Gennaro è stato un host molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento, pulito e ben organizzato, è adatto a chi viaggia a Napoli con famiglia o piu persone visto che dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni ed un ampio soggiorno. Inoltre, al contrario di altre strutture, Gennaro mette a disposizione un posto auto. La localizzazione è ottima, non si trova al centro di Napoli ma sia il lungomare che il centro sono facilmente raggiungibili con mezzo pubblici distanti a 5 minuti a piedi. Il quartiere Fuorigrotta, dove è situata la struttura, ha comunque diverse opzioni tra ristoranti, pub e bar per chi non volesse passare una giornata o serata lontano dalle zone più turistiche.

Great location, walking distance to everything, but also spacious and quiet. The host was very helpful with local recommendations. The quirks of being in a historic building (tiny gate, ancient staircase, pay lift) just add to the charm of the stay

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is super convenient in terms of local transportation. And you are just about a 30 minute walk from the coast. We were thinking about doing a day trip and on our limited time Alessandra recommend Procida and we absolutely loved it!! The AC in the bed room works phenomenally, but it isn’t strong enough to fill the entire apartment. We just closed the bedroom door and kept that room really cold which felt amazing, but be prepared for the kitchen/living room/ bathroom to feel just as hot as it is outside. Other than that we loved it!!

Ampio alloggio con 7 posti letto e aria condizionata a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale. La casa è ordinata e pulita, il bagno è accettabile, tanti spazi anche per 7 persone, balconcino con vista dal quarto piano. Antonio è stato preciso e disponibile sia prima che durante la nostra permanenza

This was a fantastic little apartment in Vomero. A great area! Walking distance to so many restaurants, bakeries, great shopping and bars. Also walking distance to 2 funiculars, a taxi stand and the Metropolitana! There is a beautiful old staircase right next to the building that takes you down to the city. We walked down (a LOT of stairs) through the Spanish Quarter, the Maradonna memorial, famous churches and piazzas - had an authentic and amazing lunch and then walked to the funicular for a ride back up the mountain. The expansive view from the apartment was spectacular! to Sorrento and Capri! The host was great and provided us with restaurant and pizzeria recommendations that were very good. You can really just walk down to the busy downtown of Vomero and find so many options!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung wieder mal sehr genossen. Sehr praktisch und modern eingerichtet.Das Appartement ist Sauber und alles Nötige, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das Bett superbequem.Ein Highlight ist natürlich der atemberaubende Blick von der Dachterrasse. Traumhafter Blick auf den Vesuv über den Dächern von Neapel.Man sollte sicherlich gut zu Fuß sei, um die Treppen nach oben zu gelangen, aber dort angekommen, ist man mit diesem wunderbaren Appartement und dem Ausblick für die Mühe entschädigt. Sehr freundliche und professionelle Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Bis zum nächsten mal, ciao , mille Grazie!

This was our first time to Naples, so we didn't know what to expect. We travel as a pack of 6-8, and finding accommodations together is sometimes hard. Not so with Raffa's home. From library and bookstore recommendations (she obviously read my profile and that was a lovely touch) to tiny things like healthy plants and umbrellas by the door, our stay at Raffa's home was impeccable. I've never left a place and thought: "I'm going to miss these beds," but oh they were comfortable. And the view! THE TERRACE ALONE IS WORTH IT! It is sooooo gorgeous. From the multitude of bathrooms, bedrooms and space, we loved our stay, and if I ever return to Naples, I know exactly where to go.

Ottimo alloggio per tre persone, posizione tranquilla seppur in un rione caratteristico, 10 minuti da piazza Cavour con metropolitana e treni comodi, host sempre disponibili, da raccomandare

Authenticité napolitaine, situé en plein cœur du quartier espagnol et sa vie si belle et indescriptible. L’hôte a été très aimable et de bons conseils. L’établissement était propre et répondait entièrement à nos attentes, sans surprises.

We travel to Italy often, yet our first time in Naples. This selection was outstanding. The service from our host, the location, the fun exciting vibe, the room itself and views from balconies exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a truly memorable stay.

For those who don't know Naples (like us) the first impression is shocking in terms of the anarchic construction and the age of the properties, however both in the city and in the apartment after the first shocking twenty-four hours, you don't want to leave!! Gerano's studio is in the perfect spot, so close to the historic center (one stop with the cable car, ten minutes total) from the apartment/ cable car/ historic center) and far enough away so you don't have the hustle and bustle of the center , ideal spot! The host knows well what service means, he was there for us for whatever we needed! Thank you very much Gerano!:)

Ho prenotato con la mia famiglia nell'alloggio di Alessia per pochi giorni ma mi sono trovato benissimo comunicazione eccellenti per persona molto affidabile la raccomandata

Mieszkanie znajduje się niedaleko dworca w świetnej lokalizacji, w pobliżu jest wszystko czego potrzebujecie- sklepy, bary, restauracje. Gospodarz jest bardzo komunikatywny, odpisuje szybko na wiadomości, łatwo się z nim dogadać. Dodatkowym plusem apartamentu jest piękny widok z balkonu- można poczuć klimat Neapolu. Polecam!

Vielen lieben Dank! Es war ausserordentlich schön! Gastgeberin Annalisa war immer hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Alles sauber. Kleiner Garten unter Zitronenbaum mit Whirlpool war sehr schön! Garten & Pool wird (wie beschrieben!) mit einer weiteren, kleinen AirBnB geteilt. Man kommt aber gut aneinander vorbei mit etwas Kommunikation. Annalisa ist da sehr hilfreich. Gerne wieder!!

Roof Apartment to fantastyczny wybór na relaksujący i przyjemny wyjazd rodzinny lub wypad z grupą przyjaciół. Przestronny, wygodny apartament, z ogromnym tarasem jest dobrze wyposażony i zawiera wszystko, co potrzebne do niezapomnianego i wygodnego pobytu. Jest czysty i ładnie urządzony. Nasza grupa licząca 11 osób - 3 rodziny w tym 4 dzieci miała wystarczająco dużo miejsca na spędzanie czasu zarówno w grupie jak i osobno. Lokalizacja jest dobra na wypady między innymi do Neapolu, Monte Casino, Positano na wybrzeże Amalfi, Pompeje czy Wezuwiusza. Nie ma problemu z miejscem na samochody, jest duży parking. Vincenzo jest świetnym gospodarzem. Gościnnym, przyjaznym i życzliwym. Błyskawicznie odpowiadał na nasze pytania i był z nami w stałym kontakcie służąc radą odnośnie lokalnych atrakcji. Wino i pyszne lokalne ciasta jakie otrzymaliśmy od gospodarza miło nas zaskoczyły. Sprawdzone miejsce godne polecenia. Zapisujemy w ulubionych.

Nous avons passé de belles vacances en famille chez Daniele et les photos étaient conformes à l’appartement . Arrivée en autonomie très appréciable et Environnement calme et paisible comme à la maison. Le plus c’est le parking très sécurisé . Je recommande. Ciao Tiamane et Nicolas

Michele was the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. He was responsive even early in the morning and extremely helpful. I had a scary turn to my trip due to getting sick and he helped when he didn’t have to. The place was spotless and perfect. The jacuzzi was extremely clean and you had everything you would need. It’s located in the heart of everything. The building looks rough on the outside but the apartment itself is newly renovated. WiFi was fast and the tvs and air system was perfect. I would definitely stay here again

Le logement est bien situé au cœur de Naples, facilement accessible à pied, proche de pleins de restaurant/métro/visites. Le quartier est sympa et malgré l'intensité de la vie animée à Naples, on se retrouve au calme dans l'appartement, ce qui est agréable à retrouver après une journée de visite. La literie est SUPER confortable, la bain à remous est INCROYABLE (d'autant plus après une journée de visite + les escaliers à monter, qu'on oublie bien vite dans le bain!), la salle de bain très bien aussi et enfin la terrasse VRAIMENT agréable! Le logement a clairement rajouté un plus à notre séjour. Mais ce qui a rendu PARFAIT notre voyage à Naples c'est notre hôte Rosa avec ses recommandations, sa communication EXCELLENTE, sa bienveillance et la possibilité de laisser ses bagages GRATUITEMENT ce qui est très PRATIQUE et APPRECIABLE. Un appartement et une hôte fortement recommandé, GRAZIE MILLE Rosa!

Alessandro è stato un host gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è in una zona comoda e silenziosa e ha tutto quello che può servire per un breve soggiorno.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, es una zona tranquila muy cerca del puerto, caminando a 20 minutos del centro y a una calle puedes encontrar supermercados. La anfitriona es muy amable siempre estuvo atenta y nos ayudó mucho, mil gracias!

Alloggio perfetto, ottima la posizione, puoi visitare tutto. Casa accogliente in un bellissimo condominio. Ottima la pulizia, la comunicazione con l'host e i servizi da lui offerti. estremamente soddisfatto e consigliato.
