I absolutely loved this lakefront apartment! We were here for my bday trip and we felt right at home! The pictures don’t do the actual view justice! Waking up to this view and being able to relax outside with the view is so priceless! I want to come back to the lake at least once a year and I will be staying here every time. It’s also in a great location! Right when you come off the dock it’s not far :) Kenny was also always responsible and so kind! I cannot recommend this place enough! There are restaurants in San Pedro that sell a lakefront view with your meal! You can do this here ! Love love loved it here <3

We really loved our stay here. The view is beautiful and it is very peaceful. The home is about halfway between the Public Ferry dock and town. it's a fairly steep, but short, walk up to town or down to the docks, there are a few restaurants in both locations. It is easy and quick to take a Tuk Tuk in either direction. There are some large stairs to get down to the door. This is not a great option for anyone mobility impaired but it is great for everyone else. It was perfect for us and we would absolutely stay again.

We've booked the place for almost a week because I needed to do a bit of remote work and to have at least a good view (which was indeed very beautiful over the lake :-) ) + Clemente is very friendly and helpful; he was a bit sick at the time, but was very responsive and sent his son for check-in. Also when the nights were a bit colder then expected, he also sent over immediately a friend for an extra blanket, when we wrote him :-) + Beautiful view - Can be very loud at night, because of all the partying in San Pedro, so bring earplugs - some furniture was a bit dusty - at the beginning we were a bit afraid of the electrical shower head, because it uses so much energy that the lights get dimmer and it seemed to have no grounding... (but apparently such shower heads for hot water are very common in central america and we actually had no problems) + well enough equipped kitchen to prepare your own foods Overall i really recommend the place if you want to stay a bit in San Pedro, especia

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Kenny's apartment. The patio overlooking the lake was a great place to start and end our day. We appreciated how the apartment was close to lots of restaurants and bars, and Kenny gave us a ton of great local recommendations for San Pedro and surrounding towns. If you love being in the middle of the action of the town this is the perfect place for you.

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

Truly stunning home in an idyllic landscape. I love the raw connection to nature and expansive views of the lake. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive - a wonderful stay overall. Would recommend to others ands stay here again!

This place was absolutely beautiful. The ladies that came and cooked for us were amazing. Food was amazing and so worth hiring them to cook for us. There really isnt anywhere to get food from around the area. Josue went and purchased the groceries for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I cant wait to book this place again.

Beautiful house right on the lake, bedrooms were very comfortable. I liked having the kitchen and lounge open air as that’s where I want to be when at the lake. We enjoyed the dogs, the friendly old cat and all the birds. Tons of flowers. Elaine was very helpful with trail info and a boat contact. We didn’t end up kayaking this time but you’re perfectly situated to do so.

We had the best time at Christopher’s place. Everything is prestine. It is the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Meals were plentiful and delicious. Staff was very friendly. View is incredible. The soccer field is beautiful and our kids had a blast playing. Hot tub is a great way to end the day. I cant say enough about this place - we will be back!

Vanessa's place is just like heaven, beautiful surroundings and she kept with new improvements all the time. The quality service that Rudy provides ( the house keeper) is awesome, he is always attentive to our needs and is very polite. We have booked Vanessa's house 3 times now, and are always happy to come back every Spring break.

This was a beautiful spot! the view really was incredible. The place was clean and well equipped, and the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. as a few other reviews said, there is a restaurant next door that played loud music in the evening, but it was always over by 9:30pm so it didn't affect our sleep.

We cannot overestimate how much we ADORED La Casa en la Piedra. Most gorgeous place we have ever stayed. Wonderfully chill and quiet - waking up in the morning with a view over the whole of Lake Atitlan was priceless. Really well equipped, clean and comfortable - Albert was a brilliant host and sent us so much information before our stay and was v responsive when we were there. Thank you thank you thank you for creating this gorgeous slice of paradise ❤️❤️❤️

If anything, the photos don’t do this place justice. Absolutely stunning views and right on the water. The staff are incredibly attentive and would often message me in the morning to check in and make sure everything was okay. The bar/restaurant on site is a huge plus since this airbnb is outside of any towns - although San Marcos is not too far away. I will definitely be staying here again next time I come back to the lake. Do not hesitate to ask if you need a Tuk Tuk to a nearby town, a boat to a further one, or even a car to the airport. They have contact info for all of that. Highly recommend.

Absolutely magical! This place exceeded all expectations. The views are absolutely breathtaking — the kind that make you stop and just take it all in. Kayaking on the lake was an unforgettable experience, peaceful and beautiful in every way. The restaurant food? Incredible! Every meal was delicious and clearly made with care. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. From the warm welcome by Mr. Vicente and Noelia to the kind ladies in the kitchen and the attentive night security guard, everyone made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was so relaxing, we truly didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back — highly recommend!

Just like the pictures. The place is amazing! You wake up with such beautiful views that i can’t describe it. Nos la pasamos genial, los host super amables y contestan rápido. Me encantó la comunicacion. El cuarto estaba hermoso y super limpio, el restaurante en la parte de abajo tiene muy buena comida y me fascinó que pjedieramos usar el Kayak para apreciar más el lago. Súper recomendadisimo ✨

Beautiful grounds, pristine rooms, friendliest staff, goregous views and very accessible for water activities. We appreciated that it was slightly out of town, maybe a 10 minute walk that kept it private and enchanting. The lake was very accessible, free kayaks and SUPs in a clean water cove. Rooms had everything you needed, even local bag of coffee!
