What a great place! The house is beautiful and spotless. Was able to take a beautiful oceanside run from the house. Was also able to take an easy peaceful Walk in the nature preserve that is right around the corner. Beds were comfortable. Backyard was amazing. Could have easily lived in or at least stayed for longer. Will definitely keep this on a favorites list for a future stay in SB!

We had a fantastic time staying here. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and exactly how it looks in the photos. Great walking distance to everything in Santa Barbara. We loved our stay here. The only issue we had was communicating to the house management company regarding parking our car. That took about an hour which we weren’t happy about as we had plans. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it exceeded our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

The location can’t be beat, the house is beautiful and relaxing, and the bed was sooooo comfortable we named it the cloud. We would go back and stay again. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have stayed at this property and the sister property next door multiple times over the past 11 years. Clare has always been responsive, professional, and kind. Any time we’ve had an issue, it was resolved quickly and effortlessly. The property has the most well appointed kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, and the courtyard is a real plus. The neighborhood is quiet and so close to the beach!

We absolutely loved Bobbie's place! It was the perfect cozy space for our long weekend getaway! It was a short walk from the cute shops and restaurants in Montecito, and also walkable to Rosewood Miramar Beach. The neighborhood was very peaceful. There is some highway noise, but they provided white noise machines and earplugs for sleeping, which is super helpful for light sleepers. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The outdoor area was also really neat, we enjoyed playing ping pong and cornhole during our stay as well.

I loved staying at this place with my six month old son. We had a blast walking to the beach, harbor, activities, and restaurants. The location was so perfect and we loved having our own convenient reserved parking spot. It was also so nice having a pack and play and highchair available to use. Melanie was super responsive and helpful as well. We will absolutely stay here again.

Instructions were clear, condo was as described. The beach chairs and boogie boards were so helpful. Will happily return!

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Communication was great and the house was in very close proximity to Butterfly Beach and Downtown. Overall great experience with the family.
