Lo mejor del apartamento, es la vista del lago, esta ubicado en el 10mo. nivel, las fotos de la página son reales, muy buena ubicación, tiene parqueo, acceso a la piscina, Jacuzzi y la playa del hotel. Cerca de la Reserva de Atitlan y de otros hoteles que brindan el servicio de Restaurante, el pueblo Panajachel esta a 5 minutos en vehiculo. Glenda atendío nuestro requerimiento, fácil check in y check out.

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. Beautiful location close to the Santa Cruz pier. A short tuk tuk ride away from the village. Easy spot to go exploring and enjoy the lake. Private pier and pool were great amenities. Only downside was after the second night our hot tub didn't get hot enough by the early evening when we wanted to use it.

Very pleasant stay! The apartment is easy to reach and all the good restaurants, bars, etc. are within walking distance. The place is all new and squeaky clean, had hot water and a fully equipped kitchen. Miguel and Enly were super easy to communicate with, checked in with us a few times and were so sweet and friendly - and they have an in-house laundry!!! Also loved the chill out area with the beautiful lake view.

Nuestra estadía fue agradable, realmente el lugar es mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos, la propiedad es muy amplia y frente al lago, los volcanes se ven nítidos en frente. Ambos apartamentos tienen todo lo descrito y necesario, una vista hermosa, y dos terrazas deliciosas para pasar mañana, tarde y noche. Un plus definitivamente fue que el jardinero estuviera siempre atento y presente, nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. Los propietarios estuvieron siempre atentos y contestaron a tiempo y con precisión.

After a week of hard hiking, PJ’s place was an oasis. To begin, she was incredibly responsive and helped connect me to a boat driver and also Dominga, who prepared meals for us. (She’s a gem! So delicious!) The property is surrounded by birds with iconic volcano views. The beds were comfy. The pool—a dream. We could not have asked for a more soul-restoring stay than this lovely home. Plenty of room to spread out and reconnect back to ourselves after being in close company and tight quarters during our hiking. Five stars does not do it justice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ataraxia is by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The pictures do not do this location justice. This is one of the most unique places I’ve ever been too in my life. As a Guatemalan, this place exemplifies the best of Guatemala: extremely unique, plants and wildlife everywhere, perfect weather, spaces with purpose, and most importantly fun. If you have a large group of friends and are looking to go to Atitlan, book this place.

Spent Christmas at Elaine's with my parents and girlfriend. We had a lovely time at the lake for our holiday. The property is lovely, it has everything you could need and is in a great location. We enjoyed going for swims in the lake everyday off of the jetty, kayaked on Christmas day and visited the other villages on the lake. Elaine and Lee were extremely helpful. Pre-arrival they offered advice regarding how to get to the property. Whilst staying with them, we were given recommendations, bought fish from the local seller and Lee helped my dad to buy tickets for Tikal (Guatemalan card needed to buy the tickets online). Elaine and Lee have taken in a number of dogs and cats that were abandoned. The dogs and cats were really sweet. That being said the dogs were up early in the morning shortly after sunrise so worth being aware of this. On Christmas day, Elaine shared tamales and ponche with us too! All in all a really great stay and lovely holiday. Would definitely recommend.

By far, the best of the 4 places we stayed in while in Guatemala. We felt very comfortable and were able to get great sleep. We visited with our 4 kids to attend community Spanish school and it was very close by and easy to go back and for the to school. Easy access to town center by TukTuk. Washer and dryer was such a blessing. It was easy to regulate the temp in the house as there were a few windows with screens so we could leave them open without worrying about flies coming in. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Maura’s home is truly special! The house is clean, comfortable, airy, and well appointed. The views from the sitting room may be some of the best in Lake Atitlan – seriously! We love d San Marcos: restaurants, and small town feel. We would definitely return and rent Maura’s place again. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The gardens are beautifully maintained and great to walk around. The pool area was perfect, with incredible views. The house itself has a charming rustic feel but was perfect for our group. The hosts were great, organising a friendly boat driver for us when we arrived. The groundstaff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Lovely accomodation, great location right in front of the Volcanos, lovely sunrise every morning out the front. Onsite manager Joel was there to greet us and was available if we needed. Very close to the dock, easy to find, nearby restaurants and cafes.

Some vacations are so surreal they feel like a dream—our girls’ trip to a hidden cliffside luxury home was exactly that. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Atitlán. The house was a masterpiece, designed with elegance and comfort in mind, featuring an infinity pool, stunning terraces, and beautifully crafted interiors. Mornings were magical, with sunrise views that left us speechless. Chef Elizabeth and her team elevated our stay with incredible meals tailored to our dietary needs. The hospitality was top-tier, making our experience seamless. A few things to note: there’s limited A/C, and a 170+ stair climb to the home. However, the views are well worth it! Our must-dos? Hire Chef Elizabeth, book an in-house massage, and stock up on essentials in Panajachel. This cliffside retreat was pure paradise—we’re already planning our return! Segunda vez que me hospedo, y me sentí como en casa. La chapa se había quedado sin batería y Javier estuvo al pendiente y rápidamente fueron a resolver. El apartamento es tal y como lo muestran las fotos, área segura con acceso a un centro comercial a pocos pasos. Muy contenta y seguro que seguiré hospedándome nuevamente.

We came with our 2y old and greatly enjoyed the hot tub with a view, swimming in the lake, kayaking and exploring. The hotel next-door offers breakfast and lunch and San Marcos is only 5 min away in tuc tuc and offers a nice variety of restaurants in case you want to skip a cooking (or many 😀)... everyone was super helpful and would love to come back soon!

Mi estancia en este lugar fue excelente. La habitación es bonita, cómoda y bien equipada, ideal para descansar después de explorar la zona. La atención del anfitrión fue excepcional, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier necesidad. Como consejo, recomiendo tener precaución con los tuk-tuk, ya que algunos pueden intentar cobrar tarifas elevadas a los viajeros. Es útil preguntar el precio antes de subir o consultar con el anfitrión sobre las tarifas justas. En general, una gran experiencia. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.
