Santa Cruz Department : locations de vacances en résidence de tourisme

It was my second visit to Bolivia as I settled to become a Temporary Resident and pursuing my studies in a new country. The centralized location allowed me to easily visit Migración and other locations with ease, especially during the Civil Strike when transport options were severely limited. The center is within 7 - 8 mins walk for variety of cuisine and art by local folks. It was the beginning of Summer, so when it became too hot, the pool provided the opportunity to cool down and relax. It was a great experience and Herman helped with my transition to making Bolivia my new home.

Jorge's flat is very nice and clean. Jorge communicated very well. Jorge also arranged an airport shuttle to the flat. The check-in was very easy. There is a staff on-site available 24/7 to attend to any issues.

Beautiful, spacious and modern apartment, lots of light, lovely art, rugs, furnishings. Above a five star hotel so we used the pool and restaurant which was great. Felt like a cool and peaceful haven, above the jungle, watching the birds circling. Was perfect to cook, catch up on washing and relax when we had been travelling for a while and a base to have excursions around Santa Cruz. Very flexible allowing a 4 am check in for a very early morning flight. If you find this apartment, we highly recommend it, definitely book it.

The apartment building is beautiful and we felt very secure with 24/7 concierge at the desk. The apartment itself was great and it had everything necessary for us. It is in a good location with restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Excelente lugar, monoambiente bonito y acogedor. Todo limpio y con lo prometido. Pequeña aclaración, no hay parqueo en el edificio, se estaciona en la calle.

The host always responded timely, provided the missing items. The address misses “NOMAD” in description. Was not that easy to find. But this is obvious Santa Cruz problem, not the host: in Santa Cruz they haven’t got building numbers, or they don’t bother. To find any address is always pain. The flat misses washing machine, and there’s paid laundry on top of building. No idea how to get into coworking zone, and the reception men are of quite arrogant and lethargic type, so they didn’t exactly help at all. Overall it was good place to stay, and if needed I’d be glad to come over there again.
