Santa Flavia : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Palermo. Das besondere war zweifelsohne die sehr gute Anbindung an die Via vittorio Emanuele. Über diese Hauptstraße erstrahlt Palermo mit den schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Anfangen vom Normannen-Palast, der Kathedrale von Palermo bis hin zum wunderschönen Hafen in einem Radius von ca. 1,5-2km. Besonders können wir die arabisch-normannische Route empfehlen, die uns Marina freundlicherweise angeraten hat. Zu Marina noch ein paar Worte: Marina ist sehr freundlich, herzlich und insgesamt eine tolle Gastgeberin. Uns hat an nichts gefehlt! Einziges Manko: Wir hatten zu Beginn etwas Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden, da die Unterkunft nicht am Anfang der Straße ist - so wie die Navigation es angezeigt hat - sondern weiter hinten. We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

Nous étions 4 personnes et rentrions juste le soir. Maison agréable, chambres spacieuses, lits confortables, 2salle de bains. Lieu parfait pour visiter Monreale sa cathédrale qui vaut vraiment le détour et Palerme sans prendre son véhicule. Ligne de bus régulière. la place de parking est un vrai+ dans ce village très encombré par la circulation. Hôte réactive et aidante. Attention car le lien donné pour l'itinéraire nous a emmené sur Carini et non sur Monreale. Il est préférable de taper l'adresse sur le Gps plutôt que de cliquer sur le lien

Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Alles bestens! Gute Ausstattung, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Super séjour dans cette appartement au cœur du village

Best host that I have ever experienced - Francesco went out of his way to personally greet us at check in, help us find a parking, and walk us to a nearby restaurant.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, Onofrio a été flexible sur notre heure d’arrivé ce qui nous a permis de nous reposer après notre long voyage. Elle nous avait laissé des petites gourmandises que nous avons apprécié. Nous recommandons ce logement qui représente parfaitement ce que nous attendons d’un Airbnb.

We loved staying at Giada's place. Having pantry staples (coffee, sugar, milk, oil, salt, pepper and baked goods) was such a wonderful touch. The space was comfortable for us and super convenient. We had a stroller for our toddler. It was easy to go up just a few steps to the apartment door. The Bolero market is just a couple of blocks away. The Quattro Canti is a few blocks away. The Palermo Centrale train station is a couple of blocks away. We went to Cefalu via train for a day trip. One of the sinks is big enough to bathe the baby (which is difficult to do in almost all European bathrooms without getting soaked in the narrow showers). I highly recommend this place.

Hôte très accueillant et réactif en permanence. Antonio se soucis énormément du bien être des personnes dans son logement. Malgré quelques soucis, il a réagit rapidement. Très bel emplacement, au calme et proche des attractions touristiques. Le logement est très fonctionnel, extrêmement propre et permet de passer un bon séjour. La proximité d’une station de train est agréable (8 minutes à pied). Nous recommandons ce logement +++ et nous aurons plaisir d’y séjourner une prochaine fois

buona posizione perché lontana dalle grosse vie del centro, ma a due passi dalla cattedrale e dal centro. zona residenziale, con la vivacità tipica di Palermo ma la sera silenziosa. ambiente completo, anche di caffè e l'essenziale per la colazione (cosa non comune nei b&b), molto pulito, doccia molto comoda. area notte forse poco adatta a chi è molto alto, ma letto molto confortevole. da ritornarci

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, war total hilfsbereit und wir dürften unser Gepäck länger im Eingang stehen lassen weil an diesem Tag keine neuen Gäste gekommen sind 👍

Salvatore and his family are wonderful hosts, honestly and truly. His mother Giovanna even cooked us homemade food and also there was fresh bread among other assorted antipasti. Truly the kind of hospitality you could only find in Sicily. Then there is the location. Perfectly central and easy to get anywhere in the city, close to good restaurants, great museums, beautiful churches and more. Highly recommend any travelers to do themselves a favor and enjoy your time in Palermo while staying here.

Die Wohnung liegt gut erschlossen in der Altstadt von Palermo. Wenn mehrere Personen sind, ist zu beachten, dass es kein abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer gibt.

My daughter and I spent two weeks at Casa Manu. Emanuela met us after we walked the five blocks from the central train/bus station and showed us around the apartment accompanied by her friend who lives in the building and can deal with any immediate problems. The apartment is in the middle of the historical center of Palermo. You are maximum a 25 minute walk from any of the important sites you might want to visit. Out on your walking shoes! The whole area is designated as a ZTL so don't bring a car. The apartment itself is fully equipped and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Water pressure is outstanding. The balconies are a little small but adequate for a morning coffee/croissant. You are a two minute walk from the Via Roma and busses that will take you to the northern, less touristy sections of the city or to Mondello beach in 40 minutes for €1.40. Kalsa with its vibrant night life is on the other side of Via Roma. This is the perfect place for an extended stay,

Un lugar céntrico para caminar hacia la mayoría de lugares turísticos y restaurantes. El espacio es amplio y cuenta con todo para una estancia cómoda. Eva fue muy amable y nos entregó muchas opciones para visitar y comer en la ciudad, destacar que conoce espacioso oara vegetarianos y veganos 😊

Meine Freundin und ich waren eine Woche im B&B bei Sergio, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles Bestens. Bei Ankunft konnten wir direkt unser Gepäck abstellen, was dann direkt auf unser Zimmer gebracht wurde. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber ( täglich wurde von einer Putzfrau die Gemeinschaftsräume geputzt) und es hat uns auch an nichts gefehlt. Gerade für den Preis den wir gezahlt haben, kann man es sich nicht besser wünschen! Das Einzige was für uns ein bisschen schwierig war, ist die Lautstärke in der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr hellhörig und deswegen haben wir manchmal nicht den besten Schlaf bekommen. Ich denke es kommt aber auch sehr darauf an, ob die anderen Gäste da auch Rücksicht nehmen. Also als Tipp: einfach Ohrstöpsel einpacken und dann ist das kein Problem :) Jetzt aber noch zu Sergio: Wir haben noch nie einen so freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber erlebt. Durch seine Tipps und Hilfe ist unser Urlaub deutlich schöner geworden. Danke Sergio ❤️

Marco is een geweldige gastheer. De kamer is netjes ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien en heel schoon. ‘s Ochtends bij het ontbijt ligt er een mooi cadeautje voor je klaar. Prachtig ingepakte croissantjes! Verder is er alles aanwezig voor een heerlijk ontbijt! De ligging is perfect, je loopt zo het centrum in. Parkeren is wat lastig aan de straat, maar we hebben de auto in een ondergrondse Parking geparkeerd op loopafstand van de B&B. Dat was een perfecte oplossing! Deze B&B is heel fijn om het mooie Palermo te bezoeken en zeker aan te raden.

it's hard to describe our stay with Manuela and Diego. First of all their is in a perfect location where you just walk eveywhere in Palermo. Bed was super comfortable, quiet and peaceful for good sleeps. Breakfast was nothing short of great with delicious and fresh food, coffe, juices and pastries. On top of everything Manuela and Diego went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time, from the instructions on how to get there, parking and giving the best tips and recommendations on what to do and where to eat. They even booked a wine tasting for us that was nothing but memorable. Manuela and Diego are the best AirBnB hosts out there. Just a book a room with them and enjoy the best of Palermo.

Mon séjour à Palerme s’est très bien passé. Maria était très accueillante et m’a conseillé énormément de bonnes adresses. La chambre était très bien entretenue et la vue de la terrasse juste sublime Je recommande énormément.
