Santa Luce : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

We fully enjoyed our stay at Angela's farm house. The flat was very spacious, clean and cool during hot summer days. The view and the pool were fantastic. The location is remote and quiet, roughly 20min by car from Volterra. We stayed here with our 10 months old son and he loved interacting with the dogs. They were very friendly. Angela helped us out whenever we had questions and gave us a good recommendation for wine tasting. We were even able to sample some of the local products from the farm. So overall a fantastic stay.

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Viele nützliche Informationen für Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Unternehmungen wurden uns von Elisabeth zur Verfügung gestellt . Vielen Dank und alles Gute.

La casa di Silvia è ampia, ben distribuita negli spazi e confortevole. Gli spazi esterni, per quanto non utilizzati causa maltempo, erano ben tenuti e funzionali. L'unica postilla che potrei fare è che non avevo inteso che per "macchina del caffè" si riferisse alla moka, ma non è rilevante rispetto al soggiorno. Se dovessimo tornare in zona sicuramente valuterò nuovamente questo alloggio.

Logement fidèle à la description. Très propre, rangé, bien équipé. Facile d’accès avec un parking quelques mètres plus loin. L’hôte était très réactive et arrangeante ! Nous avions réservé ce séjour dans le cadre du Grand Prix moto du Mugello et le logement est à une distance très correcte du circuit (20aine de minutes). Dans le village, toutes commodites : petite superette, quelques restaurants, café, distributeur de liquide, poste … Le cadre est très joli et calme. En Bref, je recommande fortement ce logement et merci pour cet accueil !

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

My family and I stayed here for 8 nights, and I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, providing us with local information about Pisa and the surrounding area. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything needed during your stay. The location was a short, peaceful walk into the centre. We loved every minute of being there and didn't want to leave. We would definitely like to come back for a second stay.

I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Caterina was an excellent host. Our arrival was delayed by several hours and we arrived much later than arranged. We kept Caterina informed by texting; she replied immediately and met us outside the apartment without any complaint and was very hospitable. There is no noise in the apartment! An old stone building with thick walls and windows/doors open to a delightful courtyard. To be in the centre of Firenze in such an oasis of calm and quiet was a luxury. The apartment is as shown in the photos. An efficient power shower in the bathroom which is ensuite to the delightful main large bedroom. I like a hard rather than soft bed but this one was on the hard end of hard for me, but we are all different. You can walk easily to all the main museums etc. If you want to take a bus, stops are within 50 yards of the apartment and you pay by just swiping a credit card as you board - so easy.

Logement fonctionnel et vraiment proche de la vieille ville. Anna est une hôte réactive et vraiment attentive. J'ai apprecié sa réactivité pour le traitement de ma demande car pas de cafetière dispo dans l'appart pour le perit dej. J'ai donc adressé un message à Anne et 5 minutes après, j'ai eu la cafetière, merci!

Friendly hosts who supplied a very well stocked apartment with everything you might need, even some bonus items like a rather large cake and a bottle of wine! I booked it for just myself even though there were 3 bedrooms and 2 baths but it could very comfortably host a family or group. The location is 5 minute walk from the train station and 10-15 minutes over the wall to the old city and the aqueduct and path is right outside the door. Recommended!

Vraiment dommage que nous puissions pas mettre 6 étoiles. Nous avons fait un séjour d une semaine en famille. Et nous avons eu l impression justement d être en famille avec un acceuil tout simplement génial. Claudia était au petit soin pour nous. Vraiment je vous recommande la mirandola. Nous espérons y revenir un jour.

Daniela est juste attentionnée et parfaite comme hôte. Elle a été très sympathique et toujours disponible pour nous en allant même au delà de ses prérogatives en nous proposant des services annexes pour notre fille qui s’est fait une entorse durant nos vacances. On sent qu’elle aime ce qu’elle fait et elle le fait à la perfection. Le logement est parfait et que dire de l’emplacement : à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la gare ou de l’aéroport. Le centre ville est un peu loin à pied mais ça se fait très bien quand on est en vacances (30 minutes environ). Malgré l’emplacement proche de l’aéroport, le logement est calme durant la nuit. Le logement est très fonctionnel et très joli. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente bien. Grazie mille Daniela

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment right by the Duomo! The location couldn’t be better—everything in Florence was within easy walking distance. The rooftop access was a dream, especially at sunset—truly unforgettable views of the city. The apartment itself was even better than expected: very spacious, stylishly decorated, and felt like home. The host was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and provided clear instructions and excellent local suggestions. Would 100% stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out very flexible, which I truly appreciated. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the stunning sunset view, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Рекомендую этих хозяев и квартиру от всей души. Удобное расположение: недалеко от вокзала. Рядком автобусная остановка. Сама квартира удобная, тихая, тёплая. Всё, что может понадобиться, на кухне есть. Телевизор отлично работает, интернет моментальный. В общем недостатков нет. Но главное - прекрасные хозяева, гостеприимные и всегда готовые помочь. Особенно прекрасно было получить сладости от них после долгой дороги. Спасибо Терезе и Франческе!

It’s was an awesome couple of days! Very close to the beach, restaurants and the stores! Its a very nice spot and also the appartment was very clean and quiet! It was pretty much perfect! Thank youuuu

Abbiamo soggiornato a Viareggio per un fine settimana. Nicoletta è stata una ottima host fin da prima della partenza per farsi trovare sul posto al nostro arrivo ed evitare tempi di attesa. L'appartamento è pulito, confortevole ed impeccabile sotto tutti i punti di vista. Disponibile anche nel dispensare consigli su viabilità e luoghi da visitare. Consigliatissimo

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

Sehr gute Lage (knapp ausserhalb der ZTL, verkehrsberuhigten Zone) Gerade mit dem Auto super praktisch, weiter in die Altstadt dürfte man nicht fahren und bei der Unterkunft ist der private Parkplatz in einem geschlossenen Innenhof inklusive. Zu Fuss ist die Altstadt aber auch Restaurants und Cafés schnell erreichbar. Das Wohnviertel wirkte sauber und sicher. Die Wohnung hat für zwei Personen eine gute Grösse und einen Balkon. Grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden, gegen die Seitenstrasse und im inneren vom Gebäude eher hellhörig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin welche zeitnah antwortet. Gerne wieder.

L'appartement est vraiment à côté des meilleurs endroits à voir dans Florence ; Lorenzo nous a accueilli en bas au taxi et a porté nos bagages, ce qui était très appréciable pour nous (âgées) pour les 22 marches avant l'ascenseur. L'appartement est beau, a été restauré avec goût dans les détails ; nous avons apprécié la literie, les salles de bains et bien sûr profité du balcon. Fenêtres fermées en avril, nous n'avons pas été gênées par le bruit. Nous espérons y revenir. Merci à Lorenzo d'être réactif.

Large airbnb tucked outside the city. Location is very walkable. Space is large, and unit is clean. Marina & her team were very accommodating with us as well, which I appreciate!

Marco’s apartment is in a great location, just a couple blocks from the Duomo, making it convenient to all the locations a traveler is likely to need. The apartment itself is really interesting, with one full bedroom with en-suite, and another loft bedroom also with a separate bathroom. We didn’t use it but I assume the couch opens to a bed and that bed would also have a full bathroom of its own. One oddity is that the bedrooms don’t have doors. They’re tucked away from view so that you do have privacy, but noise from the common area will get through. The apartment is tucked back in the building to alleviate street noise. We arrived earlier than check in but we’re allowed access to the apartment to drop our bags while they finished cleaning, which we found helpful.
