Santa Croce, Venise : locations de maisons de vacances

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und 1 Hund) waren für eine Woche zu Gast bei Elena und Gilberto. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren immer sehr hilfreich wenn wir Fragen hatten. Über das selbst gebackene, sehr leckere Bananenbrot von Elena haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und wir hatten genügend Platz für uns alle. Unseren Kindern hat besonders der Pool gefallen! Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell alles, fussläufig ist das eher schwierig, man darf sich aber auf Nachfrage ein Fahrrad nehmen :-) Insgesamt möchten wir uns noch einmal bei Elena und Gilberto bedanken, denn wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf op Ca' Milone. We waren er voor iets meer dan twee weken en hebben heerlijk gezwommen en op de ligbedjes gelegen als we een dagje bij het huis bleven. We hebben leuk contact gehad met Francesca en Paolo die ons vanalles konden vertellen over restaurants en activiteiten in de buurt. Beiden spreken goed Engels, wat erg handig is. Paolo vertelt graag over de geschiedenis van het landgoed en zijn passie voor vliegen. De bakker en de supermarkt waren op minder dan 10 minuten met de auto, voor ons ook een pluspunt. Als je komt logeren, zorg dan wel voor een flesje Deet, of haal bij de drogist Autan om de muggen op afstand te houden!

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

Pěkný, útulný a velmi dobře vybavený dům kousek od moře. Angelica reagovala rychle a ochotně. Doporučuji 🙂

Strávili sme niekolko dní na tomto ubytovaní. Splnilo všetky naše očakávania, boli sme velmi spokojný.

Moc děkujeme Louise za příjemný pobyt, vše bylo čisté, připravené a my jsme se cítili moc dobře. Cestovali jsme s pejskama, lokalita je na skvělém místě pro cestovaní i relax. Vrátíme se, moc děkujeme ❤️🙏

Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fabulous and wonderful. This was in large part because Francesca was fabulous and wonderful. Very responsive and excellent suggestions. Listen to all of her recommendations. ESPECIALLY Enoteca a Volto. The food, wine and staff were superb. We went twice and wished we went more. I also recommend going to Burano and if you want a fancy meal eating at Gato Negro. (reservations needed). We also did a day trip to Verona by train (easy to do). Go tonite Rialto market. Early ! Before noon. It says it closes at 3 but vendors pack it up some days before 2. Get the 3 pass ahead of time online (can’t do it day of) for Doge’s palace and museums in St Mark’s Square. Go early. & bring cash — can negotiate easily, some vendors prefer it and others insist on it AND now on to the place itself. Fabulous. Perfect. More space than you realize. Kitchen is so well equipped (pretty dishes and nice stemware!) & supermarket below a lifesaver. So well situated. So chic! Loved it!

Our stay at Paolo’s was perfect. It is away from the noise of Rialto and St.Mark’s square but easily walkable to both. The apartment is immaculate - beautifully decorated and clean. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Two nights in a great location spotlessly clean, private entrance, hot water and close to all amenities including stores. Would definitely recommend as a must to stay directly in Venice! I would say the apartment was 90% quiet which I would say for Venice is great! Easy to locate being just back from the water.

Beautiful and authentic appartement at great location, nice piazza with a choice of restaurants. Quite noisy night from Saturday to Sunday- lasted until 3:00. The thing you need to know is that of 5 beds it is literally impossible to sleep in the master bedroom. The concrete floor is a better choice and the pillows are tremendously hard and huge. Impossible and very uncomfortable. So we can’t recommend even though we loved the apartment. After all you rent it to sleep….to change mattress and pillows is an easy fix if renters want.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno in questo alloggio a Venezia. La posizione è perfetta, centrale e comoda per esplorare la città a piedi, con tutto a portata di mano. L’appartamento è ben arredato, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Il check-in è stato semplice e l’host sempre disponibile. L’unico piccolo inconveniente è stato il Wi-Fi, che risultava piuttosto lento e a volte instabile, ma nel complesso l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Consigliato!

Un super séjour dans une maison typique de l île de Burano ! Lieu idéal pour une famille avec enfant. Antonnella est très gentille et la communication à été très facile entre nous. Elle a su répondre à nos questions et est très réactive. Nous sommes arrivés tard sur l ile et elle nous avait fait quelques courses et cuisiné des pâtes pour que nous ayons un plat chaud à notre arrivée... quel accueil ! Merci beaucoup... je vous recommande vivement ce logement

We had a lovely one night stay at casa Nina though short but comfortable enough as we have to board our flights in d morning. Wonderful host who waited for our late checkin and embarrassingly for the first time we lost their house keys somewhere outside and couldn’t seem to find it back. Nina was very forgiving but we still feel really bad for losing such important item. I highly recommend this place as it was really near to airport, away from the tourist area but still close enough to get to anywhere in Venice. Perfect !

Excellent séjour en famille à 4 chez Barbara, quartier étudiant très sympathique et authentique. Appartement bien chauffé pour l'hiver, très agréable et cosy. Lumineux avec un grand Velux. Lits très confortables Cuisine petite mais bien équipée pour cuisiner. Supermarché et épiceries proches pour faire les courses. Vaporetto 2 sur le quai à quelques minutes à pied. Presque direct pour San Marco. On peut explorer Venise facilement et se promener dans les petites ruelles, les ponts et places autour de l'appartement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Attention, si vous avez des problèmes locomoteurs: Escalier raide et étroit pour acceder au logement.

Host gentile disponibile per qualsiasi evenzienza ! La casa perfetta come ce l’aspettavamo ! Casa accogliente spazi perfetti pulito insomma come ce lo aspettavamo dall’annuncio! Torneremo sicuramente per il prossimo viaggio a Venezia !

Superbe séjour à Mestre. Logement très pratique et agréable, avec des hôtes réactifs et accueillants. À proximité à pied de la gare amenant à Venise. Tout est très propre, bien rangé, les explications sont claires, nous avons pu avoir quelques conseils des hôtes. Nous étions un groupe de 8 amis, le logement se prête parfaitement à l'accueil d'un groupe de cette taille. Je recommande.

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Nous avons passé un séjour particulièrement agréable. Roberto est un hôte accueillant, disponible et prévenant. Toujours prêt à donner les meilleurs conseils pour que l'on découvre et profite au mieux de sa région. Le logement est idéal pour une famille tant côté emplacement ( proximité des transports, restaurants, commerces,...), que côté équipement et calme. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !
