A Mazar, on y rencontre d'abord un hôte charmant et attentionné : Giuseppe ! La villa est très agréable, fonctionnelle et avec du cachet. Tout le matériel est présent, y compris des jeux de piscine et de plage. Les matériaux sont de qualité et nous nous y sommes bien sentis, avec nos 3 enfants. Mazar est située sur un plateau en altitude, ce qui est un atout en période de chaleur, car il fait 3 à 4° de moins que sur le littoral, avec un peu de vent. Pour notre séjour de fin octobre, c'était plutôt un inconvénient (21° le jour, 14° la nuit) pour pouvoir prendre les repas dehors. Cependant, la piscine restait chauffée à 28° donc nous avons pu nous y baigner. Giuseppe est un astrophile qui vous parlera des étoiles et planètes, surtout si la météo s'y prête. Le jardin est équipé de curiosités (gnomon, bâton de Thalès, etc) avec toutes les explications nécessaires, ce qui en fait un lieu spécial et unique, très calme même si parfois le vent amène l'odeur d'étable du voisin. Je recommande !

La villa è stupenda e posizionata in un luogo bellissimo, l'accesso alla spiaggia e la vasca idromassaggio la rendono un luogo di pace. Straordinario il panorama dalla camera patronale. Viviana si è dimostrata disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta e piena di ottimi suggerimenti per i dintorni. É stata una vacanza di vero relax

Gorgeous villa, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Looked exactly as it did in the photos. The location was also perfect, far enough away from the main area that it feels secluded and peaceful but 20 mins walk away from the main beach with shops, bars, restaurants etc. the main square and the marina were beautiful spots. Would highly recommend the location. The main positive feature though, has to be the service and support from staff. Particular shout out to Giuseppe, who was always on hand and available to help with anything throughout our entire stay. One evening our water stopped working and he arrived within minutes and fixed it. Very friendly, professional and helpful man. Cannot recommend this villa enough and we would love to come back.

WOW! In my decades using this app, I've never encountered such a helpful, accommodating, and genuinely kind host as Laura. She helped me arrange transportation after my early Malta ferry, greeted me personally, and was incredibly flexible with check-in/out. Her place was unique—full of snacks, fruit, coffee, and thoughtful personal touches. The spa shower was lovely after playing tourist all day and the location was remarkable. Located on a quiet, winding, charming street but 5 minutes away from everything, including the main piazza in Ragusa Ibla. Laura checked on me throughout my week in Ragusa, provided handwritten restaurant recommendations with a custom map, and even prepared espresso when I arrived exhausted. She embodies the original spirit of Airbnb back in the early days - you are not just a number to her, she really makes you feel special and adds a personal touch you don't see on this platform anymore. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren super für unsere Gruppe mit 4 kleinen Kindern. In der Nähe ist ein schöner Strand. Ansonsten gibt es wenig. Für uns war es so super.

We stayed in place with pregnant wife and 2 young children. Host was very responsive and friendly. Location is also perfect. Beautiful place to stay.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Benedetta, malgré une arrivée très tardive dû à un retard d’avion. La communication a été très fluide, et Benedetta a tout mis en œuvre pour que nous passions un séjour agréable. Je recommande de prendre la demi-pension avec la Cheffe Rita : cuisine typiquement Sicilienne, familiale, c’est un vrai + pour le grand groupe que nous étions (18 personnes). Les extérieurs et toutes les installations qui l’accompagnent sont fabuleux ! Piscine, grande véranda avec musique, baby-foot, billards, ping-pongs…. Les intérieurs se divisent en 3 logements distincts : 1 appartement en rez de villa, et deux chalets. Ils sont un peu plus rustiques, et les chambres de l’appartement sont sans fenêtre. Mais nous avons fait avec, et finalement l’ensemble du séjour était très agréable. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de Benedetta et sa famille , merci à vous.

Une maison charmante dans un environnement paisible, un peu isolé, et une vue magnifique! On aurait eu envie d'y rester plus longtemps. Daniele et Tina ont été réactifs et aidants, avant notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour. Un endroit superbe!

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this lovely villa as a group of 15, and it was absolutely wonderful! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.The ambiance truly enhanced our stay especially as we could see the Mediterranean Sea 🌊 Getting to the villa without a car was a bit of an adventure but entirely manageable with a little planning. For those flying into Catania Airport, you’ll need to take a bus from just outside the airport to the train station (€4), then catch an AST bus (opposite the train station) to Scicli (€9). This part of the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once in Scicli, it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride to the villa. To buy your AST bus ticket, simply walk across from where the buses are parked, and you’ll find the AST office. While the journey is a bit longer if you don’t have a car, it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. The villa and the surrounding area are stunnin

Elisa and Carmela were absolutely wonderful hosts! Communication was easy and friendly. The house was charming, clean, and relaxing. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for cooking small meals. Better than the pictures! We spent our mornings outdoors drinking coffee and listening to the birds amongst the olive trees. We especially enjoyed the ricotta treats brought to us! Marzamemi is an easy 7 minute drive away and is a must see. Portopalo is beautiful! Where the Ionian and Mediterranean Seas collide. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wir haben uns in Conchettas Haus sehr wohl gefühlt: die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet, jedes Schlafzimmer und Bad ist individuell gestaltet, in der Küche hat es uns auch bei viel Kochen an nichts gefehlt, die Terrasse ist schön möbliert: es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist toll, nah zu den Barockstädten und nach Pozzallo zum Einkaufen. Der Pool, für dessen Aufheizen es sich im April auf jeden Fall gelohnt hat zu bezahlen, ist ein Traum. Aus dem Garten blickt man auf Palmen und viel Grün, aus der ersten Etage genießt man den Blick auf das Meer. Die Kommunikation mit Conchetta war immer sehr schnell unf problemlos, sie hat uns auch viele Tipps für die Umgebung mitgegeben. Das WLAN könnte etwas besser funktionieren. Ansonsten: alles top, sehr zu empfehlen!!

What a lovely house this is! With a beautiful garden all around and seating areas everywhere for sun or shade. The swimming pool and jacucci are perfect for cooling off or enjoying the evening. And you can walk straight to the beach or to the nearby pleasant town of Marzamemi. We immediately felt at home after we were welcomed by Rosanna. Fortunately, it was not a problem that we arrived very late. We had contact a few times during the week and minor problems were resolved immediately. All this ensured that we had a fantastic week in Sicily! ps : because we visited some nearby towns by car ( e.g. Noto, Syracusa, Modica, Marina Di Ragusa, Brucoli, Pozzallo) I had the opportunity to see a few other vacation rentals I found on Airbnb in advance. So happy I chose the perfect place!

We spent a great week in Angelo’s villa with 3 other couples and 3 kids (one 5 years old and 2 babies). It was the last week of October but the weather was amazing and we could enjoy the pool everyday (the water was of course a bit chilly but still ok) as well as the heated jacuzzi. The villa is an amazing renovation and offers a big living room with enough space for everyone. Angelo is a very nice host: always very responsive and helpful. He was also very flexible with the arrival and departure time. The location is also perfect to enjoy Scicli, the beach and the surroundings (Noto, Raguse,..). Apparently we were the last guests of the season and some renovations will be done. For instance the bathrooms and some doors need to be maintained. The poor sound insulation between the floors and the creaking stairs were a bit annoying, but nevertheless we had a great time and we totally recommend this place.

We visited Pomelia with our family (5persons) in January, but even without strong sunshine we really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, the kitchen equipment basic, views are awesome- sunrise and sunset visible from the terrace. The host responded to our every question and need- it is super comforting.
