Great experience, I totally enjoyed this place. I enjoyed it so much that I spent the majority of my time on the boat. Daniela did a great job. I'm definitely coming back to this location.

Maria José est très réactive. Le logement est à quelques pas de la mer et des restaurants. Nous avons pu laisser la voiture dans un parking gratuit ( près des pompiers). La vue est juste incroyable. Merci encore

Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben 3 Wochen Workation in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Es war wunderbar! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet, sehr nah am Bahnhof und sehr nah am Strand. Vom Bahnhof und den Zügen hört man nichts, auch nicht bei geöffnetem Fenster, weil nachts die Züge nicht fahren. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön! Alle sind super freundlich. Im der Nähe sind Restaurants und Cafés und nach Cascais und Lissabon ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles ist vorhanden was man braucht. Moritz und Francisca waren immer gut erreichbar und haben geholfen wenn wir Fragen hatten.

Such a beautiful beach hut and had an amazing view of the ocean, which was just steps away. There was also a beach club open right next to it that had delicious food and drinks. The main town area was around 30 minutes away, so it's in more of a beach area. My only critique would be that there were some spiders in the basement sleeping area and that the hut was smaller than it seemed, but it was such a cute place! We loved our stay.

séjour très agréable : Nuno est un hôte fantastique a qui je souhaite plein de bonnes choses l appartement convient parfaitement pour un séjour touristique pour 3 adultes , son emplacement est génial avec des plages différentes a proximité et les prix sont très bas dans les alentours. Calée derrière une petite dune de sable, la cabane de Celso et Jean est un petit paradis de Caparica. Le bruit des vagues qui vous berce la nuit, la mer à portée de pieds et la maison pleine de charme (super bien décorée) et de confort... Recommandation totale !

It is an ocean beach area close to Lisbon ( 30 minutes drive ), with many restaurants. You can have a lunch on the balcony and enjoy an ocean view

We stayed in Costa da Caparica for over a month, from December to January, and loved every moment. The weather was mostly sunny, and the views from the apartment were incredible - mountains on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the surfers catching waves at sunset, all from the window with a glass of wine in hand, was unforgettable. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home, and Gonçalo was a fantastic host. He gave us great tips on visiting places and was always there to help when we needed anything. The only thing to keep in mind is that on Friday and Sunday nights, we heard music from a nearby club. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs might be a good idea. We had a great time here and would love to come back someday.

Katerina was very proactive, responsive, and a caring host. Any issues or questions I had were quickly addressed. Her English is excellent, so there were no issues with language barriers. I stayed for 30 days, so the weekly cleaning was nice in that the apartment stayed in good condition without much effort on my part. It’s a very pretty apartment with a lot of character: art, books, etc. It did make me worry that I would accidentally mix up my stuff with the apartment’s and consequently forget it at checkout. I alleviated this worry by limiting where I put my possessions to only a couple locations. New tenants: Be sure to get the unit’s Lote number (groupings of the apartments, displayed on the apartment complex external doors) before you arrive, or maybe ask for the location/pin of the best external door to access the apartment. For the address provided, most apps will take you a bit further into the apartment complex, which can be a bit of a hike if you have luggage.

Great flat and great location! You can walk to several beaches, public transport, grocery shopping, lots of little cafes and all sorts of restaurants around, from very cheap to very high end. We went in February so didn't go into the pool but it was great to sunbathe and enjoy the garden with the baby since we could go out for just half an hour and didn't have to walk anywhere. The flat is a family home so it was perfect for our family of 3 with a 10 month old baby, specially because the hosts provide a high chair, a travel cot and a baby bath, all very comfortable. August and Teresa were also lovely, very communicative and friendly.

Une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan et le coucher du soleil tous les soirs. De très bons moments en famille dans l'endroit incontournable de la maison : la piscine, un vrai plaisir au réveil, à midi pour l'apéro, et le soir au retour de la plage !! Really loved this condo and the location. You can walk to many attractions and restaurants nearby, as well as jump on the local transit options to head into the center of Lisboa or jump on the train easily get to Cascais. We loved how peaceful the area was as well, and the parks gave our son a place to practice soccer or run around. Thank you for a great visit!

Great spacious flat. Nice secure spot in highly residential neighbourhood. Living room is really large. Easy access with codes so no keys required which is ace. Cool little garden space for the little one to run around. High spec. Even had a Jacuzzi.

Jorge is an outstanding host. Although we arrived late in the evening and had to self check-in, we encountered some difficulty locating the right apartment. However, after a quick phone call, Jorge guided us directly to it with ease. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. While we had read in other reviews that some of the interior feels a bit dated, it wasn’t an issue for us. The highlight is its prime location—just a short walk from a stunning beach and train station. Conveniently located in between Cascais and Lisbon which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.

5min walk to the beach. Nice restaurants along the beach. Host was very accommodating and understanding. Clean and cozy.

We had the most wonderful stay for our 40 anniversary in this outstanding apartment. Everything was perfect. Carlos offered advice on where to eat and where to go. We have loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back.

With incredible beach/ocean views and a short walk to the beach, this was the ideal apartment we were looking for during our stay in Portugal over the Christmas/New Year Holidays. Although too cold to swim, ( we enjoyed watching the surfers!) we enjoyed sunny walks on the beach and the delightful restaurants that are available. Its location is less than a 30 minute ride to Lisboa and we throughly enjoyed all the festivities in town. We were in Portugal to conduct some scouting for possible locations to rent or buy and were able to visit many beautiful areas nearby! The apartment is beautiful, expertly cleaned and very comfortable. Monica is a superior host who handles any situation quickly and professionally. We highly recommend a stay here and will be looking into some of her other properties to rent in the future.

I think it was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. As a family of 6, we felt at home and fit in perfectly. All the essentials were in the apartment. The apartment is very conveniently located by the ocean, right next to places with great food. The host's sincerity and assistance is top notch. Highly recommended.

It was a fantastic stay! Nothing beats being just across the from the beach. We spent a good deal of time at the ocean and absolutely adored getting to know the area. The space was great, stocked up on some essential goods for cooking, had a nice lounging area, clean bedroom and beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. It’s also located nearest some restaurants and a super market for some groceries if you’re looking to cook your own meals or want snacks. Filipa and Hugo were kind and helpful before, during, and after check-out. Would recommend!

Perfect stay, 2 minutes from the beach. I’ll be back if I need a place in Oeiras again. Parking was a massive bonus, despite driving a large SUV. Big thanks to José (my host) who was always there if I needed him.

A beautiful beach house. Exactly as described, although bigger and better equipped in reality than it looks online. The perfect location to tune out and relax for a a week of downtime.
