I stayed in all 3 AirBnB rooms at Carlos' Seite Volcanes' suite over 4 months and loved each one! I even had family visit who opted to stay in the San Marcos' center instead at Lush Atitlan; However, after they visited my spot at Carlos', they wished they had taken my suggestion to stay here instead. The view is unmistakable; the Spanish colonial aesthetic is flawless; the lush tropical garden is mature; the privacy is serene. Seite Volcanes is close enough to town to stumble to the lake-front in less than 10 minutes but not so close that your sleep is subject to the howling of street dogs or bar-hopping tourists. In fact, it's nestled quietly away in a forested area off a safe side-road. I never once had a problem with access to great aminities either: constant high-speed internet access, round-the-clock strong hot water pressure, and an on-site washing machine. Top all that off with one of the best hosts on this site, and you might just extend your stay by an extra month like me!

We enjoyed the comfortable and unique apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. The only downside was barking dogs at night. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine.

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in all of San Pedro. The Airbnb is in the center of everything in town with a lively, friendly neighborhood. We were in many lake front cafes/restaurants around Lake Atitlan and this Airbnb had the best view compared to everywhere else. This place is so worth it considering all of the time you’ll want to spend in your own private outdoor living area. Also wanted to mention the hosts are very responsive and helped me out with several things before and during my stay. I highly recommend booking this place!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und in echt noch besser als auf den Bildern angegeben ! Betten sind bequem und die kleine Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Tagesausflüge mit den planchas machen zu können. Abends kann es daher auch etwas lauter werden. Das Bad hatte zum Ende einen leicht unangenehmen Geruch, aber lässt sich bestimmt schnell beheben. Generell haben beide Hosts wirklich super schnell auf Nachfragen oder Bitten unsererseits reagiert, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Top Hosts. Man sollte wissen: Der Steg wird von vielen anderen mitbenutzt, welche von dort direkt auf die Terrasse schauen können. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber ein bis zwei betrunkene Party Gäste haben sich da schon mal hin verirrt.

Kenny is absolutely a super host! Superb communication and we loved the tour he facilitated for us. The view from the apartment is stunning, we loved being right on the water. We hope to visit again!

Beautiful views! You will have one of the best sunrise spots around town! You can have a quick swim just couple of meters! beautiful natural surrounding! Be aware of insects it can be scary to find scorpions, but you are in the wild and it’s just difficult to keep them away, we had some scorpions situation but everything was sorted out. They are trying their best to help. David was super attentive and Andres help us! We had great time there!

Beautiful home, breathtaking views, great location and overall, spectacular. Everything was exactly as shown in pictures. The gatekeeper, Daniel was friendly and very helpful. My family and I had a wonderful time!

Ciirilo and his family are the most friendly people. He offered pick up from the ferry and took us to where we needed to catch our shuttle the next day. His accommodation was clean and perfect for what we needed as a transition base to our next destination. It is a bit far from the main area, but realistically only a 20 minute walk, if you don’t mind walking. However, the lake was an easy 5-7 minute walk. The neighborhood was a typical Guatemalan neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We felt very safe. Thank you Cirilo for hosting my wife and I.

Cirilo y su familia fueron empáticos y muy amables. El sitio es un barrio de la localidad por lo que de noche es buena idea tomar tuk tuk pero durante el día es super fácil de llegar. La habitación estaba limpia y había de todo. Me gustó mucho quedarme en este lugar.
