Santa Lucia di Piave : locations de vacances

This apartment was perfect. We felt like locals living there, despite the fact it was only a short walk from St Mark’s Square. Close to a supermarket and a fantastic local restaurant. Water taxis could drop us off in our street (no suitcase carrying). Apartment is owned by a family that live in it occasionally, so everything ‘works’ like a home. Spacious, with different areas for all the family. Fantastic views too. Will be returning!

This is a whole floor in a nice looking villa on Lido, spacious, with a character and charm. Located perfectly between the beach and Vaporetto to Venice old town, and right next to multitude of bars (check out Olfa Soul), restaurants, gelaterias and groceries (Coop and Conad). If you want to spend several days wandering through Venice and at the same time spend calm evenings on the beach – the location is fantastic. Hosts are responsive and every aspect of us being there (two families with kids) was pretty awesome. Only warning: this is a second floor with a relatively steep staircase, people with limited mobility may experience issues getting in, and you can't roll a stroller into the apartment. The area around the villa, however, is kids friendly and very accessible.

Es war alles perfekt. Enrico hat immer gleich geantwortet bei Fragen und sofort geholfen. wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause einfach großartig und sind überaus zufrieden gewesen

ottimo appartamento. Bello, grande, spazioso, molto curato e pulito. Onestamente molto più bello di quanto potessi immaginare dalle foto. se torneremo nei dintorni sicuramente torneremo nel suo appartamento. L'Host molto gentile e discreta, visto che il check-in si fa comodamente online. Per non parlare dei biscotti gentilmente offerti al nostro arrivo!!! esperienza davvero fantastica

Ubytko bylo čisťounké, hezčí než na fotkách. Na rohu byla půjčovna kol. Nedaleko je lidl a další obchody. Jen na pláž se musí kousek cca 100m po silnici, jinak to je stezka k pláži bez aut. Pláž čisťounká. Každý den ji traktor upravoval.

Hallo, Wir hatten schöne Tage in dem Bungalow von Annalisa. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Der Garten ist eine grüne Oase mit Kräutern, die Gäste sogar nutzen dürfen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber hat gleichzeitig alles was man benötigt. Sehr positiv ist auch die einwandfreie Sauberkeit zu erwähnen. Bei Ankunft gibt Annalisa eine ausführliche Einweisung einschließlich Tipps für die Umgebung (Einkaufen/Freizeit/Restaurants). Wir waren Wehmütig bei der Abreise und können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen 😊.

Lugar seguro y tranquilo. Si vas en epoca de invierno, es un poco dificil el conducir auto para llegar al lugar por la nieve que se acumula en la carretera y lo angosta de la misma. La casa es espaciosay la ubicacion es buena, a 20 minutos de Cortina D'Ampezzo. Eugenio estuvo accesible para ofrecer recomendaciones e instrucciones sobre la estadía.

Appartamento pulito e caldo nella periferia di Mestre. Abbiamo fatto il self check-in grazie alle istruzioni chiare di Valentina che è stata gentilissima. In mezz'ora si arriva a Venezia con i mezzi pubblici, la fermata è proprio davanti all'appartamento e, a 3 minuti a piedi c'è un ottimo supermercato con prodotti freschi (anche carne e pesce)
