Cilia's home is located in a quiet area which makes it ideal for having a restful evening after a busy day. She went above and beyond to accommodate me, and even allowed me to stay a bit past check out due to my flight being rescheduled to a later time. The area is low key, which worked perfectly for me because i work overnights so it was very peaceful while I was on my shift. Most things are within relatively close proximity if you don't mind walking a bit. I highly recommend staying here, and if I'm ever in the area again I'll be doing so myself.

We had a great time. It’s a great place to walk, close to University Ave dining and shopping area. Kathy was very helpful and the place had all we needed to cook our own dinners. Parking in the carport was very convenient as well.

This was my second stay with Sherry, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, Sherry made me feel completely at home with her warm, accommodating nature. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure her guests are comfortable, and her hospitality is unmatched. The house itself is consistently spotless—clean, tidy, and well-maintained. We had a great experience with Jessica and the property. The space was setup to be very comfortable right from the beginning. The amenities and layout were similar to hotel stays, with towels, soaps, body washes, toothbrushes, etc. all laid in each bathroom. The space itself provides plenty of space with three levels, so even with a few people in the home there's more than enough room to work and relax. Jessica was very prompt in communication and was able to assist with all our requests and changes. Thank you very much.

I stayed in the master bedroom for a month. Sunny is a very friendly and responsive host. He provided clear check-in instructions, and went through lengths to get an extra bedroom available for me on the date I requested. The house is almost next to Hwy 280 but insulation is excellent and I can't hear the road noise at all when the windows are closed. It took me some time to find the place the first time as the house entrance isn't located right on the street and I had to go through a private driveway to access. Once I found it, parking was easy as there is a parking spot reserved for the master bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the on-site laundry is very convenient.

I booked this stay for my wife and me, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to make it. My wife stayed here for two weeks. We initially booked Tracy's house due to its perfect location, but apart from the great location, this house is actually a big hug from an old friend. Tracy's home is gorgeous, creative, cozy, and full of loving touches wherever you turn around. It has that warm, genuine, lived-in quality that's just not imitable. The real magic however, is Tracy herself. She's the kind of host who greets you with just-baked homemade banana bread (I really wish I could've been there to try it too!) and makes you feel like an old friend the minute you sit down. Super genuine, positive, engaging, responsive, and more than happy to help—Tracy totally lives up to the definition of hospitality. Every day was light-hearted and enjoyable, with inspiring conversation in an environment specially designed to unwind.

Justin is a reliable and helpful host. We stayed at his place for 1.5 month and enjoyed it very much. House is at peaceful and beautiful area. There are restaurants and shops in walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped well. There is even a bath tube with windows in the ceiling! We will definitely come back when visiting Silicon valley.

I enjoyed my stay at Yong's place. Great place for big groups. Living room space is right next to the kitchen, so it's not too spacious, but it was a cozy place. Plenty of parking inside driveway and out on the streets. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to 10-12 people group sizes.

Stayed for a night while in town for work—great location, just minutes from Stanford. The place was clean, comfortable, and check-in was easy. Perfect spot for a quick trip. Would definitely stay again.

The room itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a very comfortable queen-sized bed—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Akki is a great host, stayed for ~2 months and did not have any issue. Akki is very responsive. The location is great and the community is very nice. Highly recommended if you are looking for a stay in San Jose.

I had a great stay at Jackie and Deja’s place. The shared space was exceptionally clean, and the hosts were very responsive to any questions or needs I had during my stay. It felt comfortable and welcoming. Jackie and Deja were both attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. We love Vera’s place and had an amazing time in the Bay Area. Parking is super convenient, which is one of the biggest reason we picked Vera’s place over the others. They have a lovely Labrador, Ludas, always welcoming you home when you enter the house. The bedroom is clean and big, with a desk in the it where you can get some work done. We would definitely want to come back and live at Vera’s place whenever we visit Bay Area again. It was a great experience!

Place was located in a nice, quiet area of Newark. The unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very kind and very responsive. Highly recommend and I would definitely like to stay again.

Overall, I have great things to say about this place. We stayed for a little over two months and throughout our stay Mony was always responsive. The neighborhood was safe and the home was nice. We requested to extend our stay a couple times on short notice and Mony was able to accommodate. It is nice and spacious inside as well. I definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance. Mony will provide nice local recommendations as well 👍
