Santa Catalina, Ponent District : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt viele Extras und Annehmlichkeiten in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat mit dem beidseitigen Meerblick eine tolle Lage und es war sehr ruhig dort.

Antoni war ein Super - Gastgeber, Check In und Check Out waren flexibel. Haben die Wohnung in den kühlen Nächten im Dezember schön warm bekommen. Bei unserer Ankunft waren auch zB Kaffeekapseln vorhanden - sehr schön.

This is an awesome place to stay, beautiful views, quirky tramline, very good public transport, great restaurants and shops. The flat is stylishly furnished, spacious. We had read about the stinky bathroom beforehand so were not shocked, it is totally okay if you air the room frequently and plug all the holes when not using the shower or the sink. The noise from the restaurant downstairs was also manageable. If you like to sip your morning coffee looking at an amazing port with azure skies and sea, choose this location in Port de Sóller. The host was always responsive to any queries, very polite and friendly. The welcome tray with all the goodies was greatly appreciated as well. We would definitely go back, thanks Lena and Mats!

Appartement au 2eme dans un immeuble de standing Très belle terrasse avec vue directe sur la baie du port de Soller L’appartement est bien conçu avec une partie « jour » et une partie nuit pour les chambres Nous étions une famille de six avec quatre enfants et chacun s’y est plu La plage est très facile d’accès et de manière autonome pour les enfants car aucune route à traverser pour accéder au sable Literie de bonne qualité Points d’amélioration : peut être plus de cuillères et couteaux et quelques verres en plus pour éviter un lave vaisselle après chaque repas

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in Claudias Wohnung verbracht. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und die Lage ist super direkt am Strand. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und ist sehr gemütlich. Da fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Es gibt verschiedene Utensilien für den Strand wie z.b. Sonnenschirme. Claudia ist nett, zuvorkommend und konnte alle Probleme lösen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans le logement de Luis. L'appartement est grand, confortable et bien équipé. Parfait pour voyager avec un jeune enfant. La plage est à proximité et il nous a été facile de visiter d'autres endroits de Majorque. Seul bémol : l'insonorisation entre les appartements.

Really good value for money, 1 min walking from the large, childfriendly beach of Alcudia. The balcony has beach and sea view. The appartment was very clean, smelled nice and is very convenient, with 2 large bedrooms and a cozy livingroom. The bathroom and kitchen are somewhat old, but everything you want is there, including dishwasher, washing machine, etc. We really enjoyed our stay, with 2 kids (2 yrs and 4 months old). The beach is really nice, supermarkets are very closeby and tons or childfriendly restaurants on the beach nearby. We will definitely consider coming back!

We had a fabulous 3 night stay. The location is amazing and close to everything including the cathedral, marina, and great restaurants. Best of all is the terrace which has fabulous views. If you don’t mind climbing some stairs, I highly recommend this place and would happily stay there again!

Eine sehr schöne Villa in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße von Playa del Muro! Liebevoll und mit viel Stil eingerichtet. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit Aussenküche! Viele Orte im Garten zum verweilen. Wir waren zwei Familien und hatten dennoch viel Privatsphäre. Eine super toll ausgestattete Küche! Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Eine sehr freundliche und gute Kommunikation mit Kimberley! Vielen Dank! Sehr zum Weiterempfehlen!

Wie hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern: modern, sauber und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das Meer und die kleine Stadt.Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber nah an Stränden und der wunderschönen Stadt Arta.Der Gastgeber Ignacio war sehr freundlich und gab tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Aktivitäten und war immer erreichbar für sonstige Anfragen und Tipps.Besonders der private Pool war ein Highlight. Wie können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Salvador (der Besitzer) begrüßte uns herzlich mit einem vollen Obstkorb und einer süßen Spezialität der Region. Es wurde uns alles ausführlichst gezeigt und erklärt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Bel (ist von Salvador über eine Agentur beauftragt) hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Das Haus ist traumhaft - viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig, ohne Mietauto kommt man aber nicht weit. Restaurants und Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten sind mit einem Auto aber äußerst gut und schnell zu erreichen. Der Pool kann durch ein Gitter abgetrennt werden, was für uns mit kleinen Kindern perfekt war. Salvador oder sein Sohn kamen regelmäßig, um sich um den Pool zu kümmern. Das Grundstück ist riesengroß und wunderschön. Die Schafe des Nachbarn nebenan vermitteln zusätzlich ein Urlaubsfeeling. Es gibt in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage, die Küche ist top ausgestattet und wir können nichts bemeckern! Wir haben schon viele airbnbs besucht, aber dieses war das Schönste! Danke!!

Ett jättefint hus med fantastisk omgivning samt pool och jättenära till strand, restauranger, supermarkets mm. Vi bodde 4 vuxna och 4 barn och huset var optimalt för sällskapet. Juan som värd var vänlig, hjälpsam och alltid snabb med kommunikation.

Carmen’s house is so special! We were a few girls staying in the off-season and it went far beyond our expectations. It was so nice to stay in a house that felt authentic, …we would love to come back :) The town is an also a great stay for a relaxed environment!

It's a great house with a beautiful garden (the lemon tree is wow!) in a quiet place 3 mins walk from the sea. Silvia is very friendly and responsive. Everything is clear, the apartment has everything that one might need.

Great home directly at the beach, wonderful location, porch with seats overlooking the water. All required amenities, including dishwasher, washer and dryer, and daily used juicer as oranges were in season.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit hochwertiger Einrichtung, in der man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Alles ist vorhanden und die technischen Geräte sind Top Top. Wir haben die beiden Terrassen und die Ruhe in der Anlage sehr genossen. Vielen Dank Ralf und Frank, dass ihr so viel Liebe in die Wohnung gesteckt habt und sie vermietet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vše proběhlo v naprostém pořádku, ocenili jsme možnost samoobslužného přístupu, měli jsme velké zpoždění příletu a na místo jsme dorazili až kolem pulnoci. instrukce byly jasné a přesné. Parkování hned před domem, moře na dohled, obchody pár min. chůze.Nejvice jsme si užili 3hod. projížďku po plážích na koních, ranč je opravdu blízko a koně milujeme. Diky za splněný sen.

I have had a good solo trip to Alcudia staying at Luis place. The apartment is in an area tucked away that is next to beautiful scenery. The supermarket nearby, Colber, is great by the way (coffee / pastries / service etc). But the apartment really was lovely - clean and had all the amenities described. Luis was a great host always keeping me informed and replying straight away if I had a query. Thank you for having me Luis and I will be back:)

Top ausgestattete, blitzsaubere Wohnung mit Meerblick mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Wir waren im November da, sodass das ganze Viertel geschlossen hatte. Man findet in einigen Kilometern Entfernung jedoch tolle Restaurants und die Sonnen entschädigt für das saisonbedingt eingeschränkte Angebot. Bei Check in und Check out hat sich Maria vollständig auf unsere Wünsche eingestellt. Wir waren daher vollständig zufrieden und können das Appartement uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

Cozy and very clean apartment in the peaceful area just few minutes away from the promenade. The appartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, though having coffee and tea for the first day would be a nice bonus. The apartment was overall quiet as there are no neighbours above. As we visited Mallorca in December possibility to use AC as a heating was a real bonus, the apartment got warm quite fast. Xisco provided very clear instructions how to find a place, there was also a free private parking near the entrance, which was very convenient. We felt ourselves like at home, great experience, thanks!

Die Unterkunft war komplett ausgestattet. Es war einfach alles vorhanden, Backofen, Gasherd, Spülmaschine, Microwelle, Gefriertruhe, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen usw.. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Klimaanlage top, Deckenventilatoren sogar draußen auf der Terrasse, Betten super. Dusche etwas eng, aber völlig ausreichend. Ada war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein TOP Apartment das wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Danke nochmals für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
