Very happy we chose this apartment. It is located in the East side of Spello which is the better side - the best scenery, and we only heard the countryside. Easy walk to the village centre, can also recommend the charming aquaduct walk nearby. Very old building but modernised interior. We did not meet Argen in person, but he responded very quickly to any queries.

Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Roberto e Alice sono degli host splendidi, un benvenuto così capita davvero di rado. La casa è davvero grande, confortevole e con tutto quello che serve (anche di più!). La zona è perfetta, a due passi dal minimetro che porta in centro e della stazione dei treni. E poi, ciliegina sulla torta, a 117 passi (contati!) dalla casa c'è la trattoria Murales, dove si mangia DIVINAMENTE e si spende il giusto. Se venite a Perugia, QUESTO è l'alloggio da scegliere. Senza "se" e senza "ma"

Bellissima esperienza, Elisa è stata veramente accogliente e disponibile con noi. La sua gentilezza unita alla sua professionalità hanno reso la nostra esperienza unica e piacevole. La stanza rispettava le nostre aspettative, pulita e impeccabile. La location è perfetta, facile da raggiungere e molto strategica. Consiglio a chiunque cerchi comfort e aria di casa☺️

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni splendidi ad Assisi, e questo alloggio si è rivelato perfetto come punto di partenza per esplorare la città. Situato in pieno centro, è comodissimo per visitare le principali attrazioni a piedi, immergendosi nella bellezza e nella storia del luogo. L’appartamento è tranquillo, curato, pulito e ben attrezzato, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Daniela e Alessandro sono stati cordiali e disponibili, fornendoci anche utili suggerimenti per godere al meglio dell’esperienza. Un’ottima scelta per chi vuole vivere Assisi da dentro, con la comodità di avere tutto a portata di mano.

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. It was one of the few places we could find that looked modern. Super clean apartment, centrally located for exploring the area (less than 10 minutes drive to Assisi), and Emanuale is very accessible and helpful. If we come back to Italy, we will definitely return here. Thank you!

Casa pulita , Molto accogliente. Abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni con i nostri cagnolini . Siamo stati amorevolmente accolti da Sara e sua figlia che , su nostra richiesta, sono venuti a trovarci. Eravamo lì per una gara canina. L’alloggio dista veramente poco dal centro fieristico . C’è stata inoltre consigliata una pizzeria nelle vicinanze dove abbiamo gustato un ‘ottima pizza. Nonostante facesse freddo la casa era davvero molto calda. I nostri cagnolini hanno apprezzata anche il giardinetto Consigliatissimo . Torneremo di sicuro .

Great apartment, great space in the heart of Perugia. Stayed for ten days. Needed for nothing.

un attico con una vista unica nella zona,dove si vede molto bene sia il centro storico che le montagne, l'host molto professionale, sicuramente lo riproverò

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

A beautiful villa on a mountain in Umbria overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The pictures don't do the picturesque view justice. The space was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Relaxing in the spa downstairs was a much needed treat after our fast paced traveling in the busy cities of Italy. Communication with Letizia was seamless. She helped set up a complimentary tour of the company's olive oil production. Would stay again!

En fin lägenhet med den utrustning man behöver för några dagars boende. Assisi är en fantastisk plats!

Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Martina e dalla sua famiglia. La casa e il giardino (molto grande) sono organizzati e curati con amore. La casa è fornita di ogni confort, dagli utensili in cucina, al necessario per godere degli spazi esterni. Noi abbiamo viaggiato in tre con un cane e siamo stati felici di godere di ogni spazio della casa; sopratutto il nostro cane che amava giocare in giardino. La casa si trova nelle campagne sotto Assisi ed è collegata benissimo a tutti i paesi e attrazioni dell’Umbria. La cosa più bella è stata riposare e godere della tranquillità del luogo.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Als wir in das schöne Zuhause von Andreas und Natchana angekommen sind waren wir begeistert von den Charme und der Einrichtung. Hier ist der perfekte Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch die Lage war perfekt, es sind zwei liebe Orte in der Nähe wenn man nicht weit fahren möchte. Aber auch schöne Ausflugsziele wie Florenz & Siena sind in ca. 1 - 1/2 Stunden erreichbar sowie viele andere liebe Orte. Können das Casa Sul Mezo sehr empfehlen. Haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.

Appartamento molto pulito e accogliente! arredamento nuovo e guardino molto curato. Posizione vicina al centro ma immersa nel verde. Lo consiglio!

We had a lovely stay. Marco, Simona’s son was wonderful and helped us often to navigate beautiful Perugia. I especially enjoyed sitting outside listening to the cicadas at night and looking down at the lights of Assisi. Very peaceful and relaxing. I liked the little grove of olive trees. Very neat.

villetta meravigliosa immersa nel verde e distante dal caos città. all'interno abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente x il nostro soggiorno e la casa era pulitissima e ordinatissima. giardino immenso meraviglioso che a causa del freddo non abbiamo potuto apprezzare come meritava, ma torneremo sicuramente in estate. Gabriele e suo papà Francesco due persone meravigliose e disponibilissime. consiglio vivamente questo alloggio

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet residential area with a nice garden and outside seating. Approx. 15 minute walk into town centre, train station approx 25 minutes walk. The apartment was easy to access via lockbox and hosts were friendly and communicative. Good base for exploring the area and Foligno itself.

La settimana che abbiamo trascorso in Umbria è stata stupenda, posti magnifici e un’appartamento che, al rientro della giornata, ci faceva sentire a casa. Pulito, ordinato, fornito di tutto ciò che potesse servirci e ben riscaldato. La posizione è perfetta, vicino ai borghi più belli e a due passi dall’aeroporto. Claudio e Martina sono stati gentilissimi e presenti con discrezione, ci hanno coccolati e accontentati in ogni nostra esigenza. Due persone speciali! Consigliamo l’Uliveto a tutti, un nido confortevole anche per chi come noi dovesse viaggiare con un bambino piccolo.

Ottima esperienza di soggiorno ! Appartamento ampio, luminoso e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ambienti accoglienti e ben arredati, esattamente come in foto. Dotato di comodo e tranquillo spazio esterno. Zona ben collegata ai mezzi. Host molto gentili e disponibili.

Stefano is wonderfully kind. His place looks better in person with extra pillows, blankets, and everything we needed. The location is perfectly situated in the middle of Assisi with the most beautiful staircase entry. Tourists kept photographing it. There’s a market close by and Stefano gave us some recommendations to do while we were in town. Check out his art gallery while you are there. Highly recommend.

Alloggiare nell' appartamento di Tania è stato confortevole. Come essere a casa. L' appartamento è dotato di ogni tipologia di comfort, pulito, ha un comodo parcheggio ed offre una vista di Todi a dir poco spettacolare. Tania è stata sempre molto gentile, attenta e scrupolosa. I suoi consigli su come muoversi o dove mangiare a Todi sono stati eccezionali. Da ritornarci!

We visited this beautiful city because our daughter was studying abroad at the Umbra Institute. Location was perfect with lots to do and accessible to everything. Our hosts were super responsive with never a delay in answering our questions. The people of Perusia were one of the kindest humans on earth - we just loved everything about it. We also rented a car which made it easier to visit other towns during our stay - Montepulciano, Pienza, Assisi, Spello and Cortona. While a bit stressful at first driving, we were happy that we did! Lastly, best cafe croissant place in Perugia is Arco Cafe. Our daughter loves it and we know why - we had plenty of other cafes and no one came close. Without a doubt, if your travels bring you to Perusia - I would highly recommend this apartment.
