Santa Flavia : locations d'appartements de vacances

Siamo stati realmente come a casa. L'alloggio era accogliente e pulito e Marina molto disponibile. Bello il piccolo cortile. Molto comodo per raggiungere il centro e le principali attrazioni a piedi. Nessuna difficoltà a parcheggiare nei pressi dell'appartamento che si trova al piano terra ma comunque molto silenzioso. La cucina dotata di tutto il necessario (compreso strofinacci e tovaglia) consigliamo la dotazione di un forno a microonde.

Annalisa et Stefano sont des hôtes très accueillants et prévenants. Excellente communication, excellent accueil. Stefano s'est libéré à une heure très tardive dans la nuit pour faciliter notre arrivée avec les enfants. Merci ! Appartement très propre, je recommande.

Excellent séjour à Palerme dans un quartier extrêmement vivant et typique. L’appartement est très agréable, ultra propre et particulièrement calme. Literie très confortable . Nous avons adoré déambuler dans les ruelles, visiter des lieux exceptionnels ( la cathédrale qui offre une vue folle de la ville, le palais des Normands, le théâtre Massimo…) des places sublimes, des églises incroyables… les restaurants extras et que dire du sorbet à la mandarine… merci à Antonella qui nous a accueillis et à Valérie qui a été très à l’écoute et réactive et qui a su nous guider à merveille. Tout se fait à pied depuis son appartement. Merci!!

Our hosts were very special people. They took care of every request our family had! Their approach to hospitality made our vacation seemless, memorable and something we will cherish for a long time. We cannot recommend the property enough - it is large, clean and felt like home. Close to all the main attractions of mondello, and a close drive to Palermo center - we enjoyed days at the beach and nights in the city. We felt like part of their wonderful family and are so grateful we found this Airbnb. They made several recommendations that localized our trip in such a positive way. Thank you to Antonio and his family, we will miss you and hope our life crosses paths again.

La mia esperienza è stata eccezionale! L'host è stato estremamente reattivo e disponibile sia prima dell'arrivo che durante il soggiorno, assicurandosi fin da subito che tutto fosse perfetto e che non ci mancasse nulla. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e accogliente da farci sentire subito a casa. Tornerò sicuramente a soggiornare da loro!

Appartamento bellissimo, grande e pulito, al primo piano di un edificio storico con grande scalone principale. Situato in una via tranquilla e defilata, l’appartamento è molto silenzioso nonostante si trovi in pieno centro storico, vicinissimo ai quattro canti e ai luoghi più visitati. Perfetto anche per fare Smart working. L’host è stato gentilissimo e flessibile su check in e check out.

Probably one of the best Airbnbs I stayed at. The apartment feels very homey, it was perfectly clean and comfortable! The neighborhood is great and feels very local with lots of restaurants and bars nearby and in a walking distance to the city center. Shops & supermarkets also close by. Daniela was very friendly and helpful, showing real interest in us and helping us with local recomendations. It was a pleasure! 10/10

Flavia è una host fantastica. L'alloggio è in una posizione semplicemente PERFETTA. Sconsiglio di trovare soluzioni più economiche in posizioni diverse perchè da questo alloggio si raggiungono tutte le principali mete con una piacevole passeggiata. La casa è comoda, pulita e accogliente. La zona è molto vivace per belle serate ma può esserci qualche fastidio se si va a dormire prima di mezzanotte, ma le camere da letto sono abbastanza tranquille. Abbiamo avuto un problema di natura personale durante l'alloggio e Flavia si è dimostrata comprensiva e subito ci è venuta incontro aiutandoci!! E questo conta più di qualsiasi altra cosa, perchè gli imprevisti in vacanza accadono e avere una persona di riferimento pronta ad aiutare è fondamentale. Grazie!!!

Fiorella was so helpful and friendly. The instructions were clear. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious, it was a nice place to rest and decompress after exploring. Everything was very comfortable. The walk to the main attractions isn’t too long. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay at Francesca’s apartment. Very comfortable, clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Extremely responsive host. Felt very much at home and yet able to access all the interesting points of interest in Palermo. Wonderful choice of restaurants in the vicinity. One proviso for older folks or those not in good physical condition is the apartment is only accessible from the 4th floor by elevator. For us it was fine and they even helped by carrying our luggage up the last set of stairs which was so nice. It is stated on the website so it is transparent. The stairs are metal and narrow with three turns to the rooftop apartment. We enjoyed our visit to Palermo very much and had a wonderful stay in Francesca’s rooftop apartment. We highly recommend a visit here for a comfortable and very convenient location.

Wir(2Erwachsene,2 Kinder) waren leider nur für eine Nacht bei Erasmo und Steffi zu Hause, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.Steffi hat uns am Abend in Empfang genommen und Erasmo war jederzeit per WhatsA* zu erreichen. Bevor wir überhaupt angekommen sind,war die Kommunikation mehr als positiv. Er hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben,wie und wo wir in Palermo den Tag verbringen können.Auch gab er uns super Tipps was man alles in Cinisi und Umgebung machen kann.Das Häuschen ist genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet.Sehr hübsch und mit Liebe umgebaut. Es war alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Leider hatten wir nicht mehr Zeit das Haus und die tolle Umgebung zu genießen.Aber definitiv war es nicht das letzte Mal,dass wir dort waren.Wir freuen uns jetzt schon über unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Grazie e a presto!!!

Vincenzo's place has a good location just out of the centre of Palermo. It is clean, well furnished and has everything you will need for an extended stay. I was there for a month and found that I had everything that I needed. The kitchen is well equipped and the internet is fast and reliable. Although the apartment is small, the space is very well utilized. A great option for a comfortable stay in Palermo.

Claudio’s apartment was perfect! Clean, tidy, and incredibly homely — it was exactly what we needed after long days exploring the historic heart of Palermo. The location was ideal, and the apartment felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo. A real gem!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Alda war bei kleinen Problemen sehr hilfsbereit gut erreichbar, außerdem gab sie uns beim Check In einige Empfehlungen für Restaurants o.Ä. Wir haben einige davon getestet und waren total begeistert! Alles super sauber und ordentlich, sehr ruhig und auch an Grundausstattung alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Leider war das Wlan nicht zu jederzeit 100% stabil, hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört.☀️ Danke!

Rocco è stato un host fantastico, reattivo e preciso nelle indicazioni. L’appartamento era come da descrizione. La posizione è ottima, super centrale e tranquilla.

een heel mooi ruim appartement, van alles voorzien, vriendelijke host, parkeergelegenheid bij het appartement, voor mij was het te voet niet zo makkelijk (ik loop met krukken) om ergens naar toe te gaan, maar met de auto zeker goed te doen! We gaan het zeker aanbevelen als er iemand naar Sicillie gaat

Francesco et sa femme ont été adorables, très accueillants et discrets. Le logement est situé à un emplacement idéal sur la magnifique plage de Mondello. Tout est accessible à pied ou en bus, Palerme se trouvant à 15 minutes. Francesco et sa femme nous ont offert une visite guidée de la ville. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

Addio al nubilato perfetto. Consiglio tantissimo l appartamento di Silvia, un vero gioiello nel cuore di Palermo. L’appartamento è davvero meraviglioso, curato in ogni dettaglio, elegante e raffinato. Per non palare della terrazzina con idromassaggio. Siamo state benissimo in 5, spazi perfetti e Silvia è stata impeccabile, fornendoci tutte le info per rendere magnifico il soggiorno. Abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di benvenuto, stuzzichini, vasca gia pronta all’uso e la possibilità di poter lasciare i bagagli al checkout. Poi la casa è dotata di tutti i comfort ed è davvero comoda e in centro citta. Consigliatissimo.

We had a great stay! The appartment is well equipped and nicely decorated. The rooftop is where we spent the most time , with a great view on surrounding monuments and a jacuzzi. Stefania booked a taxi to get us from the airport to the appartment and then to a private beach where she had made a reservation, which was a perfect way to get into this vacation. She was also very responsive when we had questions. We definitely recommend!

Excellent logement, le centre ville vivant de Palerme est seulement à quelques pas. Très bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour 😊

L'appartamento di Mauro è situato in una posizione centrale, nella via principale di Palermo, e comoda a qualsiasi servizio (stazione, fermata autobus, negozi, ristoranti). E' pulito e dotato di ogni confort per trascorrere al meglio il tempo in questa città. L'host è sempre stato disponibile, gentile e premuroso, a disposizione per qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Ci ha consigliato dove andare a mangiare, dove fare colazione, posti da visitare, etc. Sicuramente se torneremo a Palermo terremo in considerazione questa soluzione, perchè è stata per noi ottima sotto tutti i punti di vista. Super consigliato!
