Perfect escape; close to downtown Santa Fe and restaurants. The unit was clean and quiet. Seth responded very quickly when we had a question. Loved that there were separate receptacles for trash and recycling.

We had such a great stay at Kathleen’s place in Madrid. The “shack” felt modern and stylish but still has that cozy charm. Everything was really well thought out, and it had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The bed was super comfy, and the linens were so plush and soft, which made it even better. One of the little things we really enjoyed was the radio. We kept it on and listened to KMRD-LP 96.9 FM while hanging out, which just added to the whole small-town feel. Madrid itself is such a cool place with tons of unique shops and a fun, artsy vibe. Kathleen and her partner own Range West Gallery in town and even offer a discount to guests, which was such a nice perk. It was also really easy to find, especially if you screenshot the directions ahead of time and check it out on Google Street View before you go. The area felt completely safe and easy to walk around, even at night. If you’re looking for a cozy and unique stay near Santa Fe, this is a great choice!

We had a wonderful time. Clear instructions for appliances. Clear communication with our host. So peaceful and relaxing. Couldn’t have been better.

Kris' place felt like staying at a stylish friend's house. She seemed to think of everything to help make it a sanctuary and we took advantage of amenities like bath salts, the yoga room, and candles. We also walked easily to Maria's, coffee, and Trader Joe's. We looked forward to returning after seeing the city each day. It was all very comfortable and we'd definitely stay here again. Just one tip: There's lots of natural light, which is a great plus. But you may want an eye mask to help you sleep later.

Lon's place was a perfect location to come an go to. It is a wonderful Adobe style old home with lots of charm. It is pet friendly and we were able to bring our grand dogs. We used the washer and dryer multiple times since our luggage was delayed. The furniture was very comfortable and the flat screen television's were great. I would highly recommend staying in his Airbnb. Thank you Lon

Richard and William were great hosts! The property is very charming and the space itself was clean and well stocked when it came to things like toilet paper and towel towels. Richard and William were also very proactive when it came to making sure that I had all of the things that I needed to make my stay a good one. Would definitely recommend their place to other others!

Zolo's place was a great stay for my family. Beautiful location and easy to get to everything. The space was clean, roomy, and fairly comfortable. Host was responsive and flexible. It is a ground floor apartment so it can be a little noisy at times. The kitchen was well equipped, my only suggestion would be to add some measuring cups and spoons for guests who prefer to prepare some meals. All-in-all a great value and would recommend.

Boo’s place was exactly what we were looking for! We have two larger dogs that love to run and the area was perfect for them. The bed was SO comfortable which is a huge thing for my husband. Boo was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

This wonderful home worked out perfectly for the two of us with our two dogs. There were many seating areas outside to enjoy a quiet moment and everything inside was well-suited for relaxing and taking some time off. Beautiful kitchen, gorgeous bathroom and the most comfy bed ever!!! Super clean and lots of attention to detail. Loved it!! ❤️❤️❤️

Outstanding authentic Santa Fe adobe in one of its most iconic neighborhoods. Easily walkable to galleries and restaurants yet still silent and peaceful. The home was perfectly described and had everything we’d ever need. Thanks again!

This place was great and felt like home - it's well-decorated and has everything you need. It's in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood that was just a short drive from everywhere we went (definitely recommend renting a car). The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable, but the house creaks a lot as it settles, which can be jarring if you're a light sleeper. And the backyard was very cute though we didn't use it much. Would stay here again.

Our family of 5 loved our 4 nights at Hummingbird House. Comfortable, clean, well stocked home. Close to amazing restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. Easy access to museums and galleries. Fabulous concert scene at Meow Wolf down the road . Quick drive to spectacular snowshoeing in Pecos NF (35min) and hiking in Bandelier NM (55min). Really appreciated the outdoor dining/lounging space and thoughtful guest book/manual provided. Would stay again!

This quaint, historic cottage was such a treat to stay at. We absolutely loved the cozy interior and its incredible location. Veronica was also so kind and accommodating. Next time we are back in Santa Fe, we can’t wait to stay here again!

Several days before check-in Byron reached out and recommend numerous restaurants. This was our first time visiting Santa Fe so this was very helpful and appreciated. On check-in day, Byron provided several short videos on how to check in and where everything was located. This was a nice touch and made check-in as simple as it gets. The home itself was much bigger than the photos depicted. We loved the decor, the natural light, and all of the modern appliances. Our only regret was that we didn't spend that much time in the home since we had a lot of things we wanted to do in see in a short time. We will definitely be book this BNB again! Thank again Byron for making our stay awesome.

We loved our stay! The house was spacious and welcoming, and being able to walk to a playground was a huge bonus. Hosts were very friendly and responsive through messaging, and even left some welcome goodies.

We loved the location of this gem of a place - it was so great to be able to walk to so many parts of the city right from our home base. The home itself is lovely with nice furnishings and everything that we needed. I especially loved the bathroom heater for the chilly March mornings. Check out was a breeze with no chores or lengthy lists to take care of upon departure. Highly recommend!

This place exceeded our expectations! Plenty of space to lounge around, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, clean, and the water got nice and hot! We loved it and you will too!

Perfect hosts. Lots of little amenities. House was great for our ski trip with two teenagers. Enough separate space & room to play games. Pretty sunsets. Responsive hosts and I loved the local recommendations.

Very nice place to stay. Very well stocked with everything you need to stay there. Exceptionally clean. Aaron was very responsive to communication and helpful with the check-in process. Check-in was so simple, we didn't need to meet up with anyone, just a simple code to unlock the place. Aaron checked in with us during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed for our comfort. Highly recommend this place. Santa Fe is wonderful city, the restaurants are incredible.

Just lovely! Nice and spacious, beautifully decorated, the kitchen is so well appointed, and having backyard access right there was so nice. Nice and quiet at night and we both slept really well. Would return whenever in Santa Fe.

Great instructions on how to get there! Very spacious apartment with a fully stocked kitchen which was so nice! Especially the coffee and tea supplies. Very proactive host messaging me before I got there with everything I would need to know and the place felt very safe and was quiet and peaceful. Looked exactly like the photos and fit 4 of us easily. Would definitely recommend this place and had great location to plaza.

We've stayed at the Fort Marcy complex multiple times over the last few years. This unit is one of the largest and higher end available, and it is the most accessible. The front door opens directly to the street, that you can park on, but it is especially helpful to load/unload luggage. The other units in the complex can have quite a distance and elevation change to the parking lots. This particular unit has individual heat/AC in each of the bedrooms and living area, so that each can be set separately. The kitchen was nicely stocked with glasses, cookware, etc, but there was no "left over" spices or condiments, so make sure you bring your own. Overall, a very nice place to stay and a good value in Santa Fe.

I think one of the best locations in Santa fe! On canyon road with all the art galleries which we spent several days at. Then we had 3 great restaraunts within a 2 min walk. We ate at the Geronimo- one of the best meals we have ever had with - service, food from start to finish amazing. Then had the breakfast/ coffee house next door and another tapas house that had live music. The art work is amazing in the condo with a great patio. Wish it was better weather but that did not stop us from enjoying it. The bed was so comfy ( many rentals we looked at only had full size beds- king size here. And for and old, old building it had a spacious bathroom with great water heater and water pressure. We have stayed at too many older buildings without a bathtub, decent water heater or water pressure. Responsive host to any questions! Stayed with our pup who loved the dog friendly art district and near by park!

Awesome location and very quaint space! We will be back for sure!
