Lovely, peaceful, spacious place with a kind and generous host in Simone. He met us as we arrived and used his wagon to help move our luggage into the cottage. Big rooms, lots of space, many handy supplies in the kitchen. Good shower, comfortable bed. Enough bench space in the bathroom to put your things. Simone was really helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and where to park the car. One day he made a delicious tart and bought us in half. Would recommend staying at his place.

Willa jest cudowna, duża i przestronna. położona w cichym miejscu z pięknym widokiem na winogronowe drzewa, góry Toskanii. Jeśli chcesz w pełni poczuć atmosferę pięknej Toskanii, ta willa jest idealnym wyborem. Byliśmy tam rodziną z trójką dzieci i dzieciaki nie chciały wyjść z basenu który był podgrzewany do godziny 18. Gospodarz był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Dziękujęmy i już nie możemy się doczekać kiedy znów wrócimy !

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

A beautiful, peaceful spot in the heart of Tuscany - perfect for a relaxing getaway! Riccardo and Kate are wonderful hosts who made everything easy and made us feel right at home. The house is cozy and well-equipped with everything you could need, from a comfy bed and a fully stocked kitchen to a sauna and an amazing open-air hot tub. Also, one of the bonuses of this location is very low air pollution, so stargazing at night was a real highlight of our trip. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Tuscany.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there are beautiful views from the bedroom window. Fernanda was very thoughtful and left us a bottle of local wine. We had an issue with batteries in the remote and she had new batteries sent right over, went above our expectations. The shower was wonderful.

Beautiful views and Raffaele was a great host! It was off season so there wasn't much to do in the neighborhood but that was perfectly fine with me and the peacefulness was exactly what I wanted.

Skvělé místo, útulný a stylově zařízený byt, velice pohodlná postel, víno, olivový olej, káva a těstoviny na přivítanou! Alex bydlí v přízemí domu, takže je vždy k dispozici. Velice děkujeme, Tomáš a Věra :-)

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Le seul chose que je pourrais dire de négatif c’est le manque d’éclairage pour la cuisine et salle à manger . Pour le reste tout est parfait si on aime le décor de la campagne:-)

Die Unterkunft bei Dina ist wirklich toll. Es war schön ruhig, der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass mein Hund frei laufen konnte und durfte. Zum spazieren sind wir gleich rauf auf den Hügel voller Olivenbäume. Wir machten auch einen schönen Trailrun. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am See oder bei Supermärkten. Das besondere an der Unterkunft ist aber Dina selbst. Sie ist eine wirklich tolle, liebe, herzliche, freundliche und gesprächige Dame und immer stehts bemüht, damit man sich wohl fühlt. Mein Suchhundazubi Dami und ich, hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank :)

L'alloggio è un piccolo paradiso di tranquillità. zero inquinamento acustico. vista meravigliosa. ambiente curato e una bellissima piscina dove rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. Antonella e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, gentili e estremamente discrete. posizione strategica per visitare sia i villaggi del lago Trasimeno sia per visitare Perugia, Assisi e tanti altri posti. il borgo vicino è incantevole e si può fare la spesa di prodotti locali. per una spesa più complessa basta raggiungere il villaggio del lago (Passignano) e si trova coop e Conad. unico aspetto che va considerato è che l area è totalmente sprovvista di rete mobile. la casa è dotata di wifi però appena esci di casa anche solo per andare in piscina non hai modo di accedere alla rete. per chi come noi aveva voglia di staccare da tutto è stato un non problema. se invece avessi avuto bisogno di lavorare o essere reperibile va considerato. nel complesso per noi è stata una bellissima settimana di relax. vale la pena.

Old classic house which is well renovated and clean. There was all we needed. Super quiet and private with cosy garden full of olive trees. On top of that there’s 2 lovely cats who stayed arround the house most of the time and gave us company. Simon is s nice guy, who responds within a minute. We really enjoyed out stay, I can’t remember any downs.

Magnifique endroit, charmante petite maison de campagne. Nous sommes restés pour le souper et le déjeuner et tout était très bon. Merci au chef Andrea pour sa convivialité. Le vin venait du vignoble près du airbnb ainsi que l'huile d'olive. Tout frais. La propriété est très pitoresque. La vue imprenable sur la toscane et près de Montepulciano.

The Villa is absolutely stunning!! I was lucky to have 4 couples from Maui Hawaii to join me for my birthday and we all had the time of our lives!!! I would highly recommend renting Vespas if you are comfortable with that, it made going to Cortona fun and easy, you can park anywhere!! The restaurants and shopping in Cortona were fantastic!! Having a train station close was a big help too! The chief ( Gabriel) that was sent to the house was also amazing!!! I would have to say this is the perfect Under the Tuscan Sun vacation villa!!! I would love to stay again!!! Thank you so much!!!

We loved our stay with Rebecca! The place is beautiful and peaceful. Rebecca welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Our apartment was spacious, private and comfortable. Slept great Rebecca helped us plan our time in Tuscany and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was good. She provided anything we asked for—iron, ironing board, packing tape. Great location for exploring Tuscany. She even fed our dog when we went out for long days. I will be sending my friends there!

We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. We loved our stay and were sorry to leave! It truly felt like a home away from home.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 9 Freunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und grün. Ein toller Pool und viel Platz ganz für sich alleine. Alles exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. In der Nähe sind mit dem Auto viele schöne und günstige Restaurants erreichbar. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Amanda war sehr freundlich und war immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen.

Fiona is a great host. She was really friendly and always eager to help. The house is super cosy and well equipped. The kitchen is great, there was everything we needed to cook delicious Italian dishes. We loved the fire burner. I can highly recommend this quiet place to anyone willing to rest from the bustling city life. The internet connection could be better but this is a very remote location so there’s probably nothing the host can do to improve it. The pool closes in October. It was too cold there to use it but it could have been mentioned in the offer. The quite high (300 eur) deposit for electricity was required and this should have been mentioned as well. It hasn’t been returned to us yet so I can’t say how high the bill for electricity could be. Anyway, this is a really nice place and we had a great time there.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful accommodation. This was the best place to celebrate my 50th birthday. What wonderful accommodation, facilities and the surrounds of Tuscany. Thank you for your lovely hospitality and making us feel so welcome. Roxy
