This is our first time traveling to Arroyo Grande, just because of this house. My family has 4 adults, 1 kid, and 1 large dog. So I booked this house due to it is "pet friendly" and it has a pretty backyard according to the pictures. We fell in love with it immediately when we arrived it! The inside, front yard, and backyard were all contemporary style and designed professionally. All the electronics are modern and function very well. My husband enjoyed turning on the music and could hear it everywhere around the house. Cory prepared snacks, bowls, and blankets for the dog, so he could sleep in the house but away from furniture and carpet. My son and our dog run a lot in the backyard, and the whole family had a sweet night hanging outside as well. The local restaurants/coffee shops and shopping stores recommendation list is very helpful. We saved a lot of time on searching when we needed them. Overall, I feel it is worth every penny that I spend! I highly recommend it!

The property is amazing and the house had everything we needed. It was a great place to catch up with old friends we had not seen in a while!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Laurie's place. It was a beautiful home with a very peaceful vibe. Pismo was only a short drive away which was great for day time activities. We hope to come back one day!

I am an Airbnb super host, I have stayed in many Airbnb's, this was by far one of the most beautiful and thoughtfully furnished homes I've stayed in. Absolutely loved everything about it. The home was so welcoming and generously kitted out with everything from excessive pillow, bathroom accessories, complimentary snacks, everything!!! Couldn't have loved this place anymore! Thank you!!

First day at tests place was perfect for us. We were celebrating our six year anniversary and we wanted someplace that we could just relax and enjoy one another company. Test is place was clean. It was inviting it was perfect. We stocked with anything that we would need or possibly need or did need. We had a power outage test was right on it. The power was restored by noon. The only problem we had was our ground fault. Connector blew out when the power went out and we couldn’t find that, but we simply moved appliances around. It was kind of an adventure. Test responded every time I reached out to her. I recommend this place. If I had to say something that wasn’t the great it was that there was construction going on next-door and it could get a little loud, but it was only during the daytime so it wasn’t disturbing at night. And in my mind if that’s the worst thing that could happen we had a fantastic timeand Tessa is a great hostess.

Our stay with Jen was amazing! A girlfriend and I decided to do an impromptu overnight staycation in Los Alamos and we couldn’t be happier with the Heritage House. My bestie is a photographer and loved how every square inch was insta-worthy and photoshoot ready. I think my favorite part of the house is the clawfoot tubs - I’m a sucker for a good bathtub and will plans stays around one. The house itself is adorable and has been remodeled with a ton of charm and character, the attention to detail stood out from the second we stepped in the door. Everything was spotless and the beds were super comfy. It is walking distance to all the best local spots, we popped over to Bob’s for breakfast. Overall we couldn’t be happier with the stay and will definitely be back!

This Air B and B was very thoughtfully maintained, and a great find! Sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. Great spot to stay if you plan to be out and about for the day!

Two of my childhood friends and I stayed at Pauline‘s place for two nights in late March. The place was just perfect for our needs. We wanted to hang out and get reacquainted /chat. The house is very cozy, comfortable, clean and modern. And charming. The weather was on the drizzly rainy side, so we didn’t take advantage of all the beautiful outdoor spaces, but it would be wonderful to be out there spring, fall or summer. The kitchen had everything you possibly could need to make coffee or to make a meal. And each at our own bit of privacy in our own rooms. The beds were very comfortable. I’m very particular pillows. I can’t sleep while gigantic puffy pillows and these were just perfect.. If you want to walk downtown, it was about a 10 minute easy walk. The train ran behind the house. We only heard it like once or twice a day and it was actually quite charming. Pauline left very detailed instructions and responded quickly to any messages sent. Don’t hesitate to stay!

David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

We had an amazing weekend at the house! Lindsey was an incredibly helpful and responsive host and was able to help accommodate an early check in as well which we really appreciated. The space itself is stunning. The house is brand new and the beds were especially comfortable. But what really makes it is the pool and outdoor space. Our kids were in heaven. The pool is huge and has an entire living area with games and a TV and there’s also multiple outdoor seating areas and a very nice bbq. We will absolutely be back!

I had an amazing stay at Whitney's home! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect - a short drive to the stunning coastline I loved relaxing in the backyard, which was a peaceful oasis. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to explore San Luis Obispo.

Nice condo near a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a walkway right to the sand to walk out to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Would absolutely stay here again, enjoyed it! There was also a pool and gym available, but we did not use those during our stay. Looked very nice as well. Just remember to take a key to get OUT of the gated community. If you don’t have a key, you’re pretty much looked in. Oh, and I can’t forget, it’s really close to the cinnamon roll place, so fresh coffee and cinnamon rolls whenever you want! Yum!

Hillary’s place was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by incredible scenery. There were so many amazing wineries nearby, which made the whole experience even better. We had such a great time and can’t wait to come back again soon!

Location, rooms and backyard were all great. Only negative was that there were not many pots or pans and the dishwasher is broken. Would have been nice to have that heads up as we like to cook when staying at Airbnbs.

Diane and Mike’s place is like a private little paradise. It’s quiet and peaceful. The view of the sunrise from the bedroom window is nothing short of breathtaking. Nights are clearly visible and gorgeous. You can even occasionally see the rockets from Vandenberg SFB. 10 min from the beach and hundreds of trails. Diane & Mike are incredibly kind and generous, with homemade scones to greet arriving guests and sweet bowls of fresh fruits & veggies from the garden on my doorstep, like a secret garden fairy. Oh, and Bear!! What an absolute love he is! Being here is like winning the lottery. You’ll never want to leave. It’s an incredible thing to find the right match between a peaceful long-term stay and budding new friendships.

We were very impressed with the beautiful house, from the way they decorated it to the comfy beds, the house if laid out perfectly, with lots to do, from playing pool and board games to swimming, it was perfect for what we needed it for. We will definitely consider staying again, the only downfall was we needed to stay longer.

I know this is listed as a romantic getaway for couples (which I totally agree with) but it was also great for me and my 2-year old daughter. Diana's clear that this isn't childproofed, but I found it very easy to make it so. We couldn't have asked for a better location or more comfortable sleep. The patio was a nice private area to hang out during nap times and Diana was really responsive and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay the Fischer house. It is evident is a well loved home and we were very comfortable. Laura was kind and hospitable, letting us borrow boogie boards for the kids and the house is very convenient for our walks to the beach and to the main street for dining. Don’t miss the blue corn waffles at Hidden Kitchen.

My wife and I planned a visit to Sequoia, but when we got there smoke from a wildfire made it untenable. I contacted Heike, at the last minute, because we figured we'd head to the central coast. She responded immediately. And, lucky for us, the place was available. It's right next to a tiny airport (but you hardly hear any sounds and it's fun to watch a few small planes, e.g. Cessnas, take off or land. It's across from a park. There's a diner that's walking distance away. Pismo Beach, perhaps two miles away, has everything you'd want from fine dining to markets. I've never been to Oceano before. Now, I'm sure we'll go back. It's quieter than places like Morro Bay and SLO. The unit itself is a bit cramped, but not in a bad way. There's three bedrooms and two baths, and it's a two-story unit. I recommend Heike's place whole heartedly. She's super responsive. When one of the TV remotes didn't work, she had batteries delivered because she was out of town! Signed, Alan K

The place was great for my family and my furry friends. Beautiful outdoor spaces and the house had everything we needed.

We loved our stay there. Peri let us know when feeding time for the animals was approaching so the kids could participate in the experience. We even were able to enjoy fresh eggs! The only negatives were that although pet friendly and a described fenced in back yard was mentioned , pets are not allowed upstairs and must be on leash at all times outside. The bedrooms are all upstairs so if your dog is used to sleeping in the same room with you, then you will need to use one of the daybeds downstairs. I found the daybed in the pool room quite comfortable. Also be sure to bring some slippers or indoor shoes. These minor inconveniences didn’t dampen our fun thouğh. The beautiful location and friendly host more than made up for it.

We really enjoyed the interior spaces, nicely furnished and homey. Well-equipped kitchen was important for us since we cooked most meals. Sometimes it is the little details that help like the night lights and the clear directions. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We even played ping pong in the garage. Nicely updated bathrooms. Although the home was close to the highway, we were not disturbed. Both interior and exterior areas were very well maintained. Thankfully our 2 small dogs were allowed to be with us!

Beautiful scenery! The donkey and goats were so sweet and enjoyable to watch.

This is a great little cozy place to stay. We brought our 2 dogs and it was easy to walk them in the quiet neighborhood surrounding. Solvang was easy to explore on foot since it was steps from downtown. The hosts had maps and suggestion flyers for the area. We had a blast exploring and relaxing.
