Santa María : locations de maisons de vacances

This was the most epic AirBnB stay I’ve ever experienced. The house was beautiful and 100% private. We had more wildlife visits while sitting in the pool. It was like living in the National Park. We saw 3 slothes and tons of squirrel monkeys, white face monkeys, toucans, and macaws. We relaxed for hours at a time on the back porch and pool just watching all that Manuel Antonio has to offer all while having the most amazing home to quickly run back into to grab snacks and drinks. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

Our stay at Lapa Villas was amazing! We were 18 people and it fit us perfectly. Carli was SO helpful, communicative, and recommended so many local attractions. She also helped us booked a Chef (who we loved) and a boat tour, and got us a bit of a deal for our large group size. She even baked us brownies 🥹 It’s an incredible pair of villas and we loved the covered outdoor kitchen right by the pool, we hung out there constantly. The hike down to the private beach is great for viewing wildlife right at the house. The hot tub and pool were amazing, especially with our visit being during the rainy season! We were a bit disappointed by the sauna as it didn’t work at all during our stay, but hopefully it will be up and running soon. And Carli and Yader were both super responsive and helpful with trying to get it going which we greatly appreciated. All in all this was a great place to stay! 5/5 stars

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Manuel Antonio thanks to Raquel and Sam! The Monkey House was everything we could have hoped for and more. We saw more animals at the house than we did our entire time in Costa Rica. The location is super convenient to all Manuel Antonio restaurants, beaches and activities. The house was completely spotless and had everything we could need. The local recommendations Sam provided were stellar and we look forward to many more trips back to The Monkey House. Pura Vida!

We absolutely loved everything about the place. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Location-wise, it's about a 10-15 min drive to Quepos/Manuel Antonio, which was perfect for us (we enjoyed the relaxing and tranquil stay away from the busy parts of the city). We really enjoyed the pool and took full advantage of the kitchen and washing/drying facilities (which honestly work better than my machines at home!). Britt was an awesome host, super responsive and even helped set up a Catamaran sunset cruise (highly recommended, this was one of the highlights of our trip!!) as well as a tour of Manuel Antonio park. Britt was also very accommodating regarding our check in/check out. Overall it was a perfect way to end our time in Costa Rica. I would highly recommend!

Una gran casa, tenía mucho más de lo que esperábamos, mi hijo de 12 años dice que es la mejor a la que hemos ido, Uber Eats disponible y rápido, lo mejor es que está en SJ y como dicen otras reseñas la piscina temperada es un 100

We absolutely loved staying here. Everything was magical and sitting outside was relaxing. We saw so many animals while staying there and the kids loved the pool! We had a grocery store and Soda walking distance away. Antonio was a gem. He did not speak English but he made sure everything was pristine. He is a true gem and willing to help direct parking and open the gate for us Some tips to help others….everything here is similar to the states. No suicide showers and lots of power plugs. Really the only issue we had is the upper bedrooms were too light and it gets bright early. Wasn’t a huge problem for us because we got up early to do activities while it was cool. We loved our stay! This place has ALL of the Pura Vida vibes.

Amamos Bejuco como familia, es céntrico, bonito, el condominio tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas lindas vacaciones en familia. La casa estaba impecable, la piscina perfecta para compartir en familia. Mayra siempre nos brindó indicaciones claras y estuvo atenta en todo momento. En nuestra tercera vez en esta casa y la verdad es que la amamos, muy cómoda.

This was a spacious Airbnb that is not as modern as others but perfectly fine. A comfortable sofa and excellent air-conditioning. We use the kitchen and the fridge and all was perfectly acceptable. There was an outside terrace that was relatively private as it was high up and let me sit in the Sun-this was great. There were lots of good towels and we were close to lots of other amenities.

Gracias por la hospitalidad Francisco es un host excelente, cuando necesite alguna recomendación o solucionar algo siempre estuvo atento. La casa es como se muestra en las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía. A 15 minutos caminando por el condominio se encuentran varios restaurantes probamos: (el Novillo Alegre, Taj Mahal, Moose, La Focaccia) deliciosos todos, y en general la comida Costarricense (su sazón) es deliciosa. Hay un Fresh (mercado) en esta misma área de restaurantes en el primer piso, este es el súper más costoso hay otros como el Palí que no están tan cerca pero tienen precios más económicos. La piscina es preciosa y los espacios sociales están muy bien adecuados mantenidos. Deben avisar a Francisco que van a usar el servicio de Uber para que lo autorice con anticipación a la portería y así no tengan inconvenientes para el ingreso. Recomiendo mucho este lugar, es a 15 minutos del aeropuerto (muy conveniente por los trancones/tráfico congestionado

Beautiful home to use as a vacation hub. Our family spent hours in the pool. The listing says laundry is not an available service, but they do have washer and dryer for you to use if you bring your own soap and avoid days the cleaners come. The area has delicious restaurants around the corner every way you go. Playitas beach was a short(but hilly and humid) walk down the street. Jorge, the concierge was unbelievably kind and offered wonderful recommendations. We are so glad we stayed.

Casa Heron was the perfect get away for my family and one year old son. The place was quietly nestled in the rainforest, lots of birds and monkies. We loved the spa, everyone was friendly and informative. The neighborhood was very nice. Close to all that Quepos and Manuel Antonio has to offer, the perfect location and very safe !

Das Haus liegt sehr einsam an einem Berghang mit einem schönen Weitblick. Zur Anreise ist unbedingt ein 4x4 notwendig. Durch die abgeschiedene Lage hat man zwar ein sehr privates Erlebnis, dennoch überlegt man sich zweimal, ob man das Haus tatsächlich verlässt. Bis auf die fehlende Geschirrspülmaschine war alles wie beschrieben. Auch die Kommunikation war stets sehr freundlich und kleinere Mängel wurden unmittelbar behoben. Für Ruhesuchende ein idealer Ort. Sowohl Pool als auch der hauseigene Wasserfall bieten eine tolle Erfrischung. Dennoch sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, um die vielen Treppen zu bewältigen.

What an amazing place ! Great communication, always responsive ! Spotless ! Hosts provided great instructions and great local area recommendations! Dominical area was very close by and very nice with tons of things like beach , souvenirs and restaurants. Great midway point for a lot of local spots and for waterfalls and other things ! Couldn’t recommend this spot more !

Fue un viaje familiar. La casa está ubicada en una zona retirada, muy tranquila. Durante el día pudimos observar muchos tipos de aves y mariposas. Durante nuestra estancia una pequeña ave pasó haciendo su nido en un arbusto frente a la ventana de la cocina y por esa misma ventana pudimos observar un Venado pasar. La casa es muy acogedora, completamente equipada. La recomendamos en todos los términos. Esperamos volver pronto!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die ruhig in einer Sackgasse am Ortsrand liegt und einen erholsamen Schlaf ermöglicht. Sehr guter Wohnungsschnitt, top sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Man schließt auf und fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Der Blumenstrauß und die Früchte tragen dazu liebevoll bei. Es sind die berühmten Kleinigkeiten, die diese Wohnung auszeichnet: Z.B. alle Fenster mit Fliegengitter, vernünftiges Besteck, ausreichend Geschirr, eine hochwertige Waschmaschine, eine Außendusche und alle Zimmer mit Deckenventilatoren. Besonders gefiel uns die Veranda und das große und bequemes Sofa, da nach Wochen der Rundreise „abhängen“ angesagt war. Dorit ist ein sehr professioneller Host und super freundlich. Nach einer Woche verließen wir diese Unterkunft schweren Herzen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen diese uneingeschränkt weiter.

Great family vacation. House was beautiful and clean, had everything we needed. Location was very private with amazing views. The dirt road up the hill was a little bumpy and long but well worth the drive. Concierge service was top notch- responded to all of our questions with timely manner with great recommendations

Eddie’s place is a real gem. Incredible privacy and views, well appointed and comfortable home. The kitchen comes very well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Small details make his place extra wonderful. High quality linens, blankets, beautifully manicured garden and lawn. Henry, the groundskeeper is lovely. My children had so much fun playing hide and seek on the generous property and I loved waking up before sunrise, sitting on the deck and listening to a million birds beautifully singing through day break. My kids said they loved the home and want to come back!!

Séjour exceptionnel à la Casa Cariad! Bien située à proximité de Parrita, accessible avec un 4x4. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Pacific central. Logement très propre, arrivée flexible avec la boite à clé et nous avons pu bien communiquer avec les hôtes, et leur amie présente à proximité du logement. Très beau logement, des oiseaux visibles depuis la terrasse, hamacs, climatisation. Tout était vraiment parfait. Nous recommandons à 100%!

We needed a place for our large mixed group of family and friends who were here for a wedding and this place was perfect. Ample room for everyone, safely gated, a pool to keep the kids busy and large common area for everyone to convene. There are others living nearby but they are quiet and we’re always very helpful whenever we needed. You’ll want to have a car while here so you can quickly and easily jaunt into the city centre or take a short trip to Dominical (about 35 minutes). Would happily return! Great place.

El alojamiento es tal como se describe en el anuncio. Nosotros nos quedamos en la casa verde y entendemos que el lugar se convertirá en complejo, pero Hosam respetó nuestra reserva y pudimos disfrutar del lugar de manera privada. La casa es muy cómoda, con aire, ventilador y tv en todas las habitaciones. La cocina está bien equipada con microondas, licuadora, hornito eléctrico además de la cocina en si. La piscina es preciosa, súper bien cuidada con isla para niños pequeños, reposeras y sombrilla. El rancho tiene su parrilla con un equipo barcito de lado. Tiene un parqueo para 4 autos al frente. Debo destacar la atención de Hosam y, tuvimos la suerte de coincidir con Sonny quien nos brindó una excelente atención mejorando aún nuestra estadía. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos con Hosam

It’s hard to sum up my feelings about this place. It was so special and wonderful. It’s hard to describe. I also hesitate about giving it so much praise because I worry that next time I want to book it it’ll be full! The place was perfect. It was right on a private beach at the end of a private road. The water was a perfect temperature. The sand was soft. The ground Keeper was so friendly and very helpful. He was very kind to my kids and we felt right at home! Also a huge added bonus were his dogs. My kids miss our dogs when we travel and they were thrilled to find dogs here waiting for us when we arrived. There were limitless activities for us to do. We could lay around on the beach or swim in the pool or do excursions that were close by. This part of Costa Rica is extremely beautiful! I would stay in a place like this over a resort any day.

Really enjoyed our visit. We misplaced the keys (but found them) and Arliny was really great and helpful - luckily it all worked out and we found the keys !
