Santa Maria : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

The balcony overlooking the sea and views to Naxos is stunning. The location is amazing, saunter down to the excellent beaches and restaurants. There is also a secluded swimming beach by the Church which is gorgeous. The kitchen is a bit dark and dingy and not a great place if the weather doesn't allow you to live outside on the balcony. Only kitchen chairs to sit on rather than chairs to relax in (there is space for these). The crockery and cutlery needed re-washing which was disappointing, but a minor issue. The storage space in the bedroom is completely inadequate, we had to use the kitchen table as otherwise would have had to live out of our suitcase. There's enough space to install more cupboard or hanging space but just not provided. Μιχαήλ’s was really nice and very responsive..however his time-keeping is fairly loose! We had an issue with the toilet flush which he quickly fixed

Wir haben zwei zauberhafte Wochen auf Naxos verbracht! Das Appartment war einfach perfekt: es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Die Lage ist ideal im Zentrum von Naxos! Zur Altstadt sind es maximal 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Der schöne Strand St. Georg befindet sich direkt um die Ecke und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von 2-3 Minuten entfernt. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Wohnung findet man alles was das Herz begehrt: Supermärkte, authentische Tavernen und Restaurants, Auto- und Fahrradverleih, sowie kleine Boutiquen oder auch Bäcker und Geschäfte mit Spezialitäten aus der Region. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Maria und Nikitas waren einfach großartig! Sie waren stets erreichbar und haben auf Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Sie hatten viele hilfreiche Empfehlungen und tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und haben dazu beigetragen, dass unsere Zeit auf Naxos wirklich unvergesslich bleiben wird! Nochmal ganz herzlichen Dank!

Super séjour dans ce petit studio tout à fait fonctionnel dont l'emplacement est très proche à pied du centre ville. Dimitri est un excellent hôte qui a nous a donné de supers recommandations! il s'est montré également très serviable en acceptant de nous envoyer des vêtements oubliés ! Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Kostas was a wonderful host with a gorgeous space right on the water of Agia Anna. My husband and I greatly enjoyed the last leg of our honeymoon at Kostas’s place. He is a very communicative host, and was very forthcoming with local recommendations, such as restaurants and beaches/towns to visit (Apeiranthos is a must!). The space had sweet, personal touches and the most incredible view. We would recommend Kostas and his place to everyone!

Beautiful rooms and setting. Their place outshined the immediate surroundings except for the marina and water views. Wonderful sunsets!

Our family enjoyed an exceptional stay at this location. The hosts were incredibly responsive with anything and everything that we needed. The location was also peaceful, and easily walkable to the beaches and restaurants in the area. Highly recommend for a quiet Naxos holiday!

Sina’s Airbnb was fantastic! It’s just a short drive from the port, and Sina was very proactive in messaging us to make sure we were prepared for check in. He gave ample instructions and was ready to meet us as soon as we arrived. The location of the apartment is spectacular as there are delicious restaurants just a short walk next door, a beach club at the end of the street, beautiful views all around, and a short drive to the nightlife and more touristy spots in Naoussa. I highly recommend this location.

Die Kommunikation mit Kyriakos war super. Er ist eine sehr herzliche Person und hat uns geniale Tipps über die Umgebung, Sehenswürdigkeiten und tolle Restaurants gegeben und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Unterkunft hat viel Charme, tolle Betten, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit ausreichend Kaffeekapseln für die ganze Woche. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist fabelhaft und der ruhige, sehr schöne Strand ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Wenn man etwas mehr Trubel möchte, ist das Örtchen östlich in 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Alles in allem hatten wir einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei Kyriakos. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Für unsere Familie mit zwei Teenagern (17 und 15 Jahre) war die Wohnung für einen längeren Aufenthalt als eine Woche zu klein.

Appartamento molto grande, luminoso, arredato in maniera semplice ma dotato di tutti i comfort. La terrazza era molto grande, con vista mare, e riparata dal vento. Quindi anche nelle giornate più ventose abbiamo potuto fare un aperitivo con vista su un bellissimo tramonto. Tutti i giorni un bellissimo gatto veniva a farci visita. La proprietaria è sempre stata gentile e reattiva per tutto, ci ha lasciato una buonissima bottiglia di vino e delle cose per l’aperitivo al nostro arrivo. Speriamo di poter tornare anche l’anno prossimo perché Paros è un isola bellissima!

Easily walkable to and from the port, to the beach, and to dozens of nearby restaurants. The patio was a nice place to relax in the evening and had stunning views of the sunset. Lots of space and well stocked kitchen. Perfect for our stay.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich richtig schön und erholend. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben und hatte alles was man braucht. Für zwei Leute und mehrere Tage vielleicht etwas klein. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber perfekt. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend schön genauso wie die Terrasse selbst. Groß und man hat sie für sich alleine. Die Kommunikation war super, schnell und freundlich. Ich wurde persönlich an der Wohnung empfangen und es wurde alles vorbereitet, sogar Obst lag in der Küche. Die Gastgeber sind immer gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war alles super sauber. Die Lage ist spitze, zu Fuß ist alles in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und dennoch ist es ruhig. Der Aufstieg zur Wohnung ist vielleicht etwas abenteuerlich, da die Treppe wirklich sehr steil und eng ist, aber man gewohnt sich dran. Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit dort und würde wieder kommen.

Emplacement idéal à quelques mètres de la plage dans un endroit paisible. Une maison de famille très accueillante avec un joli jardin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (très gentils chats dans le quartier!)

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Laura - the host was incredibly helpful, helping us organize our transfers to the port, local recommendations, and mad check in and check out really smooth! The villa was also within easy walking distance to lovely beach clubs and a water taxi. Would definitely stay again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très bon hébergement, situation super calme et proche de tout, et de la très belle plage accessible directement à pied. Un seul tout petit bémol, le manque de vaisselle pour quatre personnes., 4 couteaux, 4 couverts, pas de bols, ect… Sinon tout était parfait et très beau. Nous avons également bien apprécié le jardin et les terrasses. Nous remercions Apostolos et Alexandra. Nous recommanderons. Bien cordialement.

Esperienza formidabile, Babis è la sua famiglia sono persone di una grandissima gentilezza. L’ alloggio è vicinissimo al centro, ed in una posizione strategica. Pulito e moderno. Sono estremamente contento di avere scelto questa location. Grazie ancora Babis! La mousaka di tua mamma era spettacolare!!!!

We had such a wonderful time in Paros - so appreciative of our host. Would highly recommend anyone coming to the area staying in this beautiful home. You’re walkable to the town with easy access to beaches, great food, and all the roads taking you to the unique and stunning towns of Paros. Also not to mention we were greeted with a delicious cake and a bottle of wine. 10 stars!!

We had an amazing stay at the Beach Suite Kastraki! The house is charming, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bikes for exploring the beautiful surroundings. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the patio, watching breathtaking sunsets from the roof terrace, and unwinding in the jacuzzi pool after a day at the beach. The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away and great restaurants nearby. Angelika was incredibly attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth, enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely stay there again!

excellent location in the heart of Naxos town. great restaurants nearby, unfortunately due to being late October, many shops and museums had closed for the season. however still plenty to do and it was nice to not be too crowded. Angeliki was a wonderful co host, met us on checkin and gave lots of advice.

A beautiful apartment right on the beach, a 10 minute walk from town but super quiet and chilled. Check in and communication was friendly and easy. Highly recommend : )

We loved our stay at the rooftop appartment. The terrace is just awesome, it's very spacious and you can see the ocean from two different points. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very big and the kitchen works just fine. The host was very friendly and even helped us with renting a car. When we arrived a bit early his father welcomed us already. Would go again!

Maria’s place was wonderful! It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, rooms were clean, and the host was accommodating and extremely hospitable. The location is great, walkable from the port and right around the corner from a bakery and supermarket. We had such a great stay here, thank you Maria!

My stay at Glyfada Sea View penthouse was fantastic! The space was sparkling clean and well-organized, making it feel welcoming and cozy right from the start. Everything was as described and the view from the house was everything i needed and close to the beach as well. Plus, Kostas was incredibly cool and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed and even giving me great local tips! I couldn’t have asked for a better host or stay. He took care of everything i could possibly need. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay!

Beautiful accomodation! Prime spot - walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Also very easy to walk to the port near by. The place was very tidy and well equipped! Maria was very kind and responded quickly. Will definitely recommend staying here to our family and friends!

Je prends enfin le temps de laisser un commentaire à Stella qui est l’une des meilleures hôte que j’ai pu rencontrer à travers tous mes voyages. Le service proposé est exceptionnel et je pèse mes mots!! Stella a répondu à toutes nos attentes avec sympathie et réactivité. Appartement fonctionnel doté d’une vue exceptionnelle et d’une terrasse agréable pour y prendre les repas. Nous avions loué un scooter ce qui nous a permis de faire toutes les plages de ce côté de l’île mais plusieurs plages et petites criques sont accessibles à pied. Bref les petits chats me manque déjà et nous espérons pouvoir revenir un jour!! Merci encore Stella
