Out of all the AirBnBs I’ve booked, Jan’s place is the most seamless and flexible. What I appreciate the most is the early check in option - especially with the fact that our flight is extra early. Everything was spotless and it smells good. We loved the mini balcony design too. It’s walking distance going to gateway, but if you’re too tired walk it’s just around 2km grab ride away. Will def book here again.

Maera’s place is well-maintained. It is fully equipped with everything you need, including complimentary coffee and a variety of condiments for guests to use. She is very accomodating , responding quickly and efficiently to any questions and concerns. The place is very near SM Marilao (as in tatawid lang). If you’re watching concert in Philippine arena, it’s 30-40 mins drive. Overall, highly recommended. Will definitely book again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to SM North Edsa. I rented this place because I had an event to attend to at the Skydome. The best part was the host—Sir Percie was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions or provide assistance, which made the entire experience stress-free. On top of that, the price was incredibly affordable for the quality of the apartment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay with excellent customer service!👍👍

we had a great stay for two weeks. the place was spacious and the staff were really nice too. I liked how it was walking distance to UP Town, so it was easy to get good options for restaurants. we enjoyed the pool too! i think it's one of the best pools in the city with 50m length. will definitely come back for a longer stay! :)

Had an amazing stay here! My favorite part was the view from the penthouse—absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. Such a beautiful backdrop for my photos! The unit was also very spacious—perfect for a staycation with family or friends, or even for celebrating a special occasion. It felt so homey and cozy. I know there’s ongoing construction, which was mentioned in the listing, and I was a bit worried at first. But once I arrived, it turned out to be a non-issue. I felt right at home and was able to relax and de-stress. I also want to highlight how gracious Von was. He promptly answered all my questions about restaurant recommendations in the area (given there are so many great places nearby!) Given the size, location, amenities, stunning view, and the wonderful host, I really got my money’s worth. I will definitely be back with some friends! Thank you, Von

My family and I arrived in Manila from Australia to spend Christmas there and we were in need of a place to stay . Everywhere was heavily booked and when we saw an apartment advertised we expected it to be already gone due to the demand for accomadation at this time of year . We noted this apartment was located in the perfect place , close to shopping malls and restaurants. So there we all were , the six of us with nowhere to stay . Then a little miracle happened . We contaced Gab who met us outside the unit and she showed us the interior. We fell in love with the place and immediately it became our home for a few weeks . We were comfortable there during our stay. The friendly security guards were attentive and alert . We had two bedrooms and a living area with a laundry attached. Gab is a great host and very responsive. She understands our needs and was very helpful during our stay there. We will definitely recommend her lovely place and hope to book it again when we return.

Place was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for small family. Host was responsive and very accommodating.

Glyza was a great host. She allowed us to check in early. She also accomodated us at the last minute when we needed a place to stay for a few more days. There is a very nice pool, and a small gym to work out. I would recommend this place to others.

I had a wonderful stay at Alisha’s unit. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and it had everything I needed—utensils, dishes, cooking equipment, and more. The unit was spotless, and its location was incredibly convenient, situated just outside SM Mall and right next to Winford Casino Hotel. I highly recommend it! Would definitely book again if I’m near the area.

Beautifully presented apartment with easy access to lots of amenities and onward travel. The hosts were wonderful and quickly responded to all queries in a friendly and instructive manner. I used the pool facilities during our stay and they were perfectly clean and well maintained, as is the whole complex. Would recommend 100%. I am very happy we found this place for our quick staycation with my colleagues! The place is immaculate, aesthetic and complete! Great place for staycation. Very peaceful and family friendly environment. The unit is perfect for 2 persons. The view is great too. Our host is amazing and getting here is really easy. Highly recommended!

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.

the host is very accommodating and all are being arranged by her so that we can have a smooth checked in. Tha place is good as well with internet. I guess just needs to improve the speed so that we can watch everything in the tv.. Overall super satisfied with the stay!!
