Santa Caterina, Nardò : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

Un villa au top ! Un jardin splendide, un piscine grandiose, une maison spacieuse ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos enfants et nos amis. Par contre nous avons du prendre la voiture pour sortir car il n y avait pas grand chose a proximite. Nous avons adores la ville de Gallipoli.

It’s a very nice apartment block, there’s 6 units in total, the location suited our trip, we were greeted by a lovely lady called Lucia who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Our apartment was beautiful and quiet, very well equipped. I would recommend getting a top floor apartment as the bottom apartment we stayed in was noisy from people walking or moving chairs upstairs. My only other recommendation is that the second bedroom be fitted with a blind as the light shines through, this didn’t worry us but might others. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will still recommend you staying.

We had a great stay! Enzo is the best host one can imagine. Gifted us some wine, bakeries and a pannetone for new years eve as we arrived. Two days later he got us some traditional stuff from a pasticceria. We loved all of the italian flavor! Also there are many beautiful cities with even more beautiful historic centers around and easy to reach. 10/10 would recommend and also we do! Thanks Enzo!

Absolutely stunning house! The interiors were beautiful and the pool and outdoor space was great for relaxing. So many bedrooms to fit our group of 18, with nearly every bedroom having its own ensuite! Would recommend. Thank you Maria!

We loved it here. Very peaceful and quiet. The gardens and pool are simply lovely. We used the bikes to cycle to a few of the local towns for coffee etc. There are plenty of walks within easy reach too. We had a car and being able to drive to the start of walks or to the local sights definitely added to the holiday. All in all a great place to relax and enjoy yourselves.

Geweldige locatie en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een echte aanrader om te verblijven. Onwijs gastvrij ontvangst met koffie. Het zwembad is een heerlijke aangename verkoeling na een lange warme dag toeristische uitstapjes.

Five stars is not high enough for this amazing apartment in a historic palace in the Centro Storico of Lecce. Location, location, location! While on a quiet and private street, this apartment is close to everything! Not only that, but the artwork within and around the apartment is fantastic, and we really connected emotionally to some of the pieces. If that wasn’t enough, Luigia could not have been more helpful. She stocked the kitchen and refrigerator with breakfast items and snacks, provided extremely clear directions on how to find her and waited for us on the street to greet us, gave us recommendations for restaurants and cafe’s that were terrific, and introduced us to her wonderful cats while showing us around the terrace. She is so warm and friendly that we feel like we’ve made a new friend. I don’t think we can come back to Lecce soon enough. Hope to see you again soon Luigia!

Bel appartement offrant de belles prestations. Il est bien situé et la communication avec Giammarco est parfaite. Parfait pour un séjour en octobre.

Eravamo in 8, 5 adulti e 3 bambini di 5 anni piu due cagnolini. ci siamo trovati benissimo, la villa è ancora più grande di quello che si vede in foto e dentro abbiamo parcheggiato comodamente le nostre 3 macchine. i cani avevano un enorme spazio all'ombra e non. la casa ha tutte le comodità, persino il phon la lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Cosimo è super disponibile, gentile premuroso e proattivo per ogni cosa. Vicino a pochi passi c'è la spiaggia di rocce e sabbia con un bellissimo locale da cui puoi ammirare il tramonto e il centro si raggiunge a piedi in 20 minuti..ma il più delle volte prendevamo la macchina per andare e trovavamo parcheggio tranquillamente. la spiaggia piu vicina e la piu bella dista neanche 10 min di macchina con parcheggio costo 3 euro al gg tanta spiaggia libera e un bel lido dove puoi pranzare. la straconsiglio per la sua grandezza e la posizione ottima vicino al centro animato con giostre,locali e al mare.

We spent a happy month here from mid February to mid-March. Because it was a longer stay, we especially appreciated the extremely well-equipped (and generously stocked) kitchen and the comfortable bed. The terrace gets great sunshine in the morning so that became our spot to enjoy coffee. The location was convenient and peaceful, and the apartment felt airy and spacious. We never had any trouble finding parking on the street below. Fernanda herself was a gracious host and very helpful when I was seeking advice for how to post an awkward package. We would happily stay there again.

Andrea was very ambitious to give us the best recommendations for the area around the flat. Everything was nice and we can proudly recommend Andrea and his flat!

Vi hade en väldigt härlig vecka I Francesco’s hus. Vi satt och tittade på solnedgången vid havet precis utanför köket. Man behöver bara gå några meter för att bada. Kan verkligen rekommendera.

We were positively surprised! Very cosy and clean. They figured out the smallest details. Marta and Stefano are very warm and friendly persons. It was a very nice stay!

La mia permanenza in questa casa vacanze è stata semplicemente fantastica! La struttura è situata in una posizione perfetta per chi desidera una vacanza immersa nella tranquillità e vicinissimo ai piedi del mare. Al nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con calore e disponibilità dalla proprietà che si è premurata di mostrarci tutti i comfort della casa. Gli interni sono puliti e arredati con gusto, offrendo un connubio ideale tra modernità ed elementi tradizionali. La cucina è ben attrezzata, permettendoci di preparare delle bellissime cenette in casa. La vera ciliegina sulla torta è stato il giardino privato, un piccolo angolo di paradiso che ci ha permesso di far sgambare i nostri cani in tranquillità prima di partire per l'esplorazione della bellissima Puglia. Sicuramente consiglierò agli amici questa casa e spero di tornarci ancora.

Wir lieben das Haus. Wir haben hier einige Wochen verbracht und uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und groß, die Zimmer sind gut und schön eingerichtet und die Deko schafft eine einladende Atmosphäre. Die 2 Terrassen sind super, um draußen zu essen oder die Sonne zu genießen. Die Lage ist top, man hat direkt viele Parkplätze vor der Tür und es sind 4 Supermärkte in Fussweite. Man schaut aus dem Fenstern auf Felder, was wir sehr schön fanden. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten. Die Kommunikation war super einfach, schnell und freundlich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall und kommen auch gerne wieder.

The view across the sea in the morning is heart-warming. While it is a summer rather than a winter destination we had a good time here in January. A car is a necessity and there is lots to see within a one-hour drive.

es wurde ja schon viel geschrieben zu Giulianas Apartment. Deswegen möchte ich nur ein paar Dinge ergänzen, die evtl. bei der Entscheidung helfen können, ob dies das richtige Apartment ist. Ganz grundsätzlich ist es ein schönes Apartment, besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool und Bäumen ist wunderbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit Giuliana war hervorragend. Dinge, die beachtet werden sollten: - Das Apartment ist relativ schattig, im Sommer ein Vorteil, im Oktober eher zu dunkel, da auch die Terrasse im Schatten liegt. - Für zwei Personen ist das Apartment optimal, vier Personen sind eher ungünstig. Die Gästecouch mag für Kinder in Ordnung sein, für Erwachsene und für mehrere Tage nicht zu empfehlen, vor allem weil die Couch ein Durchgangszimmer ist. - Schade ist auch, dass es innerhalb des Apartments nur einen Bistrotisch gibt und keinen normalen, das ist der Größe des Apartments geschuldet und funktioniert auch für 4 Personen. Richtig gemütlich ist es allerdings nicht.

Das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich wunderschön! Wir haben dort viele tolle Stunden verbracht und sogar den Pizzaofen benutzt 😍die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! Antina ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, hat uns jede Frage beantwortet :-) Wir waren Ende September da und hatten viele Mücken 🦟die lage ist auch perfekt, man kann viele schöne Strände sehen und lecce ist auch nur 30-40 Minuten entfernt :)

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Antonio war sehr kommunikativ und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Das Haus ist faszinieren, der Pool ist schön groß, zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Ein wirklich interessantes Haus jeder hat dort seine Privatsphäre, weil alles sehr verwinkelt bzw. weitläufig ist, die Zimmer sind sauber es gibt genügend Handtücher, sehr nettes kleines Städtchen mit freundlichen Menschen. Bäcker, pasticceria, Restaurants alles fussläufig erreichbar. Metzgerei, Fischerei, Obst-und Gemüsehändler, Bar, ebenso. Absolut empfehlenswert. Top Betreuung.

Très belle maison de campagne, calme avec un magnifique jardin et une piscine. Piscine que nous n'avons évidemment pas utilisée car c'est l'hiver et que nous ne sommes pas venus pour ce motif. Le logement est bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine, linge de lit, serviettes, clim réversible en chauffage) et nous avons eu des petites boissons de bienvenue dans le réfrigérateur. Les hôtes habitent la maison d'à côté et sont très accueillants, gentils et discrets. nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Merci beaucoup pour cet accueil.

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

Anna and Toni were very kind and caring hosts and when I had a problem with the car, even came out to pick me up from the village and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival there were all kinds of goodies waiting for me including coffee and a bottle of wine which I was not expecting! I had a very enjoyable time and my Italian improved no end after my weeks stay as they were great to chat to. I car is essential and there is plenty of parking at the property. Really nice, spacious villa in a lovely location - rural and quiet but within 6 minutes' drive of a fantastic beach, which was uncrowded in late October. Comfy beds, and lots of indoor and outdoor space. Guido and Laura were both helpful and quick to respond to texts. They provided a second set of towels for the beach at a small extra charge, and a late check out for no charge, which was very helpful. There were a lot of mosquitoes and other biting insects in the area, but there are insect screens on bedroom windows, so you just need to put on insect repellent when outside. The pool is nice and big, although it was cold in late October - I'm sure it would be lovely earlier in the summer. Sea was easily warm enough to swim in, even in early November. We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily come back!
