Santa Catalina Island : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

First time staying in Catalina and Jeanie made it such a memorable stay ! She was extremely kind and generous, she even picked us up from the Catalina Express and dropped us off when it was time to go! Her personal recommendations were exactly what we were looking for and my boyfriend and I felt right at home. She’s so responsive and answered all of our questions, she’s just one text away ! Three one zero five one zero one seven zero seven Thank you Jeanie for hosting us and making us feel extremely welcome, we are already planning for our next trip back ! :)

The place is absolutely beautiful, the view is amazing, everything was really nice but the first night we were staying the power went off. Since we didn’t have power we couldn’t use the WiFi to contact Ami (there’s no signal in the area) so we spent the whole night without power but the next day once we were in town we called Ami and the power problem was solved when we went back! Also thank you for letting us check out a little bit late ☺️☺️

We had a great time in the cozy condo. Very quiet and we were able to walk everywhere during our stay.

This place was great. It was right on the edge of town— very easy to walk to, but also extremely quiet. Everything was perfectly clean and working. As advertised, it does not have a harbor view, but there is a nice patio and courtyard. Kit was very responsive in messaging. Couldn’t ask for anything else.

The Razz Ma Tazz was so cute! Location was great, only a few minutes from the beach. Meghan was a great host with excellent communication before and during the stay. We had a fantastic time!

My son and I very much enjoyed staying here. Kim and Julie were great hosts. The condo was easy to find and the instructions were clear. The place was clean and very comfortable. Everything worked as expected. It was great to be able to do laundry and we even had a grill on the back patio which I cooked chicken on. The TV worked great as well and we were able to stream movies and shows. The view of the ocean from the patio was nice. The golf cart was key as the condo is about 10 minutes from town. It was a lot of fun taking the golf cart to town and exploring the island. In addition, the condo had tennis rackets and balls so we played on the courts next door every night. A relaxing and good time. Great hosts, great place, great island!

Booked on short notice and the host was responsive straight away helping us sort out the accommodation. The place was unreal with great amenities. The stand out was the buggy which allowed us to have a good look of the whole island. Extremely recommend this place!

We booked this lovely place for a bachelorette trip, and the ferry got cancelled the day of, as well as the next 2 days, so unfortunately, we weren’t able to make it there due to the weather. Debra was so lovely and responsive and very helpful during the entire process and I’m so grateful for how helpful and kind she was. We are definitely going to take a trip there and stay at Debra’s Airbnb in the future! 🤍 Thank you for being an awesome host!

Great place to stay! Loved the views, especially from the upstairs outdoor patio. Location is walking distance to the harbor and very convenient. The space was bright, comfortable and spacious, but also very unique. Everything was clean and well stocked. Host was responsive and helpful.

Four of us used this as an overnight staging location before starting the Trans-Catalina Trail. Tony was super responsive and flexible, as half our party came from Long Beach and the other half from Dana Point, so we switched out our point of contact the day before arriving. Didn't phase Tony at all. Avalon is compact and walkable, so this was a good location. A little noisy on a Saturday night, but hey, it was Saturday night and folks were enjoying themselves in the neighborhood. Shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. are all walkable. This is very close to the street that meets the trailhead, so a great location for that too.

Lovely spot, great views and well laid out space. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart and were able to get to town easily but liked the location for a bit more quiet.

Amber’s place is amazing! I stayed in an Oceanfront condo in Hawaii and Amber’s place beats it 100%. Her place has amazing views, peaceful ambiance, 2 balconies, a huge bath tub, cute furnitures and decorations. It’s also very airy and open. I opened all the doors that lead to the balconies (bedroom, living room, and near the kitchen) in the daytime to have a complete view of the ocean whichever room I go into. The Clubhouse where the pool is, is literally next door! You can also walk down to the little private rocky beach, the cute playground and the picnic area OR take the golf cart to get there(I wish I used the golf cart more). Amber and the property manager are both very responsive and accommodating. I asked them to decorate the place for my mom’s 70th birthday and they did! My mom was surprised when we entered the penthouse the first time and it was decorated for her. I WILL COME BACK HERE AGAIN, for sure. My 12 year old already asked me to come back her for her bday, lol!

Absolutely beautiful views. The villa is well maintained and the decor is perfect for a beach getaway. We loved our time there and the use of the golf cart was a really great plus. Tip for other renters, have your luggage delivered to your door (available as a service at the marina).

Overall stay was amazing, with beautiful views. Check in went smooth thanks to the host explaining everything beforehand. I would recommend downloading the Circuit app for transportation from the check-in location to Hamilton Cove. Circuit transportation is a lot cheaper than catching a taxi. The Hamilton Cove unit is a well-maintained updated condo. The unit does come with a golf cart which is a bit worn, however it got us around the island during our stay. The views from the unit are spectacular and it’s a quiet community. Would definitely stay here again.

Unless you prefer to actually stay "in" town, this is by far your best option. Spacious unit with enough ocean view to make it worthwhile. Blake was very helpful. Unit is several flights up or down, so be prepared for stairs. Also, golf cart is a nice amenity (dont get an AirBnB without a golf cart), but the charging station is some distance from the designated overnight parking, so plan to move it a few times. Be sure to hit up Vons early in your trip, as the unit is fully equipped for meal prep. We would 100% rent this place again.

Jeremy’s place was even more beautiful than pictured. Hamilton Cove is situated on a steep hillside and provides beautiful views of the ocean. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The floors in the master bath were even heated. We enjoyed the fireplace in cooler weather. It’s a short 10 min drive to downtown Avalon on the 6 seater golf cart that comes with the condo. It was the perfect place for our girls trip.
