Santa Rita : locations de vacances

This is one of the best accommodation we rented via Aibnb - suberb cleanliness (NAKAKAHIYA MAGKALAT 😅) simple, accessible and with complete amenities ❤️ Host and caretaker are very responsive ❤️ I found a place to stay whenever I wanted to visit Pampanga. Thank you Sir Frederick for the warm welcome po ❤️ Oh before I forget, they also have free “PANDESAL” for breakfast 👌👌👌 I will definitely recommend this place 💯%

Im März 2025, habe ich diese Apartment für einge Tage gebucht. Es liegt im alten Teil vom Kandi Grosvenor Bereich und ist mit dem Aufzug einfach zu erreichen. Der Sicherheitsdienst ist stets freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Apartment ist für jeden BONDAGE - SHIBARI eine Freude, es verfügt über stabile Befestigungspunkte! 2 Große Fernseher mit Internet Zugang. Das Internet war immer Stabil. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist 1A++, es wird auch Seher schnell reagiert wenn man Probleme hat. Was man aber bedenken sollte ist das das Apartment im alten Teil ist, und dadurch gibt es hin und wieder sehr sehr kleine Ameisen, diese sind aber absolut harmlos. Also keine Süßigkeiten oder Lebensmittel offen stehen lassen!!! Mir hat das Apartment gefallen und und ich würde es wieder buchen.

Highly recommended. Great location. Great in communication. Close to everything. Condo unit is well kept! Will check in again in the future. The only problem was the securities were not helpful. They were looking for a Guest Pass. Coming from abroad unaware, with no internet connection. Securities did not want to call the front desk to veirfy. It was really hot and told us we can’t go in. I had to pay for the wifi in order for me to get the guest pass from the site. Like I said, I was unaware of the policies and securities could have been more helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Serene Villa. The place was truly private and had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely consider staying again when we go back to Pampanga. :)

We liked the coziness of the place most especially. There was always parking, the internet was reliable we didn’t have any problem with the AC. We didn’t get to try the swimming pool on the top floor since it was too hot, but the view there was stunning. Would definitely recommend it to couples who are looking for an airbnb.

This is a definitely super duper recommended! 5 star rating is not enough! Great stay and superb service! Host is super responsive and friendly. We, esp my kids, enjoyed the pool so much! Absolutely, if there's a chance again to go to Pampanga, will surely book again this listing! Thank you so much!

One of my best Airbnb stay's in Clark. Loved the house, the location and the amenities, and Ramm was a very kind and responsive host.
