Santa Cruz de Tenerife : locations d'appartements de vacances

Carlo was a great host, met us and showed us how to get to the apartment and made us feel welcome. The apartment was very clean and tidy and was described just like the pictures. It is in a really good location for bars and restaurants and not too far away from other parts of los Americas.

Die Lage ist optimal, kaum zu übertreffen. Man ist wirklich direkt i. Zentrum. Jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 24/7 eigentlich verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist auch in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Klima/Heizung ist vorhanden. Wobei die Heizung kaum zu gebrauchen ist, selbst im Januar. Da die Wohnung direkt an einer Straße liegt, hört man logischerweise die Müllabfuhr nachts...ansonsten wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Komme bestimmt bald wieder:)!

Apartment was great, would absolutely stay again, pool area is great with a small bar where you can get coffee, beers, and more as well as food. Over the whole week we were here never struggled to find sun beds for 4. Apartment contents were great, beach towels available, glasses, cups, and everything required for a great meal. Very good local amenities within 5 minutes. Bus stop and taxi rank 2 minute walk away. Location is great, vast majority of Playa de las Americas is within walking distance. The apartment complex is very secure, using key fobs and key pad gates. Only drawback is that the road outside can get busy and loud, but it’s very easy to close that out.

Tussen alle lelijke appartementcomplexen op Tenerife stak dit er met hoofd en schouders bovenuit! Wat een geweldig appartement met een heerlijk uitzicht tot en met de zee in de verte. Het verwarmde zwembad was echt wel een pluspunt in de winter. Verder was er van alle basics wat voorzien, zelfs melk en fruitsap in de ijskast. Op het grote terras met de ligbedjes hebben we veel gezeten. Babystoel en bedje stonden klaar zoals gevraagd en het contact met Ana was super vlot. Ze regelde voor ons nog na vertrek de pick-up met een verhuurbedrijf dat niet was komen opdagen op onze laatste dag daar.

Это было потрясающе! Очень чисто, частный удобный балкон, восхитительный вид на океан и город! Ночью очень захватывающе! Все необходимое есть в квартире и на кухне! Достаточное количество банных полотенец, пляжные полотенца! Зонтики для пляжа! Кухня укомплектована необходимой техникой и посудой. Подъем на холм все-таки был утомительный, но с пляжа мы ходили в прекрасный супермаркет Меркадона (рекомендую!), а оттуда легко взять такси стоимостью 4 евро прямо до апартаментов! Поход на пляж вниз был не затруднителен. Минут 15 медленным шагом. Кондиционера нет, есть вентиляторы, но они нам не пригодились ни разу! Ночью достаточно свежо и совсем не жарко. Мы были в конце сентября. Вокруг очень тихо, мы прекрасно высыпались. Общение с Эрикой было отличным! Мы благодарны за возможность позднего выезда! Рекомендуем данное жилье на 100%!

Мы провели чудесные 5 дней. Место очень тихое с прекрасным видом на океан. Легко найти. Предусмотрена парковка, что очень удобно. К услугам гостей интересный лаундж с винным погребом. Можно взять в пользование настольные игры или ведерко с лопатой для пляжа. До Лоро парка 30 минут на машине, в окрестностях много красивых мест. Елена была очень отзывчива и отвечала на все вопросы оперативно. Спасибо большое!:)

la location était parfaitement en adéquation avec la description . Rien à redire, tout est parfait. Accessible à pied pour toutes les commodités, et la vue imprenable et envoûtante....

Aroon is a great and easygoing host. The apartment is very clean. We loved having breakfast and dinner in the garden while enjoying the calmness of the area.

Prima appartement. Schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien op een rustig appartementencomplex. Winkels voor dagelijkse boodschappen zijn dichtbij. Het plaatsje is gericht op toerisme. Een boottocht is een aanrader. We hebben schildpadden, groenten en dolfijnen gezien.

Tja, wat zullen wij zeggen, perfect appartement die gewoon echt schoon was. Lekker groot boven terras en een zwembad op 2 stappen afstand. Leuke restaurants op loopafstand. Adviseer zeker een huur auto om de omgeving te zien.

Excellent séjour chez Edoardo, l’emplacement est top, le coin calme et agréable pour un séjour en famille ! Gros plus pour les piscines à disposition de la résidence :)

Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein fremder Gast, sondern wird herzlich empfangen wie zu Hause. Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich mit schönem Blick über die Küste und es gibt sogar einen extra Aufenthaltsraum mit Panoramafenster und liebevoll arrangierten Büchern, Bildern und Spielen. Wirklich ein Kleinod!

Eine schöne kleine Unterkunft, an der es nichts auszusetzen gibt. Super gelegen nahe am Strand, Supermarkt und vielen Restaurants. Sehr schnelle und hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Einziger kleiner Haken: Das WiFi deckt nicht die ganze Wohnung ab, man muss deshalb auf den mobilen Datenverbrauch des Telefons achten, wenn man streamt o.ä.

What a lovely apartment. It had a funky African theme throughout. The rooms were all large and had plenty of space. It had a really nice covered patio space that was literally next to the pool. The kitchen has everything you would need and again very spacious. The living room area has big sofa's and a large flat screen TV with loads of UK channels. Anastassia was really helpful and provided excellent communication. If we go back to Los Christianos we would definitely stay here again. Brilliant.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing clear instructions on how to get there and a warm welcome upon arrival. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to everything. They went above and beyond with a map and amazing recommendations for local activities, which made our trip unforgettable. The house was spotless and so comfortable. All in all, a flawless 5-star experience – highly recommended!

Thank you for letting us hire your penthouse flat out, really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and everything we needed. Everything you needed was there. Loved the two restaurants across the road everyone was happy and inviting.

We had a great stay in this private apartment. Check-in was so easy and Sara kindly recommended some local restaurants which were great. We loved the hot tub and the terrace was great for all day sun. Beds were comfy and the apartment is so spacious. The gym was a great addition too. Plenty of sun beds if you wanted to go by the pool.

Vistas increíbles, fácil acceso. Bonito apartamento, la tortuga monisima, y las comunicaciones rápidas, con recomendaciones de sitios cercanos. Volvería!

A magical place and a complete hideout in the hills with an amazing sea view. The airbnb itself is just super cozy and warm, we were instantly relaxed and enjoyed every second of our stay🌞🧘🏼‍♀️ also super easy and fun communication with nikas! 10/10 we can only highly recommend to travel here!☺️ (Only the street to the house is adventurous but manageable)

The stay at the Apartment was amazing. I felt really comfortable and safe. You will find everything you need and the supermarket is just right around the corner. The communication with Benedict was very easy and he friendly.

The apartment lived upto our expectations. Very suitable for 2 adults and 2 children with all the necessary amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool, and it was nice to have a cafe/poolbar and a restaurant on the property. We also tried the minigolf and tabletennis. The balconies were very spacious and we enjoyed sitting there both daytime and seeing the wonderful sunset, looking over to La Gomera. We had a very lovely stay in Jesús apartment and would recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Very responsive and friendly host. The bed was comfortable, great shower and the outside terraces were fantastic. Perfect location in the centre of Santa Cruz, close to lovely bars and restaurants, the market and the historic area. Views from the terrace were lovely, with the sea and the port in the distance. Close to everything in Santa Cruz and easy to get around further afield on the bus and the tram. Highly recommended and a fantastic week.
