Favorite place to stay when visiting Guatemala City. Ultra-clean minimalistic and access to essentially all parts of the city within a reasonable commute. Zona 4 is the ideal place to stay for young professionals and those on business trips or just fun. Hosts are very responsive and so are the building staff . Looking forward to the next stay on my next business trip

Very nice place! Lots of space, and good price to have 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The place is very private even though it’s in building.

El apartamento es hermoso, tiene una vista espectacular hacia la ciudad y mas por estar en zona alta y estabamos en el piso 16. Un amanecer increible. Las habitaciones estaban super lindas, bien distribuido todo, ordenado. El tele super conveniente en la sala. A todos nos encantó el lugar. La anfitriona super amable, estaba atenta a cualquier cosa, respondia con mucha rapidez, lo cual lo hace sentir a uno especial. Lo unico que es un poco inconveniente es que la ubicacion esta en un lugar donde solo se puede cruzar a la derecha para salir y para regresar el retorno esta super retirado. De ahi todo estuve super.

This place was great and with 120 sqm of space it was quite comfortable. At night it was quiet and the blackout curtains were awesome! I would recommend staying here!

Mi familia y yo estuvimos encantados con el lugar a pesar que tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con uno de los vecinos del apartamento Josselin lo resolvió de inmediato ella es muy amable El lugar está totalmente equipado estuvimos 10 días hospedados lo tendremos en cuenta para nuestras próximas vacaciones 🥰

The underground parking was ideal and secure for our motorcycle. The building is relatively new and features nice community areas, along with friendly security guards. We didn’t need air conditioning because the nights were cool and there was a pleasant breeze. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay in a Row, whenever I am Guatemala I will make sure I don’t miss out on this place. Amazing Host and Responsive even at 4.30 AM.

Jc's place was amazing, the view from the 17th floor is awesome, this is a city view with the planes coming in and out (no the noise from the planes does not affect sleep or anything, the windows close and really keep the sound out), I love cities and city views so this was awesome in my opinion. The jacuzzi was perfect and ready to use, Jc had the jacuzzi prefilled, ready to hop in and out as you desired/wanted. This is a two story apartment, the dining room, kitchen and balcony with jacuzzi is on the first floor with a half bath and the rooms etc are downstairs, I did not realize that and made it even better since it provided a lot of real estate to move around in. Thanks again!

Excelente ubicación. La casa era tal como la describió. Buena limpieza. Una casa ideal para descansar. Lugares muy cerca para ir a pasear. El residencial es muy tranquilo. Sin duda regresaríamos con mi familia.

Ronald is a wonderful host. I cannot express enough how helpful he was during our stay. We had a few inconveniences and Ronald was Very understanding and accommodating. His place was absolutely perfect.

Todo estuvo grandioso! Sin duda un muy bonito lugar para poder hospedarse ya que se siente como si estuviera en casa, y sin duda recomiendo muchísimo el lugar ya que además de la casa tiene amenidades en el complejo.

La casa es muy bonita, cómoda, grande y acogedora, estuvimos varios dias fuera por conocer los volcanes pero el tiempo en la casa fue muy ameno y cómodo. Las instrucciones para llegar son muy claras lo q facilitó la entrada. Zona tranquila para descansar, importante q si llegan con maletas grandes pidan al taxi q los lleve hasta la casa. Joel siempre amable, accesible y cordial. Ojalá podamos volver pronto 💚
