Martinas place was great. The apartment was as described. The apartment has all the amenities. The location was amazing and safe. We got there late but it was not a problem. Don't let the dark street deter you. The area is safe. The building has 24/7 security. In others reviews I didn't see much about restaurants. However you can find different restaurants with in a 10 minute walk. You have the famous Pollo Campero, mcdonalds, starbucks, Los Cebollines (great breakfast) and local restaurants within a 10 minute walk. . In El Parque Las Americas (mall) you will find different shops but most importantly a super market. I love to run and the Avenida Las Americas which is a cross the street from the apartment offers a great running path. You will see other runners on the path. Just becareful crossing the street since the drivers are very aggressive. I ran a total of 5 miles on the path. I took my 84 year old mother with her wheelchair and walker. Upon arrival, everything was precisely as Jorge offered, which gave us an incredible feeling of trust in our expectations from day one onwards. We stayed for a month and fell in love with the apartment locations and amenities. Jorge is a very enthusiastic host with great communication skills, letting us know about situations in the country while we stayed. Jorge was open to promptly fulfilling our requests and responded to our messages efficiently. For all the reasons abovementioned, we strongly recommend Jorge's apartment to anybody looking for a great location and accommodation in the heart of Guatemala City. Me gustó mucho mi alojamiento, 100% recomendable, estaba muy cerca del área en la que estaría, muy buena ubicación y cerca de Ciudad Cayalá y del Centro Comercial Spazio, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, placentero y tranquilo.

Our stay at Salvador’s was very pleasant. Location was perfect, beautiful and clean. Place looked exactly like the pictures. Nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

This place is beautiful and amazing words can’t describe it’s like its own little city within Guatemala. Security is top notch ! We love it here it felt like home for my husband and I! This was a gorgeous apartment with incredible views of volcanoes! Super comfortable, great kitchen and amenities, and we loved the pool with the view! It was easier than I expected to communicate and check in, and the building staff was very friendly! Great location and easy to walk around - the neighborhood feels very safe and there were lots of restaurants and a beautiful swank food court nearby. Amazing location and amazing stay. Will definitely return on my next visit to Guatemala city!

Increible todo, las vistas de la ciudad y de los volcanes es lo mejor.

We loved our stay at the apartment. The place was clean and spacious and the highlight for us was the pool and hot tub. I work online and the Wi-Fi worked great. We would love to return one day.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, amplio espacio de habitaciones para descansar en familia, valoro muchísimo la cantidad de baños, súper práctico amenidades disponibles en el mismo piso, el parqueo súper ubicado . El apartamento con clima sumamente agradable y fresco. Súper recomendado.

Es bonito y cómodo, como consejo poner a calentar el jacuzzi al nada más llegar por que tarda bastante en calentar

Even though we only stayed a night, this was one of my favorites in guatemala, a beautiful view of agua, fuego, and acatenengo! Having the windows and door open overnight felt amazing. Super clean and modern…and plenty of spaces within the building. The pool is very nice. Highly recommend.
