The place was nice. It's in the city so nose should be expected, but I found that the loft was a little quieter than downstairs. the blankets were very warm. I enjoyed the view from the back balcony😊

My wife and I appreciated waking up to the sound of nature from inside Karla's beautiful villa. The villa itself is particularly beautiful in the way that it was designed and constructed. There's plenty of space with an open-feeling to the room along with a delightful balcony that is most exquisite. The solitude of total relaxation is the warm invitation to this villa. We felt very safe in the gated community found in an upscale part of town. It's located within walking distance to the center square as we walked back and forth several times for the exercise. If you get tired, there are plenty of tuk tuks available to take you around. Karla was most welcoming and was quick to respond to our needs. She helped to resolve any issue we had and even arranged last minute transportation to Panajachel when we needed it. Out of all the Airbnb listings that were available for the price, I'm confident that Karla's place was well worth the value to stay there.

Un lugar bastante accesible al Aeropuerto y cercano a las zonas céntricas de la ciudad. También fueron bastantes comprensivos y con toda la disposición de ayudar respecto a un pequeño accidente que tuvimos, ayudaron a que llegáramos a un acuerdo para resolverlo. Bastante amables y un lugar muy bonito, comodo o con todo lo necesario.

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

El apartamento muy lindo y limpio. El Acceso fue muy fácil y el personal de front desk muy amable.

La estadía estuvo muy bien, la vista que tiene a pesar de estar en el primer nivel era muy buena. El lugar es muy pequeño y queda justo para 2 personas. La pasamos muy bien.

El apartamento esta ubicado en una zona segura,un barrio tranquilo,el apartamento es muy lindo,tiene todo lo necesario para estar varios días,las habitaciones muy cómodas,excelente todo,hay un café muy bueno en el primer piso, nos quedaríamos nuevamente en este apartamento todo excelente 👍🏽. Great place to stay! Close to Oakland Mall and plenty of places to do things. Fernanda is a wonderful host! She’s communicated very well with anything related to the place. She’s always there for you, what ever you need. I recommend this place and her as a host for any other stay.
