La estadía estuvo muy bonita, la vista desde la cabaña es hermosa, el acceso al lago para ir a nadar es seguro y le da un plus al lugar, esperamos volver 🫶🏻

We had a fantastic stay at the property . The scenery and setting of this property is just serene . We were a group of 10 with adults and kids . The kids loved the place so much that they refused to even leave the property . Had a very restful 3 days of Christmas . We stayed over the Christmas break and walked to a nearby local church for the midnight service . Don Miguel ,,George and Theresa ( the helpers on the property ) were always available and very helpful . I wanted to leave a word of appreciation for Sylvia . She is super helpful and very responsive . Was always available to answer questions and provide a lot of helpful recommendations . By far the best Airbnb host that I have interacted with . Overall a wonderful experience

We stayed for 10 days and had a wonderfully relaxing time. Initially, we thought the description meant we could see the lake from where we stayed but it is really visible from the garden with a beautiful place to sit. The house is very comfortable and plenty of hot water etc. It felt very homelike, not a typical airbnb and we were very very happy there. Leisa even let us use her big kitchen oven to bake a cake and roast veggies although the one with the Casita was perfectly adequate for most things. Jaibalito is quiet, no doubt about it but there’s an easy hike to Santa Cruz if you want more excitement! Indigo bistro in front of the house is a great place to eat also.

I’ve stayed at Nash’s house a few times, and it remains my favorite place on the lake! The house is stunning, the views are incredible, the village is authentic, and the family that takes care of the house is so sweet. I love everything about staying here and will keep coming back. Thanks for everything, Nash!

The place was very nice, everything clean well put together, the kitchen came with alot of household items, coffee, cooking oil, plates , everything you would need.The view of the lake was beautiful, the outside little patio was a nice hangout spot for a coffee and to relax. Diego was very friendly, helpful and understanding. Responded quickly and had answers right away, provided us with transportation from the dock to the house and as our own little private tour guide around the lake. Very satisfied with the stay, do recommend to book with Diego and Oasis, definitely would come stay again! Thanks again Diego and Oasis for everything. Ask for Chema if your looking for some quick transportation around the area, very friendly, knows his way around.

Great home in a quite part of Pana right by the lake.

Beautiful home to be in touch with nature. Beautiful scenic views of the mountains. Location is private in a quiet town, with not much things to do, perfect for those who want quietness. Take note that theres a large amount of rocky steps before entering the home, however staff and helpers are available to help with luggage. Since the home is in the middle of nature, there are many bugs, but are harmless. Would recommend to shop for food before entering town, or communicate with the staff to set up cooking services a few days before. Host and staff were extremely helpful with accommodating us and connecting us to a personal boat driver, where we were able to visit the other towns. Instructions were clear and communication was great! Overall enjoyed my peaceful stay at the Seed.

Es totalmente como las fotos sin duda volveríamos, ideal para descansar y salir de la rutina la casa es muy limpia y cuenta con todas sus comodidades

We had the best stay at Rafael’s place. The location is unreal - directly on the lake with the most gorgeous views of the two volcanos! It’s a 15 min walk into the main Santa Cruz town along the water’s edge. We were able to wave down lanchas (the public ferries) to come straight to the port out the front of the house, which was convenient. The house itself felt very homey, exactly what we needed for our group of 6 friends. We did a big shop in panajachel and cooked big feasts every night in the kitchen, which was well equipped. Would highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax and soak up those insane lake views!

Spent Christmas at Elaine's with my parents and girlfriend. We had a lovely time at the lake for our holiday. The property is lovely, it has everything you could need and is in a great location. We enjoyed going for swims in the lake everyday off of the jetty, kayaked on Christmas day and visited the other villages on the lake. Elaine and Lee were extremely helpful. Pre-arrival they offered advice regarding how to get to the property. Whilst staying with them, we were given recommendations, bought fish from the local seller and Lee helped my dad to buy tickets for Tikal (Guatemalan card needed to buy the tickets online). Elaine and Lee have taken in a number of dogs and cats that were abandoned. The dogs and cats were really sweet. That being said the dogs were up early in the morning shortly after sunrise so worth being aware of this. On Christmas day, Elaine shared tamales and ponche with us too! All in all a really great stay and lovely holiday. Would definitely recommend.

Staying at Michelle’s place was great. Located perfectly between San Marcos and tzununa allowed for access to the towns while also a quiet and retreat, and space to get work done. If you have a chance head to tzununa on mondays to take a farm tour of Atitlan Organics and other permaculture projects. The cats were wonderful especially Oscar!

Casita pitaya es un lugar muy bonito, ubicado a unos cuantos pasos de la playa del lago, (llegar es fácil solo pongan IMAP en el mapa) la casa está justo a la par, hay una tienda de conveniencia cerca de la casa los señores que venden justo enfrente de la casa son de las personas más radiantes y amables que e conocido, al igual El buen Hernán, el caserío pachitulul es un lugar mágico como sus cercanías cerro de oro (dónde está la 🚪 ixbalam) lugar que inspiro al autor del libro el principito, la anfitriona IxChel, fue extremadamente atenta, la propiedad tiene múltiples árboles frutales (asta me permitieron tomar unos cuantos 🍋 hice una deliciosa limonada wow) pararse en la puerta de la cocina y contemplar la vista, vale toda la pena !!! baño, toalla, camas, todo impecable y limpio, ES IMPORTANTE ENTENDER QUE LA CASITA PITAYA es un lugar para alejarse de la civilización, no es un lugar como San Pedro, San Juan, San Marcos, es un lugar de paz dónde se puede tener conexión.

One of my favorite stays. Host was kind and responsive and the place itself was lovely, comfortable, and a great value! It wasn’t in the middle of everything but still walking distance and peaceful. Their Italian restaurant next door is exceptional!

El lugar es un lugar privado accesible mayormente por el lago (vía lancha) aunque se puede caminar muy a gusto por un sendero a la orilla del lago, un lugar hermoso con una excelente vista, a tener en cuenta es el horario de las lanchas, ya que regularmente después de las 6 se tiene que contratar una lancha privada, sin duda regresaríamos pues el lugar es excelente

Staying at The Seed was a lovely retreat for us, with some tranquility and solitude in an otherwise busy vacation and tour of Lake Atitlan. It was just what we needed mid-trip to relax and settle into a slower pace. We grabbed some banana bread and fresh tortillas from the bakery in town, and avocados and eggs to make breakfast at home, and really loved having the space to do so. We enjoyed doing yoga on the rooftop (of the main house) with a view of the lake, and wandering the gardens. It's a beautiful property. I especially loved having the cute cat around who made a home on the patio for the couple of days we were there. The design of this studio was simply amazing, and we definitely could've stayed longer.

The place is beautiful and the host was great. We will back.

Una hermosa opción para alejarse del ruido y disfrutar de la vista y la tranquilidad que el lugar ofrece. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario y más, amigable para los niños y familias que desean relajarse y pasar tiempo juntos. Tiene una hermosa vista al Lago, pero por el tipo de costa hay mucha vegetación y no se puede nadar en él y para ir a otros sitios se deben buscar opciones de lancha privada o salir en vehículo. Carolina y Don Manuel fueron muy cordiales y nos recomendaron opciones de actividades para realizar, lugares para visitar. Disfrutamos mucha nuestra estancia en La KazonA y es muy probable que volvamos a ella.

El lugar es hermoso, las vistas son lo mejor y el complejo en donde se encuentra el apartamento es muy bonito. Lo único fue que la chapa eléctrica no funciona, y al menos nosotros no pudimos utilizar la llave de la chapa de cerradura, así que teníamos que dejar sin llave el apartamento cada vez que saliéramos. Fuera de eso sin duda volveríamos Carlos fue muy amable al dejarnos entrar antes.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. We found that the views were incredible and the dinner service option to request was helpful when we arrived at 6pm when all the public boats would be closing. There was some difficulty in initially getting a hold of the menu for things we could request, but after we finally got in contact the rest of the trip was smooth communication. We would recommend this spot, just be aware that you’ll need to take a tuk tuk to get to any ports for a boat, but that wasn’t an issue once we figured it out.

I had such an incredible stay at Casa Bonita del Lago! The house is even better than the pictures: spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches to make guests feel right at home. The master bed is SO comfortable, and the outdoor space is incredible! You can tell how much work Marcos has put into creating a backyard oasis, and it has definitely paid off! Amazing views, the pool and fire pit are perfection, and the private beach and garden offer plenty of additional space to relax with a good book and the sound of waves on the lake shore. Great location, peaceful but accessible. And Marcos is a perfect host! Throughout my stay he was absolutely wonderful, responding quickly when I had questions and offering me great recommendations for the area. It is very apparent that Marcos genuinely cares about providing a special experience for his guests, and his kindness and attention to detail made my stay extra great. I will be back!
