Santa Maria di Castellabate : locations d'appartements de vacances

Abbiamo alloggiato presso la struttura della “Nautica San Marco” a luglio 2019. Siamo rimasti entusiasti dell'ambiente, nuovissimo, pulito ed accogliente. Una struttura pratica da vivere e comoda da raggiungere, vicinissima al porto di San Marco. Il nostro appartamento, aveva anche una cucina fornita di tutto (perfino la lavastoviglie), nonché un posto auto ad uso esclusivo. Consiglio questa casa vacanze a tutti i viaggiatori, anche per quelli che soggiornano per lunghi periodi e che hanno anche bambini al seguito. L’ host che ci ha seguito, Pierluigi, è una persona squisita, sempre pronta ad aiutare i suoi ospiti. A noi, tra le altre cose, ha dato indicazioni utilissime sul luogo dove ci trovavamo, nonché accordarci un orario di check-in e check-out “flessibile”. Una persona da prendere come esempio per una vera ospitalità ed accoglienza.

Der Aufenthalt in Marinas Wohnung war traumhaft! Im Oktober das absolute Paradies der Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Aussicht von Wohnung und schattiger Terrasse ist unbeschreiblich, nur ein paar Treppenstufen und man ist zudem am tollen Steinstrand. Zu Fuss gelangt man auch ins Nachbardorf, dort gibt es Bars und ein Restaurant, die in der Nebensaison geöffnet haben. Wir hoffen, sehr, wiederzukommen!

Tutto perfetto, vista incantevole, accesso alla spiaggia (scogli) vicina anche se molto in discesa. Ho trovato molto comoda la possibilità comunque di poter lasciare le attrezzature nella casetta di legno a ridosso del mare. Non mi è piaciuta molto la lavatrice in comune, poiché posizionata in un posto scomodo e non sempre era disponibile poiché era in condivisione. Nonostante tutto ci ritornerei!

Uneingeschränkte 5 Sterne für dieses Studio. Eine tolle Frühstücksterrasse und mehrere möblierte Relaxzonen im Garten, wo wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang beobachten konnten zeichnen diese Unterkunft aus. Toller Strand mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, Supermärkte in der Nähe. Auto zwingend erforderlich

Soggiorno fantastico!! Grazie, grazie e grazie!!! La colazione con quella vista, non ha prezzo. Panorama mozzafiato. L'interno della casa molto molto accogliente bella stufa che manteneva l'ambiente caldo la sera. Ben arredato, riposante, vicino al mare ed a Castellabate... da ripetere presto !!!!

Wonderful place! We booked at late notice after arriving in Agropoli (due to having to cancel our other Airbnb because it was horrible), and our booking a check in was sorted our within 90 minutes. Excellent! Manager Giuseppe checked us in. Parking is in the courtyard behind a remote controlled gate. The apartments are perfect. Spacious. Very very clean. Grest amenities including washing machine and air conditioning. All new and fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. And, my wofe left something behind and Giuseppe us helping us out to get it returned. Now that is service! Don’t hesitate to book, you will not find a better Apartment in Agropoli. As per the photos, if not better!

Contentissimi di aver scelto il monolocale di Attilio. È luminoso, pulito. Ha un bel terrazzo con vista mare dove potevamo cenare e fare colazione. È consigliabile avere l'auto per spostarsi. Noi andavamo a piedi in paese percorrendo un sentiero che parte vicino a casa.

Das hier ist die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Urlaub am Meer. Zu Fuß sind sie in 5 min am Strand :-). Die Ferienwohnung ist tiptop eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht, die Küche ist gut zu nutzen, das Bad hat alles was du brauchst und auf der Terrasse kannst du dich setzen um dein Buch zu lesen oder des nachts Richtung Berge oder Meer zu schauen. Falls es dir zu heiß wird ist die Wohnung mit Klimaanlage ausgerüstet. Die Dachschrägen haben wir als angenehm und keinesfalls störend empfunden. Emmanuele ist ein angenehmer Gastgeber und immer erreichbar :-) Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir wieder.

Nell' appartamento di Tommaso non manca proprio nulla! Stoviglie, attrezzature per la cucina di ogni genere, kit breakfast di benvenuto e tanto altro. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo addirittura trovato un delizioso ciambellone al limone fatto in casa graditissima da tutti noi. La doccia esterna è un plus fondamentale soprattutto in giornate estive caldissime. La casa si trova in un luogo tranquillo lontano dalla confusione delle spiagge, dei negozi e ristoranti, ma al contempo vicina ai lidi di Palinuro e M. di Camerota raggiungibili con pochi chilometri di auto. Nota di merito al patio della casa, ampio decorato con fiori, con sdraio e tavolo con sedie che lo rendono fruibile in ogni momento della giornata. Ritorneremo certamente.

Laura's place was absolutely beautiful. we sent Laura a message to say that we had arrived and she opened the electronic gate straight away. we were shown to our room that had a large terrace outside, a kitchen/dining room with a double bed, buy could be closed off with a curtain. the upstairs had two single beds, and this was perfect for our seven year old. the swimming pool is huge, very clean and warm. Our son said 'it is the best pool he has ever been in'. The grounds are kept immaculate and the views are stunning. The only little things that would have made it perfect, is if they had a communal room with coffee machine that guests could use, and air conditioning in the rooms. Saying that, we would definitely book to stay here again. All of the positives outweigh ant small niggles.

Fantastyczne miejsce! Przepiękne widoki, spokojna okolica, morze widoczne z apartamenty z trzech stron. Wspaniały gospodarz, cytryny prosto z drzewa, lokalne produkty. Apartament czysty, komfortowy, w pełni wyposażony. Bez problemu pracowaliśmy z mężem zdalnie z tego miejsca. Piękne Castellabate w zasięgu spaceru z restauracjami i pięknymi wąskimi uliczkami. Z największą przyjemnością jeszcze tu wrócimy bo region bardzo nas zachwycił. Polecamy!

Giuliana e suo marito si sono comportati in maniera molto amichevole con noi, e ci hanno permesso anche di usufruire delle erbe aromatiche e dei limoni del loro orto. Abbiamo avuto modo anche di assaggiare alcuni prodotti fatti dalla Giuliana, tipo salsa di pomodoro e marmellate, e riconosciamo che sono molto buoni. Persone molto discrete e disponibili. Ottimo soggiorno per chi vuole uscire completamente dal tran tran, dai rumori e dallo stress della vita quotidiana. L'appartamento è stato sistemato molto bene, anche se distribuito su due piani. Bellissima la terrazza al piano superiore, con un occhio sull'intera vallata.

La struttura si compone di tre appartamenti. Quelli messi a disposizione per i clienti sono al piano terra e al secondo piano attico. L'appartamento al primo piano è occupato dal proprietario. Quello al piano terra era ampio, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. La cucina abitabile ampia e super accessoriata è dotata anche di lavastoviglie, pur non essendo indicata tra i servizi. Il bagno è molto ampio e la doccia grande e comodissima. La piscina è una chicca eccezionale, ampia, pulita e illuminata anche di notte; gode di una spettacolare vista sul mare di Casal Velino e sulle campagne ricche di ulivi che circondano la proprietà. La struttura è in posizione isolata, ma comunque vicina al piccolo centro abitato di Acqua Vella, dove è possibile trovare un bar per la colazione mattutina e un piccolo negozio di alimentari. Carmine, il proprietario, persona di rara ospitalità, è sempre stato reattivo alle nostre richieste. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato in frigo acqua e bibite come kit di cortesia

We had a fantastic stay in Sacco's place. The apartment is adjacent to Sacco's mother's house and she is an extremely friendly, hospitable and lovely lady. We wish we knew more Italian... There is a lovely beach in walkable distance (although you must be prepared to go down and up a fair bit from the carpark), you can hire kayaks and other water equipment and go to a nice beach cafe there. There are also other beaches nearby that you can drive to. A few great restaurants in Pallinuro - one of the best just next door. Highly recommend.

Cadre très fleuri, accueil chaleureux et super soirée d’apprentissage des secrets de la pizza. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Seul petit bémol, le lieu est un peu éloigné des centres touristiques mais cela passe bien en étant motorisé.

L’appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante e scoprire i magnifici paesaggi di questa parte del Cilento. Si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, dai negozi e dai ristoranti di Palinuro. La doccia esterna è molto comoda, e la terrazza è ideale per ammirare il tramonto sul mare! La proprietaria è cordiale e disponibile, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Grazie, torneremo!

The view! From every window! Beautiful! Very comfortable two bedroom where both rooms have sea views. Incredible terrace with two loungers and a table that seats four. Very comfortable stay for my college-aged daughter and me. As others mentioned there are stairs up to the apartment- visually they are daunting but not physically challenging for healthy adults (who don’t have a fear of heights or stairs.) The apartment is well-equipped and the decor suits the seaside vibe perfectly. Alfonso was a fantastic host who picked us up from the train station and oriented us to the area and apartment! Try the walk over to Baia di Trentova- gorgeous sea and a very doable walk. I highly recommend this apartment and hope to return on my next visit to the area!

This charming, spacious, clean and well equipped apartment has the most stunning views over the harbour. The sunsets were spectacular. It’s definitely worth the climb up from the town on wide pedestrianised steps with benches and views as you go. Alfonso was very quick to respond, kind and most helpful with great suggestions for local restaurants. Good supermarket close by and small bars/restaurants a few steps away. Just 5 minutes by train or 10 by bus to Paestum’s spectacular ruins. We would definitely return.

Unglaublich schöne Unterkunft. Insbesondere der Außenbereich ist traumhaft schön mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und vielen unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Apartment sehr neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Angelo und Celeste sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder :)

Best place for a workation! Perfect fast Internet connection and a nice place for two people to work all day and enjoy dinner in one of the lovely surrounding villages either by the sea or in the mountains. The bed was super comfy. Communication with Pamela was easy and quick.

Thank you Stephano . We really enjoyed our stay with you. the unit was perfect for us . lots of space. very clean and well equipped. Beautiful views and ocean a close walk. we appreciated that Stepano was there if we needed anything. Really wonderful place with very secure parking and a gorgeous gated garden .

Bellissimo soggiorno di una notte nella suite con idromassaggio, con vista sul mare, camera pulita e ordinata, l'appartamento è vicinissimo al centro, abbiamo lasciato l'auto nel parcheggio privato con cancello, e abbiamo raggiunto il centro a piedi comodamente, ci piacerebbe soggiornare anche nel periodo estivo!
