Santa Lucía del Camino : locations d'appartements de vacances

Mary Madai is an exceptional host. She is friendly and always quick to respond to any requests. The apartment is great. It’s in a wonderful location just outside of the hustle of Centro but easily walkable to anywhere in the central area of the city. It is impeccably clean and has an amazing rooftop terrace for enjoying sunsets. The apartment also has great features that aren’t available at any other rental I’ve stayed in the city- a washing machine, air conditioning for the warmest days, a toaster oven, a mid-sized new and clean refrigerator, and hot water with great pressure (a real rarity in Oaxaca) The only slight downside to the apartment is a lack of comfortable seating in the living room, but that can be easily managed by rearranging a few pillows and cushions. All-in-all, this is a fantastic rental at a great price and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

This is the perfect place to stay in Oaxaca. The neighborhood is lively and safe, a walkable distance to restaurants and the Zocolo without being in the midst of tourist noise. Most importantly, the apartment is a dream: we only used two of the three bedrooms, and loved the outdoor terraces, but a family would be well accommodated. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable, the location perfect, the host super-accommodating, this is the best!!! We loved every minute of out stay in Oaxaca, and are so grateful to our host.

Alojamiento céntrico. Aire Acondicionado funcionaba a la perfección. Solo un poco pesadas las escaleras Ya que tengo una discapacidad de mi rodilla. Baño requiere mantenimiento. Única llave de Lavabo tenía óxido La cortina de baño requiere lavarse. Tenía hongos de humedad. Y la Regadera salía poca agua

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo con Teresita, tiene una ubicación excelente a 9 minutos del zocalo en auto, todo el lugar muy limpio y con lo necesario para la estancia. En mi próxima visita a Oaxaca buscaré alojarme nuevamente aquí.

This is truly a 5-star stay. I’ve been in a lot of airbnbs & this has just been one of my favorites. Host are super responsive, place is so clean, kitchen is great and usable. It’s about a 10-minute walk from center (maybe 20) which I didn’t mind because it was so quiet and felt really safe where we stayed. I highly recommend this spot!

We really loved our stay at Jaime's place. It had just the right amount of space for us and was a comfortable, relaxing place to rest after touring Oaxaca. Best of all, set far back from a busy street (a few blocks from the Zocalo) off a lovely courtyard, we enjoyed this peaceful oasis. We also appreciated Jaime's provision of a large tank of clean hot and cold water for drinking and cooking with, and the fact that the windows had screens. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the layout of the little cottage made it feel roomy and very private.

Maria Tereza and her son, Moises (fluent in English), have really got their act together - with lists of recommendations for places to visit and places to eat and drink. And whenever we had further questions, we got answers immediately. Their house is centrally located so everything of most interest is within walking distance. The neighborhood did not feel "sketchy" either by day or in the evening. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, & has an air conditioner & fan that made sleeping comfortable. It is also surprisingly quiet. With a charming courtyard garden separating you from the traffic outside. It is also safe & secure, with exterior doors always kept locked. Our flight home departed very early. But this was no problem for Pedro, their friendly taxi driver, who arrived dead on time at 4.20am. All for not much more than the "collectivo" (minibus) rates Moises advised us about for travel from the airport on arrival. All in all, we had a most comfortable & happy stay.

El departamento era tal cual se describía, es muy cómodo, cuenta con dos baños completos lo cual es muy práctico. La ubicación es buena sin embargo está como a 15 min caminando a la zona del zócalo. La zona es tranquila. No cuenta con estacionamiento pero todo los días dejé mi vehículo es la calle y no hubo ningún problema, la zona es muy tranquila. El departamento es muy cómodo y se disfruta al llegar de caminar durante todo el día. La comunicación fue muy buena con el anfitrión y siempre estuvieron atentos.

Lindo lugar, tranquilo, cerca del mercado la Merced, restaurantes, pastelerías, bodegas y farmacias. Farmacia el Ahorro tiene medico, en caso necesite de una urgencia, el lugar muy conveniente. Caminando al zocalo toma unos 15 minutos. El dueño agradable, responde rápido. Volveria a rentar otra vez.

Super friendly and welcoming hosts! The place is just a few blocks from the centro, which made it nice and quiet at night, but still super close to all the great mercados, restaurants, and bars. Side note: if you’re looking for a genuine, authentic bar experience, definitely check out Toro’s bar!

Un lugar muy bonito, espacioso, con todos los servicios. Zona muy tranquila. Recomendado!

Nos encantó hospedarnos con Fer, siempre fue súper atento y amable, el alojamiento está en un lugar súper seguro y están cercas algunas plazas, sin duda volveremos pronto.

Tuvimos una estancia increíble gracias a Miguel Ángel :) El departamento estaba muy amplio y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para estar la semana. El rumbo estuvo muy tranquilo todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahí. La ubicación estuvo maravillosa: todo está a distancia caminable, hay un montón de lugares cerca para comer, hay tienditas y súper por si necesitas algo. Miguel Ángel fue muy atento desde el principio. Nos perdimos un poco para llegar y él nos esperó afuera para mostrarnos exactamente el lugar; nos explicó claramente dónde estaba y cómo funcionaba cada cosa dentro del departamento y siempre fue muy amable. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a alojar aquí en una visita futura.

Luis estuvo al pendiente en todo momento, nos dio oportunidad de entrar antes porque llegamos temprano. Nos dio recomendaciones de lugares y las instrucciones fueron claras. El depa estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para tener un estancia cómoda. Sin duda nos hospedaremos cuando regresemos a Oaxaca

This was an amazing Airbnb find with an even better host. A great location with the main attractions just down the street. Our host was always quick to reply and always had a solution for any accommodations needed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

great place to stay with a big group

Por la geografía de la ciudad, en está zona las casas no manejan cocheras, si eres de los que se preocupa mucho por dejar tu auto en la calle Piénsalo bien, si llegas sin auto , es lo mejor por que te quitas ese pendiente. de lo demás todo OK anfitrión e instalación.

Peaceful and quiet place! Enough space for family and a very nice place to stay and relax after spending the day in the downtown. Definitely a place to come back!
