We enjoyed staying at Virginia’s place. Love that her place is an older home..it has a lot of character! It was very quiet and felt secure. There was a lot of room for the 4 of us. The bathroom in the bedroom area is small like the description says but we managed just fine. The beds were pretty comfortable too! :-) We loved that it was so close to the Plaza. (literally a 5-10 min walk). Also it’s in close proximity to the Farmers market (5 min drive) and grocery stores etc.

This was a cute funky old Santa Fe house with the character of the area in every touch! We had a great time and the location could not be beat. Close enough to walk to lots of places and yet just far enough away to be peaceful! It had an enclosed dog yard and off street parking which for this town seems a luxury! All and all wonderful place to stay to enjoy Santa Fe!

We were three generations staying at rick and Lisa's house and we found it quite comfortable. There were two pack n plays for the babies and comfortable queen beds and linens for the adults. Easy to come and go for everyone with key pad locks which were flawless. The house was nicely prepared for us by their house manager with orange juice and half and half in the fridge and some coffee beans. We also appreciated the nice touches of wood and kindling prepared for the fireplace use and the several boxes of kleenex in bathrooms and bedrooms. Very close to the rail yard development which was great for Saturday morning farmer's market, restaurants, site Santa Fe etc. This house would be great for just about any type of group--couples, families, 4 or 5 singles. Excellent home base for all that Santa Fe and surrounding areas have to offer!

We loved our stay at Leigh’s place. We were two families with seven people total and the space was perfect and beautiful. We walked to the plaza for New Year’s Eve. Enjoyed making our own meals in the lovely kitchen / dining area. Close to the fun but very private. We highly recommend.

This was a perfect place for our Santa Fe visit! Very clean and comfortable and you absolutely cannot beat those views from the rooftop deck! The location is also really convenient to just about anything we wanted to do. We had an incredible time and highly recommend Amy’s place!

It was perfect & fabulous! Very clean and welcoming. Everything we needed was available…even a cord of wood for a fire! Super close to downtown & close enough to walk. We loved everything about our stay. Linda even called to welcome us when we arrived! We plan to stay again soon.

Just finished my week long visit to Santa Fe, staying in this little studio made the trip easy and peaceful The studio is cozy, the neighborhood was quiet ( I visited during January) & located close to an incredible food co-op and many sweet cafe’s, I had amazing breakfasts all within a five minute drive! This space was clean, the bed comfortable and I used the kitchen a lot to cook dinners. Love the Southwestern vibes of this Airbnb- and the hosts were fast responding and attentive !

We had a great stay in Santa Fe! Lena's place is in a perfect location—just minutes from the square and the galleries on Canyon Road. It made exploring the old part of the city easy, with everything feeling close and accessible.

Absolute gem of a place. Everyone in our group immediately fell in love with the place - there is so much history and Will did a fantastic job with brief write ups in each room explaining the history and sharing some great stories about the house. We can't wait to return on our next Santa Fe trip!

Beautiful home in a historic, charming neighborhood within walking distance to the main Santa Fe plaza. It’s also pretty close to Canyon Road where they have many private art galleries. The home is nicely decorated and is well stocked with everything you may need. I also appreciated having large closets in both bedrooms. Frances responds within minutes and she was always helpful. We’ll definitely come back!

My sisters and I loved this place! Very comfortable sitting area. We all slept well. Fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the patio when we returned after a day out. We loved the combination of traditional New Mexico and modern items, such as the tiled kitchen and the modern red fire hydrant kitchen table. The decor was fun! Would love to visit and stay here again.

Villa Rosario was a truly memorable place for our large group of three generations to stay while we visited Santa Fe for a family wedding. The property offers a perfect blend of communal gathering spaces indoor and out (lush gardens perfect for al fresco dining and stargazing, ample bathrooms and quiet, private corners that allow large groups to happily expand and contract. The interiors were stylish but comfortable enough to sit a while and was so well appointed in every room that we felt right-at-home enough to entertain guests with ease, which is not easy to do when traveling. Storage is great in every room! We hope we have an opportunity to return for another stay. Sasi and Kutlu took incredible care of us! Highly recommend!

Of you are looking for a home to pretend you live in Santa Fe this is the spot for you. It’s a separate house furnished with all SW style. Yet it’s comfy and has everything you need for day or day life. The location was great for work and play. I really enjoyed my time here and plan on coming back.

We felt completely at home at Leslie's place. The location was great and all communications were easy. We would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful neighborhood and gorgeous view! Having a bathroom for each guest room was great. Host was responsive and attentive. Would recommend for a large group!

Our family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed our five nights here. We loved the solitude and hanging out together or spread out indoors or outdoors. The Earthship is so comfortable, it’s a pleasure relaxing in it after returning from day trips to Santa Fe, Albuquerque (National Museum of Nuclear Science & History, Petroglyph National Monument, & more), Pecos National Historic Park (near Santa Fe), and Los Alamos (Bandelier National Monument, Manhattan Project National Historic Site, & more). Kitchen equipment, laundry appliances, and comfortable beds and furniture make the Earthship perfect for an extended stay. It was a joy having a fireplace lit in the evenings, and it was stunning watching the surrounding mountains change colors as the sun set. The night sky was spectacular with its stars and darkness, and the mountains’ silhouettes were so pretty. This AirBnB experience was magical and completed our vacation.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The peaceful atmosphere and clear night skies were absolutely breathtaking. Our pet had a blast exploring the outdoors, probably even more than we did! Diana was a fantastic host—she made sure the home was warm and welcoming before we arrived and provided clear, easy-to-follow directions (Google Maps worked perfectly). The house had multiple thermostats, ensuring it stayed cozy throughout our stay. We also loved having access to plenty of games and binoculars for stargazing. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience, and we can't wait to return!

Overall, my sisters and I had a wonderful annual reunion at Meg's place. The home, amenities and décor were exactly as described, and I still don't think I saw all the wonderful artwork as it would take some time to explore each room to appreciate each piece. One thing don't think was listed on the amenities was a sleep number bed in the master bedroom. I was thrilled to see that remote and it made the stay even more comfortable. That area of Santa Fe is so peaceful and beautiful and we'll be back.

This is a gorgeous and unique home that’s actually massive, with three separate units all connected by a huge atrium at the main entrance. We rented Unit 1 which is the upper floor that has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a huge kitchen and living space, and several balconies. It was perfect for our group and we really enjoyed the large entertaining areas and fireplace for the Christmas holiday and dinners. The master bedroom is wonderful, with its own fireplace and large tub and shower. It’s also quiet as it’s set a little above the main floor but beware that you can navigate the curved steps up to the master. There’s no way my aging parents could have slept there safely so we took the room. The only issue is that the kitchen drawers showed signs of mice, with dripping left in some of the pans and items in the lower drawers. This is common in this remote area but it meant cleaning everything we used. There was also an electrical issue that caused flickering that we reported. Otherwise, amazing!

We loved the location. It is surrounded by nature yet only a 10-15 minute drive to anything in town. You can sit on the couch in front of the fireplace and look out the windows to see the mountains. We saw three coyotes on our drive in one day. The home itself is cozy and full of character. I’m with all the other guests who said I want to live at this place!

A wonderful home base for our long weekend in Santa Fe! More than enough space for four friends. Nicely decorated and has all the appliances/gadgets you could want in the kitchen. We especially liked the charming neighborhood and that we could walk to restaurants, coffee, galleries and more. The keypad lock requires a little patience but Fran called right away to walk us through it. The garden looked like it would be a lovely place to spend time in the right seasons (we happened to have a couple cold days). Highly recommend!

love love love this place! exactly as pictured and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. easy drive to downtown SF and great local market just up the street. beds and linens were comfortable. ample towels and kitchen supplies. would def stay again.

Had a wonderful time! The place was exactly as advertised and how it looked in the pics and was perfectly clean. There was so much to do. We went to Ski Santa Fe, Bandalier, Los Alamos, Tent Rocks, saw most of all the old structures and countless hiking and restaurant opportunities. Definitely stop at Tia Sophia's for breakfast and Harry's Roadhouse was great. After a long day of exploring the home was private and perfect to recharge. The view of the night sky in the hot tub is awesome. The staff at A Vacation Different were great! They were proactive in sending information, not just on things to do or how to reach the house but also potential weather related issues. We were well taken care of and felt at home. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
