Santa Croce, Florence : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Great place! Beautiful and spacious. Angela meet us for check in helped us find the house. We got the lasagna dinner that was offered. It was delicious! it was so nice having groceries and not having to find a grocery store. Definitely worth doing. They were accommodating with our checkin and check out. The location of the house was good but a little far from main city’s. We had to drive pretty far to get places but the drive was beautiful. We would recommend this house for sure. Beds were comfortable. The downstairs shower was the only one that got the hottest water but it was ok because there was just three of us. Having a washer was great as well! The upstairs bedroom had the most beautiful view! Thank your for letting us use your home for our vacation!

Beautiful villa, in a very peaceful valley surrounded by olive trees. Only 20 minutes to Florence, and close to local restaurants and pizzerias.

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

Chiara est adorable et très chaleureuse. La petite maison est située dans un petit village desservi par le bus qui va directement a Florence mais aussi a une petite ville avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Le logement est charmant et on y trouve tout ce qu’il faut.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte con una coppia di amici, la casa si trova in un cortile, molto caratteristica con travi a vista. Check in comodissimo, appena entrati la casa era calda e confortevole. Cucina dotata di tutto, lenzuola e asciugamani. In 7 siamo stati comodi. Grazie, alla prossima!

Logement très propre et confortable. Flora nous a bien accueillis, les œufs de ses poules ainsi que l'huile d'olive (produit chez elle) ont aussi été appréciés. Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de la Toscane.

We loved our time at this rustic Tuscan property tucked up under the Castello di Poppiano. It is a large private space with tremendous views. The weather was not optimal for us so we didnt get a chance to stroll through the landscape but were delighted when the cats made an appearance for us. Sara met us to introduce us to the property and did a great job getting us acclimated. We were very comfortable here and the location allowed us to maximize our time in Tuscany and get to the experiences we were looking to have over a 4 day span. The only criticism is that the interior lighting is not very bright and often times was darker than we would would have preferred but that was only a minor concern.

1월17일~19일 2박3일에 신혼여행숙소로 선택했습니다! 4층까지 무거운 짐을 들고 올라가야되는 걱정이 있었지만 아름다운 뷰를 볼수있는 기대감이 더욱 커서 결정했습니다! 근데 Beatrice님의 아들과 친구분이 1층부터 짐을 들고 올라가 주었습니다. 퇴실할때도 마찬가지로 아들분이 오셔서 짐을 1층까지 내려다 주었습니다. 너무 감사하고 감동받았습니다. 앞으로 인생에 있어서 피렌체에 또 방문할일이 있을지는 모르겠지만 만약 방문한다면 무조건 이집으로 방문하겠습니다!! 신혼여행이라고 웰컴 샴페인과 초콜릿도 선물로 주시고 의사소통도 전부 다 받아주시고 친절하셨습니다. 한국분들은 피렌체 계획있으시면 무조건 강추입니다. 스위스 이태리 많은 호텔과 에어비앤비에서 숙박을 해봤지만 정말 여기 뷰는 끝내줍니다!!!! 다시한번 Beatrice님께 감사합니다 ^^ +짐옮겨주실때 인당 소정의 팁을 주시면 좋을거같습니다. 저희도 팁을 드렸고 덕분에 편하게 입퇴실하였습니다.

Lorenzo’s apartment was well positioned for exploring all of Florence, super clean, cozy and comfortable. He was super communicative about check in, and answered all of our questions (how to keep the flame on with the stovetop!). The location is perfect for exploring Florence, with everything right at your fingertips. We loved Wanda Cafe right across the street! The weather was a bit too cool in the evenings and mornings to enjoy the patio, but it is lovely. The heat works well inside and we were very cozy! Lorenzo left us some candies and juice and biscuits which was much appreciated and other items for cooking and basic coffee/tea items. We’d return and would recommend it. Beds and linens all very clean too!

The unit is in the university area and close to all the main sites near the Duomo. It has a great view off the balcony and from the windows. The bathroom was a little tight, but not a big deal. We loved staying in the unit and were there for a couple of weeks. The hosts were responsive and took care of us. Highly recommend.

Christina’s apartment is great! It was easy to access (ground floor), spotless, comfortable ample space, good amenities (including washing machine), and she’s a friendly and resourceful host! The neighborhood is quiet and feels authentic, away from the tourist crowds, yet still only a 20 minute walk to the city center. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Florence, 5 stars!

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

‘Perfect’ is the best way to describe our stay. Location, staff, communication, apartment, everything was just perfect! Look no further, this can only be highly recommended for everyone going to Florence. Consider though that the 2nd bedroom is on an elevated platform in the main living space, so it lacks a bit of privacy if that’s crucial to you.

What a wonderful stay! Great location, great host, and great apartment. Bianca was super responsive and check in was very easy. Everything was absolutely lovely and we would definitely recommend this apartment.

My stay here was amazing! What a perfect first stay in Italy. It is in a great location and you only need to walk to find the lovely history of the area. I would gladly stay in this gorgeous home again!

Tolle Unterkunft, auch zu Fuss gut bis ins Zentrum möglich. Wir reisten mit zwei Kindern (6 Jahre und Baby). Uns wurde ein Reisebett, Hochstuhl und Wickelunterlage bereitgestellt. Herzlichen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

We were very pleased with Tatiana's unit. Would like to mention a few things not included in other reviews. The neighborhood is great, outside the heavy tourist area, but only by a five minute walk, so best of both: a vital neighborhood of locals with lots of shops, cafes, and a vibrant night scene, with a street cafe on one corner, and a craft cocktail bar, called Bitters on the other; and a ten minute walk to all the Duomo museums the other way. Also worth mentioning, if you are looking for the kosher restaurants and grand Sinagoga, they are just one block over. Only word of caution is the unit is on the top floor, so while the terrace is lovely, keep in mind that there are steps you need to climb. My wife and I are into our sixties, so this last note is for our generation. We were very happy with our experience. Very clean and extremely comfortable sitting area and bed. Special note unit has a washer and dryer.

Dan has been an excellent host; even from a distance, he was always attentive and responsive to all our requests and questions. Netti was very welcoming and kind on the last day. The only downside is the thin walls between the apartments. Other than that, there’s nothing to criticize. The interior design is perfect—being designers ourselves, we immediately fell in love with this apartment. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good place to stay in the center of Firenze! The apartment was perfect for us, a nice well-equipped kitchen, a nice sitting room with TV, a very clean and practical bathroom, a bedroom at the back of the apartment which is quiet. The apartment is well located near all great places in Firenze and not so far from the station. We also could take the apartment much before the usual check-in time, which was very convenient for us! Rita and Carlo are nice, give you nice tips and react very quickly. A place to come back for sure!

This is a beautiful place, comfortable and full of personality, centrally located between two important landmarks: Piazza della Signoria and Santa Croce. Alessandra was very accommodating, allowing me to drop off my bag before check-in time, and sending me helpful sightseeing recommendations. She took time during her holiday to give me instructions over the phone, which I appreciated. This accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it and hope to be back.

A truly amazing stay and incredibly kind hosts. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for all round location, style and comfort. The place is amazing, so beautiful and a proper ‘design’ style but at the same time really homely and cosy. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Firenze!
