Santa Cruz la Laguna : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Super convenient location to the restaurants, taxi boats, bars, stores, and chabad! Some noise on the street but just city noise. Easy to get to and check in process was easy, the hosts are nearby! Best hosts ever! I twisted my ankle/ broke my foot right before my arrival in San Pedro and wanted to get an xray right away. Samuel and Khiely arranged for a tuktuk to take me to a hospital, and Samuel helped bring my friends and I to an xray place in San Pedro, which are very hard to come by. What is also hard to come by is boots and crutches, however Samuel went out of his way to go to pharmacies/ disability centers to find me a boot and my crutches were borrowed from Samuel's friend Pedro who ended up becoming my tuktuk driver for the week since I could not walk anywhere. Samuel and Khiely were extremely attentive to all our needs and made for a comfortable and hospitable stay during a situation that could have otherwise left my group and I feeling very hopeless.

I truly enjoyed my stay and it was relatively smooth getting to Casa Sita. Terry was responsive to my messages and offered his area knowledge, which was much appreciated. I will be returning and staying at Casa Sita once the opportunity presents itself.

El lugar es un lugar privado accesible mayormente por el lago (vía lancha) aunque se puede caminar muy a gusto por un sendero a la orilla del lago, un lugar hermoso con una excelente vista, a tener en cuenta es el horario de las lanchas, ya que regularmente después de las 6 se tiene que contratar una lancha privada, sin duda regresaríamos pues el lugar es excelente

Nuestra estadía en Atitlan Sunset Lodge fue maravillosa principalmente por el paisaje y las instalaciones hermosas que nos acompañaron y, en segundo por la atención amable del equipo en todo momento. Así como las actividades que tuvimos a nuestra disposición. Agradezco a Armand por darnos la oportunidad de vivir algo mágico. De igual manera por la sorpresa del sauna 😍. Definitivamente recomendamos Sunset Lodge y esperamos puedan seguir hospedando a futuros viajeros que buscan disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la belleza de Pana.

Beautiful seculded place with direct access to water and away from the city, while still being close enough to walk back easily for dinner and groceries!

The perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Lake Atitlan. After several weeks of travelling around Central America, where various things weren’t working in the hotels we were staying in, Duncan’s apartment was the perfect reprieve. Super quiet but easy to get public water taxis to the busier towns (25 Quetzals). His dogs are possibly the most adorable on the planet. Especially Sampson. I probably messaged Duncan too much in the end because of how responsive he was 🤣 This is the place to stay.

Such an amazing and serendipitous stay. This little lakeside cottage was exactly what I needed for my week away in San Marcos. The area is perfect and easy access to the downtown San Marcos area. The bungalow itself is super quaint and perfect for 1-3 people. Filtered water provided and a full kitchenette and refrigerator to prepare your own food. The fire pit was lovely as well which I wasn’t expecting. Whenever I plan to be back in San Marcos I will absolutely be checking to see if this airbnb is available during my planned stay. Thank you!

Amazing stay! The lake is gorgeous—one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The property is locally owned, and the hosts are helpful and communicative. Speaking Spanish or using Google Translate will make things easier. Mornings are especially magical when the lake is calm. You can kayak on the serene water or relax in the Jacuzzi for an additional fee. If you need to go into town, you can easily hire a taxi driver by the hour. The space is stunningly clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. Highly recommend!

We were two families sharing this beautiful space - we loved it so much! Excellent location (right across from the pier and close to some simple shops for basic groceries), unique and fun little hobbit-like cabins, the pool was so warm and inviting at all hours of the day, the kitchen had everything we needed. Miguel and his family were so kind and helpful, not just with things on the property but also with arranging transportation for different day trips we did. They live on the property and we appreciated their care the whole time. The one downside was that we didn’t stay longer! A memorable trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Del Carmen in the Azul House! The place was truly stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to local attractions. Sofia was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Villa Del Carmen to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

This place was beautiful. The peaceful environment and the AMAZING view were definitely worth it. Everything was as described and more. We really enjoyed out time here and would definitely love to be back. the kids had a great time at the pool, the lake and around the house. a beautiful place to rest, enjoy and to reset. We recommend this place.

I had such an incredible stay at Casa Bonita del Lago! The house is even better than the pictures: spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches to make guests feel right at home. The master bed is SO comfortable, and the outdoor space is incredible! You can tell how much work Marcos has put into creating a backyard oasis, and it has definitely paid off! Amazing views, the pool and fire pit are perfection, and the private beach and garden offer plenty of additional space to relax with a good book and the sound of waves on the lake shore. Great location, peaceful but accessible. And Marcos is a perfect host! Throughout my stay he was absolutely wonderful, responding quickly when I had questions and offering me great recommendations for the area. It is very apparent that Marcos genuinely cares about providing a special experience for his guests, and his kindness and attention to detail made my stay extra great. I will be back!

Un lugar muy bonito para hospedarse, la vista es espectacular. El calor se encierra mucho y no hay ventiladores ni aire acondicionado. Por lo demás, perfecto.

Luis tiene una casa espectacular. Su ubicación es la mejor de cualquier otra casa. Cuenta además con parqueo para muchos autos si así se quisiera. La vista al lago y los volcanes es impresionante. Además, la casa está muy bien equipada con artículos personales necesarios para la estadía y todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios. Se nos fue incluido agua pura lo cual es un gran detalle. Recomendada al 100 porciento. Disfrutamos muchísimo haber estado allí. No escogeríamos otra casa más

I loved staying in Griselda and Antonio‘s apartment. They were both hospitable and helpful. The apartment is spacious, quiet and easily walked to from the center of the hub bub and so much better to be away from that. Kitchen is equipped with the blender to make smoothies and anything you need for cooking. I would highly recommend it. I stay there alone, but it’s big enough for a family.

Geovany es un Excelente Host. Desde que íbamos a llegar hasta el último día de nuestra estadía siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Nos hizo sentir en familia. Fue muy amable siempre. En una ocasión necesitábamos comprar algo , y gustosamente se ofreció para llevarnos en su moto . Recomiendo 10/10 este hospedaje ! Definitivo regresaremos en un futuro ! Gracias Geovany !!

Un lugar mágico, el lago imponente al tenerlo literalmente enfrente, el alojamiento tiene una sección arriba y otra abajo, es un terreno inclinado, la parte mágica es la de abajo y ahí hay cocina, nosotros decidimos estar en esa parte la mayor parte del tiempo. Hay muchas gradas por lo que si es recomendable llevar tenis. Si pueden nadar No se pierdan la parte lanzarse al lago desde el muelle 😍

This is a gorgeous air bnb. The host has thought of everything and was very responsive to questions. The caretakers are kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hot tub and all the outdoor spaces. Beautiful landscaping and the lake is breathtaking. I loved the open-air feel. We stayed three nights and wished we could stay longer, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much, Ana! This place was absolutely magical! it was our favorite stay so far and it exceeded our expectations. The space is so peaceful and you are a few steps away from the lake which we went to each morning for sunrise. There are also restaurants and cafes walking distance to the property!

This place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views. Being able to see all the volcanoes at once was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The big open windows flooded the space with sunshine and provided incredible vistas that we couldn’t get enough of. We loved spending time in the outdoor area, especially around the bonfire and in the hammock. The garden was adorable and the coffee provided was delicious! The highlight of our stay was definitely the sacred yoga room. The cozy nooks inside the room were perfect for quiet reading sessions—so peaceful and inviting! While there was mutiple points of coordintion to access the property (boat ride, luggage and property access) all customer service was outstanding. Word of caution: the hike to the property is not for the faint of heart but completely worth while. If only staying one night, highly recommend getting food/snacks before hiking up.

Everything was great and Gabi was responsive to any issues or needs. The place is beautifully decorated and from every window we could see the volcano. The photos don’t do it justice and it’s such a gem!
