We planned a guys retreat to celebrate a friends upcoming 1st child. It was the perfect place for us. Great amenities, great setup, great location. Rodney’s communication was top notch. Always responsive within a very short time. The house was setup nice. The rules were short and sweet and didn’t feel like they got carried away. We had an amazing time.

Such a wonderful house! Host even left things in case you forgot anything. More than enough towels. Rooms were very large. Pool was very inviting with the slide and diving board! Also played a little basketball with the kids! We are already planning on when to come back. House was very nice! Had a great time!

Home is listed as a gracious home for guests. That is a under statement. This home is beyond gracious. My job takes me all over the US and I have stayed at many airbnb's. This house is not just a updated rental property, this is a home were you feel spoiled from it's charm, were you feel secure because of it's location and a place that's just says, relax.

It was absolutely amazing!!. The place was so spacious. Plenty of towels and washcloths. The beds are very comfortable. Even the outside swing the pillows were absolutely amazing. Everything you could ask for this place has it. We had so much hanging out in the garage and playing games by the pool. The host was amazing. Fast responses and just so welcoming! Also the k cups for coffee was amazing and us girls were very thankful.

Absolutely LOVED our stay! 10/10 highly recommend to all. Do not pass this place up. It is peaceful and private, but not too far from town (less than 10 minutes) Karen and Ron have went above and beyond with the inside of the home. Everything is labeled and very easy to navigate. Karen met us to give us a quick tour upon check in and was super responsive through our stay. The pool is amazing and worth the price alone. There are games and stuffed animals for the kids and tons of water toys and floats. Next time all we will need to bring is our swimwear! There are bathroom toiletries, kitchen utensils, many coffee options, endless towels, etc. These hosts are top tier! We will be coming back for sure!

This home was exactly what we needed, when we needed it. It is exceptionally clean and we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with all the tools needed for basic food preparation. The peaceful front porch was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee.

Holy smokes, this place is heaven! Upon pulling up we quickly realized we were in our own private getaway from the beautiful cabin, livestock checking us out, and private lake. I didn't tell my guests anything about the place, I wanted to see their reaction. When we entered they were in awe by the cabin layout and jacuzzi on the front porch. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed and clean. Both kitchens were stocked with everything we needed and then some. When we went down to the game room we saw billiards, ping pong and football. great hang out spot. we knew we were in for a great weekend! There was also an indoor pool for swimming laps! This was a very memorable weekend due to a great place and a wonderful, responsive, accommodating host. Thanks so much!

Beverly was the sweetest host! Her house was the pure definition of cozy! Loved having the fireplace and the super cute decor. Everything was clutter free and clean! I would definitely stay her again!

This was a great central location in Evansville and we really enjoyed the master suite upstairs. We would definitely stay again.

Nice big house with lots of sleeping areas. living room and kitchen were roomy. plenty of bathroom areas even for several people. seperate living space in basement for seperate age groups or interest.

This is our third stay here, and we couldn’t be more pleased! Larry is highly responsive, the check-in process is seamless, and this property truly feels like our home away from home. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a great stay.

My mom & I met up for a weekend together. This place was perfect! It was clean, beautiful, and in a good location with lots of restaurants nearby. I cannot say enough about the linens!! The towels are the softest and fluffiest I have ever felt and the sheets are so soft and comfortable that I slid right into bed and asleep within minutes! We truly enjoyed our stay & plan to return to the beehive cottage again!

This was the second time staying at Patty's and we loved both times. Plenty for kids to do in the house and a lot of room to relax while having family time. It was a really enjoyable place.

Wooded getaway is very accurate. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. The outdoor area is so pretty and Ron had turned the strings of lights on for our arrival. So very thoughtful for us Texans who were tired from a day of travel. There is ample outdoor seating and firewood available for an outdoor camp fire. We all rested well. The price is really good for everything you get. This area of Indiana is stunning. I would like to come back and stay longer! Thank you Ron!

This was our fifth year at The Farm. It's always a highlight for our sports team. They love exploring the farm and making s'mores around the fire.

This is a lovely home in a beautiful setting. The accommodations were great. The house was clean and welcoming - with Christmas decor! We enjoyed the space, peaceful setting, and it felt just like home. Sandra was proactive and thought of everything we might need. She is very friendly, and you can tell she really cares for her guests. I will stay here again!
