David's place was a fantastic place to stay in Puerta Ayora. The location felt safe and secure, and it was within easy walking distance of the town and marina. Several exceptional restaurants (recommended in their guidebook) made the stay particularly enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, and access was easy. David went above and beyond to give us access when we arrived unexpectedly early. At every step, his communications were top notch! I would gladly stay there again on my next visit!

The suite is in a great location on the way to Tortuga Bay. Quiet and comfortable, I had everything I needed for a long stay. Nestled in a residential neighborhood the suite is peaceful and close enough to town that you can walk everywhere. I did appreciate the air conditioning as it was very hot and humid during my stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

El lugar fue muy hermoso, me sentí tranquila la casa muy cómoda, limpia muchos servicios que nos fueron útiles, Jacson una persona muy amable siempre presto a ayudar…en una buena ubicación para salir a comer o comprar cerca para ir a tortuga bay… no puedo describir lo maravilloso q fue haber encontrado ese alojamiento.

Fue agradable quedarse en este lugar, a solo 15 minutos caminando del muelle, se siente la tranquilidad y el silencio para un buen descanso en las noches. Cuentan con los utensilios necesarios para cocina y la cama extremadamente cómoda 👌🏼. La casa tiene un aire que te hace sentir como que estuviese en casa.. muy acogedora

We loved staying at the Dock House during our time in Puerto Ayora. It was very convenient to have access to the Ninfa Hotel for the amenities and breakfast available there. The house location is just a short walk away from the hotel but positioned very conveniently to the pier where we departed for all our tours and ferry. It was also close to the supermarket and local restaurants. We really enjoyed walking down to the pier in the evenings to watch all the sealife. The house is large and well equipped. The private yard with the hot tub, seating areas and hammocks was well enjoyed by our family when we needed some downtime after the long day tours. The bathrooms are updated and modern. They supplied a water bottle dispenser with drinkable water which was also appreciated. Overall, we think this was the perfect spot for our family of 5 during our stay in Puerto Ayora.

Norma y su esposo fueron excelentes anfitriones, me hicieron sentir en casa, por eso volví, siempre atentos a brindar información y apoyo con las necesidades que tuviera, son muy acogedores, el apartamento muy agradable, perfectamente limpio, tal cual las fotos, muy cerca al mercado, a comercios, restaurantes, a paradero de buses para desplazarse a zonas de interés, a pué al muelle. Muy recomendado, volvería a quedarme siempre.
