A really nice place that had everything we needed. There's lots of space in the house with two bedrooms upstairs and a cosy living room and kitchen downstairs. Guiseppina Rosa was a really generous and welcoming host and made us feel very much at home here. Urzulei is a great town in a really dramatic location high in the mountains and its full of really friendly people, great views and lots of fine murals. Would definitely recommend

Wonderful rural place. Lots of outdoors space for kids. Not the most modern, but that’s what we wanted. Kitchen great and stocked with appliances.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Sabrina hat sehr schnell geantwortet, hat uns geholfen und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und hat alles was man braucht. Sie ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr privat, auch wenn über einem noch andere wohnen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Berge ist sehr idyllisch. Der Strand ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Leider mussten wir vorzeitig abreisen aber das hat auch keine Probleme dargestellt. Sabrina ist eine Top Gastgeberin und wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Excellent séjour, gîte très bien placé au cœur des plus beaux sites de la Région, grand et bien équipé, et chaleureux même hors saison. Rita a été très accueillante et nous a donné de bons conseils d’activités locales. Nous recommandons vivement !

Wir haben uns bei Marco sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war unkompliziert. Vor allem die schön beleuchtete Sitzecke im Garten lädt zum Ausspannen und einfach zum Sein ein. Die Lage ist ruhig am Ende der Straße, weit oben mit guter Aussicht und trotzdem sind Bäcker und Pizzeria in Laufweite. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Haus von Daniela ist toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Meer ist nur 5 min zu Fuß weg, Restaurants, Eisdielen, Supermärkte…alles fußläufig erreichbar. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Terrasse lädt für schöne (Grill-) Abende ein. Daniela ist ein toller Host. Sie gab uns viele Angebote für Unternehmungen und wir konnten sie jederzeit alles fragen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

What a beautiful place! We loved the entire home and its vintage feel. Fabiano is very responsive helpful and welcoming. We absolutely loved our time in the house and hopefully we will be back soon. The house is very close to the ocean. Thanks so much for having us ❤️

From the friendly checkin and communication with Graziella to the beautiful surroundings and the fantastic house: we loved it all. We would argue that the house is actually nicer than what you can see on the pictures. There is plenty of space, it’s nicely decorated and facilitated for all practicalities. There is even swimming gear and beach stuff like towels and parasols. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay.

Потрясающие апартаменты для долгого проживания, есть место для работы с видом на море, оформлено в морском стиле, кондиционеры, все для проживания, полноценная кухня, прекрасный сад и множество растений, есть даже базилик и шалфей, самостоятельное прибытие, великолепный хозяин Маттео - очень поддерживающий и готовый помочь. Жилье оформлено в морском стиле, каждый апартамент разный, домик двух этажный. Вокруг тишина и до пляжа идти около 10мин

Wir waren (3 Freunde) zum Klettern und Wandern in Baunei und haben uns in Elias Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders die sehr große Terrasse mit dem Wahnsinns Blick hat uns allzeit begeistert. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und Bars und Restaurants. Alles in paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Es war wirklich alles perfekt, die Familie war so herzlich und freundlich man fühlte sich extrem wohl. Man hat seine Privatsphäre in einer sehr gepflegten und schönen Wohnung. Es wird von der Familie gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.lieben Dank noch mals Agnes

Logement tout simplement parfait, facilement un des meilleurs que j'ai loués sur Airbnb. Situé dans un coin tranquille de Tortoli, il est déal pour visiter les plages et la région, puis rentrer dans un appartement chaleureux et agréable, où on se sent comme à la maison. Le jardin paisible à l'arrière du logement est un bonheur. De plus, Alberto a été un hôte extrêmement disponible et très sympathique qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour dès plus agréable. Merci!!!

L’appartamento di Elena si affaccia con una terrazza bellissima da cui a può ammirare il mare e il sorgere del sole. Cala Gonone e’ raggiungibile a piedi in 15minuti. Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni piacevoli e in tranquillità. Anche se occorre chiudere la finestra della camera per non sentire i rumori della strada adiacente.Elena si è mostrata un Host molto reattivo, e gentile facendoci trovare 2 bottiglie di vino come benvenuto e un appartamento pulito e ordinato. Un suggerimento, doterei l’appartamento di piccolo forno anche elettrico andrebbe bene e di un barbecue che andrebbero a completare le dotazioni già oltre la media. Unico elemento che abbiamo trovato scomodo e’ stato il letto di dimensioni queen ma capisco che la stanza non ne permetterebbe uno di dimensioni king. Alla fine della fiera consiglio questo appartamento e il suo Host e se dovessi dare il voto da 1 a 10 darei 9.

Private parking place in such a place is always big plus. Very nice view and even better one from common terrace. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is fairly equipped. Internet speed is fine. Some disadvantages: TV signal poor, A/C noisy, only Italiano :)

Un grand merci à Antonio et à sa femme Elena ! Tout deux sont des amours, ils sont venu nous récupérer à l'arrêt de bus et nous ont raccompagnés au retour pour nous éviter de nous trimballer avec les valises. Le airbnb est adorable. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin (serviettes, shampoing, gel douche, brosse à dent, serviettes hygiéniques oui oui...), nous avons même reçu des petits cadeaux à notre arrivées ! Bref j'ai l'impression d'avoir atterrit dans un hotel 4 étoiles ! Le jardin est super et vraiment mignon, agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou y manger le soir, vous y ferez sûrement la connaissance de l'adorable Anita, une petite chatte trop mignonne qui traine dans le coin. Le airbnb est à environ 10 minutes de la plage et 15 minutes grand max du centre de Cala Gonone. Bref rien à dire, si vous voulez un airbnb propre, avec un hote accessible en cas de souci, et super agréable, n'hésitez pas !

Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön und komplett abgelegen. Konnten nach Nachfrage bei Andrea, der sofort antwortete, schon früher einchecken als eigentlich vorhergesehen. Das Grundstück ist ziemlich groß und es gibt Orangen-, Limettenbäume und Dattelpalmen. Der Pool wäre eigentlich zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts (Ende November) nicht mehr beheizt gewesen. Auf Rückfrage und aufgrund der noch relativ milden Temperaturen, wurde er für uns aber trozdem aufgeheizt, was wirklich sehr nett war. Alles in allen wirklich ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Wunderbare Villa mit geräumigen Outdoor Bereich. Der beheitzte Pool, die Tischtennis Platte und der Kicker sind ein Highlight für Kinder. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist grandios und man hat seine Ruhe, da die Ville etwas abgelegen ist.

A lovely and perfect clean house, the garden is perfect in shape. You can feel the love the owners put into the place. There is a very good beach 800m down the road. 1,5km down the road you find osalla beach that is better for very small kids that can‘t swim. A pier is protecting from the waves here. In Orosei you can find everything you need. Very helpful and friendly hosts

Wir waren zu acht in der Unterkunft - vier Erwachsene und vier Kleinkinder. wir fanden eine schöne und einfache Unterkunft. Ivo hat schnell und präzise auf Fragen reagiert und war zeitlich sehr flexibel - wir haben uns beim Check-in und Check-out etwas verspätet, was kein Problem war. Lieben Dank!

A stunning few days in the mountains with friends. We had five couples across the five bedrooms which all had their own bathroom. The villa itself is beautiful, and the view from the pool of the mountains is gorgeous. The whole place is spacious, clean and thoughtfully decorated. The delicious wines on the wall were an added bonus! We also went to an amazing local restaurant which was only a 4 minute drive away. Easy 25 minute drive to Cala Ganone for hiring a boat and seeing the crystal clear water. The lovely groundskeeper gave us fresh eggs from the chickens when he took out the bins and cleaned the pool each morning. Would definitely stay again :) The perfect secluded spot for a getaway with friends!!

Antonios Haus ist sehr gepflegt, mit großzügigen, schön eingerichteten Räumen, zwei großen Terrassen und einem wunderbaren Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und das Oddoene-Tal. Gleichzeitig ist es nur einen Katzensprung von Dorgali entfernt, so dass Supermärkte, Bars, Geschäfte und das Stadtzentrum in nächster Nähe liegen. Vom Stadtverkehr hört man aber überhaupt nichts. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Noch toller als das Haus war aber der Gastgeber: Wir hatten gleich zu Anfang unseres Aufenthalts einen kleineren medizinischen Notfall, und Antonio war sofort zur Stelle und hat sich rührend um alles gekümmert, einen Arzttermin organisiert, uns hin- und wieder zurückgefahren und sich hinterher noch mehrfach nach uns erkundigt. Ein Super-Superhost! :) Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Villa Isportana nur empfehlen.

Great home that easily fit 2 families. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. They helped us find nice beaches and restaurants. The yard is magnificent. Highly recommended
