbara.

Heaven ON EARTH. Perfection, from the wrap around deck with ocean views, to the gas bar b que, sectional sofa WITH fire pit. Dining table too! Comfortable beds, beautiful interior design & walk ability. This place HAS IT ALL🏆👌🏽

Lara’s place was amazing! My family and I escaped the wildfires near our home in Pasadena and Lara was more than accommodating. The condo is in the perfect location and very comfortable. There are tons of awesome restaurants within a few minutes walking distance along with the beach. Our two corgis were very pleased with our impromptu vacation. We highly recommend Lara’s place and would love to come back!

Jennifer and Tommy could not have been more gracious or kind. The room is comfortable and everything was very clean. The location is walkable and Carpinteria is fabulous. To top it off, they have the more adorable little sweet dog! One of my favorite AirBnB experiences ever! I look forward to returning.

Amanda is an amazing host. Very responsive, flexible, and helpful. Location is a stones through from the beach. Will be back again next year!
